Not to mention an additional hose. Well people were coming and going and I was all confused. The lady was like why don't you just buy a bigger hookah????? Duh Not what I had gone in for but it made sense. Looked at a larger Mya hookah with a cage. How perfect was that. My small one seemed like a fire hazard with the short hose and small tray leaving ashes going everywhere. At this point I have the new larger hookah at the register (larger bowl, tray and bigger longer hose). Grab some more shisha and out the door. Did buy some more coco charcoals not really sure they were the ones I had bought before. Cleaned it and prepared my hookah. Coals took literally 7 mins. Started with one coal not a lot of smoke a lot of pull from me though. Added another coal..... We have a winner!!!!! This made my weekend. My little hookah will be used only when traveling. Oh the coco coals are awesome!!!! Burnt my finger thinking because it was black that it was not lit. This place has all you need and more. Great quality of items with a large selection. Despite calling during business hours, the person who answered was immediately rude and dismissive. It got even more uncomfortable when my husband asked about a few products. The man on the phone suddenly became suspicious and started speaking to him like he was a police officer or a narc, which was completely uncalled for and honestly quite off-putting. What makes it worse is that the exact products he asked about are clearly listed on their website for anyone to see. So, the attitude of the man speaking with my husband - and his defensiveness - made (and still makes) absolutely no sense. If you're going to advertise late hours, you should be prepared to speak to customers professionally during those hours. Customer service like this is a great way to lose business, and we won't ever be returning.

This medicine is a thing that calms me down within a half hour or hour. I have severe panic attacks that last for hours without any treatment. Not sure how to explain Akathisia panic attacks or episodes. On the scale of 1-5, when it gets to 5 i have to take something that's not a Benzo or another psych med. We chose this and we do our best to get through the month paying like $200 a week. In a perfect world someone would be paying for this ... disability says my husband makes "too much money". Five years later, I haven't worked and there's no income on my end. As a Medicinal patient I get preferred treatment which is great. Just costs a fortune for us. We go broke every month paying for this medicine. I won't get into it. I'm sure my other reviews speak for themselves. The staff knows me, always a super friendly bunch. Sure wish there was like a credit card where you could earn cash back or collect points. Just charge it and pay later. Wow, don't drug dealers do credit with some people? Right, it's legal now, just wish people took it more seriously as this alternative treatment is all I have right now. This isn't to "get high". I'm legitimately looking for relief.
