In town for a week - dropped my vape and it shattered. Quickly went to two "vape " shops and was shocked that there was not much in either shop for people who vape. Called this store- the gentleman that answered was very polite and said he was sure he could help. I got there and was treated with nothing but respect. The gentleman who owns the shop took all the broken glass out of my vape and put it back together. Turns out he also had two bottles of my fave juice - he nicked it up for me and I was back in business. He even provided the hard to find covers so my tank is protected from shattering. This shop is top shelf!! If you come to DC and need vape supplies - this is the ONKY store you need to go to. I will definitely shop here again. read more

1. Staff do not wear masks. 2. When I walked in the owner was on the phone and barely looked up. 3. When he finally greeted me he was super dismissive and not helpful. 4. Everything is behind the counter in these wooden cubbies. The store was very dim so there was no way for you to see what was there. 5. Parking is obvs terrible in that area and there are always a ton of people hanging around on the sidewalks so it's not appealing to come to. -5/10 wouldn't recommend. Update per owners response: Everything I said still stands. Everyone did NOT have on a mask, and that happens. It's okay. I was actually looking for some vape products. That wasn't my initial question but I decided to go else where just based on that interaction. Took it to the store to see if it could be repaired or replaced. They refused to do either. Told me to contact the manufacturer and completely refused to assist in any way. I agree with others that the service here isn't the best. You almost have to ask for the employees to assist you - in my two experiences there I haven't been greeted or asked if I need help. I also agree that the prices are a bit steep, and I'm not sure if they price match online vendors. I do appreciate that they aren't very salesy which I find annoying at other shops.
