Sorry this email is late but I'm just coming back from vacation during my vacation I visit the nation's capital, Washington DC, I was there for a little over 45 days when I came into the District of Columbia I met a few people on eighth Street and they told me about a smoke shop I could not remember which one it was until I got invited to the festival 420 20 as I'm walking around the festival 420 my girlfriend says let's hit this spot right here which was yours up and down then I remember the gentleman that was behind the counter that helped me when I went to the shop on 8th Street Tyler was his name title was very helpful he had excellent customer service I didn't really know how this process works because I was nervous he assured me that everything was okay just give them your ID said there was also another gentleman that was there with that helped a lot Mr Calvin ,Calvin assured me that I was safe and that nothing was going to happen to me the festival was amazing it was so chaotic and I didn't know right from wrong again but Tyler and Calvin perform great customer service and I just thought that I would take time to recognize your smoke shop in DC I'm going to tell all my friends and when they come to the nation's capital to visit up and down please let mr. Tyler and Calvin know that miss queen said hello how they know my name because it was tattooed across my back and when they call my name I was shocked myself but I remember my name was on my back thank you again for taking time to read this email please share with your team read more

The service was great and the people were extremely nice. Janai was the one helping me through the process and she was super helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly and easily so I could understand how things have changed from their old process.Personally the new process is much better and you definitely get a bang for your buck. The people behind the counter were also very helpful and made sure everything was the way I purchased it. Will be coming back. read more

Worst on H! Low quality everything. Tried them a few times since they opened. Each time I felt like I had to check and make sure my wallet wasn't stolen from me by the shady "vendors". Took my out of town sister & friends there today to show them around. All of them wanted to leave right away, said they were creeped out. Spent over $200 with them over the months and it's always very mediocre. F+ at best. read more

DC May be restricting some of the ways in which "gifts"are given, but that hasn't dampened the friendliest and helpfulness of the staff at this shop. Second visit this year and once again very professional and courteous staff as they explained the new process and guided us every step of the way. So far so good. I was there a couple of times, and I can say the customer experience was great! They have a decent variety and quality of flowers, oils, and other edible goodies. The girls behind the counter are awesome! I drive once a month to DC, I enjoy the trip, now that I'm not commuting everyday for work:) and see the beauty of the city and its people. read more

We got there 20 mins before closing and they were amazingly friendly. Asked if it was the first time we had been in there and then explained everything so you have a good understanding of what's going on. Super friendly staff and didn't feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in anyway. Such a pain free easy shopping experience. Will definitely be back. read more

The spot is awesome! EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. You are greeted pleasantly from the minute you enter from security to the cashier.
