I am extremely disappointed in my experience at this shop. I even tried to sleep on how I felt prior to leaving a negative review and I woke up with the same level of irritation. Last night I ran out of E-Liquid and performed a quick search to find the closest vape shop to the downtown Silver Spring area. Low and behold I come across Action House which is about 1 mile from where I live. I hop in an Uber and head on over to make my purchase. When I walk in I am greeted by an adult man and a young boy who is possibly between the age of 11-13 years old. The child is helping me with picking out an e-liquid flavor. He was selling more aggressively than the adult man that was there. At one point I took a long pause due to shock because the child was selling to me as if he was an actual adult employee. I was stunned. The adult man that was there never really said much. He wasn't knowledgeable of the flavors and wasn't much assistance with choosing one either. I ended up buying some bottle of a strawberry cheesecake flavored liquid that turned out to be one of the most disgusting things that I've ever tasted!!!! I spent $23 on this crap that will be going in the basura!! So to sum things up: I wasted my money on round trip Uber fare to get to and from the shop, wasted $23 on a terrible e-liquid flavor, and in the end I still wasn't able to vape the way that I wanted to! I'm not sure what's up with all of the other 5 star reviews. After reading them I felt even more jaded. I was left thinking to myself, where the hell was this level of service when I was in there last night at 9:00 PM? It was a 1 star experience but I generously gave 2 stars since both of the employees at least seemed to be kind. read more

Was driving down georgia ave one evening in traffic..saw this place to my left and nearly caused an accident to pull over to it. Lol Even though accidents arent any type of laughing matter..all I was thinking was.. " Ooo VAPE SHOP...on Georgia?!? GTA SEE WHATS THIS IS ABOUT" lol Not to mention the oh so sweet painting art that is displayed on the front..really caught my attention. It just looked like a place I had to say " Oh yeah..I've been there" . I go in and am greeted by such informative humble dudes. I felt like ok these guys are genuinely here to help and not just trying to be " good sales men" . I believe it was the owner that really began assisting me with all the vape info I needed for my specific vape needs. However it was a collaborative effort by all that made me feel like I was leaving happy content and excited to return. They have this awesome Fivestar app / reward system you can sign up for and I have already won 2 things : free coils and a 15% discount. Did I mention I would be going back?? Lol Yay for this place, its awesome staff, the chill esthetic and laid back lounge environment. Its a slick place; I would recommend it to anyone who is into the vape culture. Well, I have already sang this places praises not too long ago. So, forgive me if my positive critique appears at all redundant. But, here it goes... I walked in there today at about 5:35 pm (they close at 6:00 on Sundays). While my main lady Bree (or Briana, but she prefers Bree) wasn't there, the OTHER main lady, Josie was instead. She was training a brand new employee - literally, his first day was today). Josie was extremely persona is the second that my friend and I walked in. My only intention was to come in and re-up on some of the 'Dewcumber Melon" - my all- time favorite juice flavor to date. However, her new employee showed my friend and I to the tasting counter. Let me tell you . I wanted to buy one of each! Needless to say, Josie ALWAYS has such a wonderful and welcoming smile. Something seemingly that small meant absolutely the most to me. My mod kept acting up, and so she replaced it a smaller one, but the hits are amazing. She ALSO showed me multiple juices that she herself loves. While I hadn't anticipated buying a new mod, sure as hell I did! She explained everything from filling the tank, battery outlet, etc. her knowledge of vaping comes so naturally to her. And THAT, my friend, is how you run a business. So thank you, Josie. You an absolute gem to work with..and PLEASE tell Nate I say hi! A+ service, 100& of the day. I don't understand what happened to this place in the span of the last couple months. I think they've had a major change of staff or management. When I went in there the last couple of times the guy who was helping me tried to talk me out of all of the flavors I wanted to try, and was pushing stuff on me that I told him I wasn't interested in. Each time I asked to try a flavor that he himself hadn't tried, he would start vaping it before handing it over to me and keep on vaping it while talking to his coworkers and I had to sit there for a few minutes waiting before he finally handed it over. The new staff doesn't seem to know the flavor profiles of most of the stuff they carry, and they've been out of stock of almost everything that I used to regularly buy, including my coils. I'm really disappointed and probably won't go back anymore. read more

I don't know what everyone else is smoking (no pun intended), but this is not the place in the pictures. I mean it's the same location but not what past reviews have raved about. I'm writing this in the adjacent p-lot. First the outside looked run down. I felt like I was about to walk into a grimy strip club or something. The inside was gloomy and not inviting. Definitely not like the pictures on yelp and absolutely no one was there to greet customers. The shop was completely empty and I stood there for a little while and then some guy popped in through a back door, looking surprised there was a customer. All he basically said was "we got some new juice". Based on the yelp pics it looked like it was a nice vape lounge, which also looked well kept and well stocked. Sadly it was none of those things. Maybe they changed owners or something but whatever happened, it was for the worse. I said to myself is this place was geared for hookah or vape cuz I can't tell. The furniture looked old and worn, to the point I wouldn't even want to sit down. It seems like it could have once been a great shop but it's like they got bought out by someone and that new owner is riding on the coat tails of the old reputation, but don't know how to run a vape shop/lounge. Overall this is the worst vape shop/lounge I've been to in a long time. I would probably never go back. read more

This is the Desert vapeshop they have all dessert flavors and they always get new ones. They also have these cool variable voltage boxes instead of a bunch of battery so when you test flavors I just put tanks on these hoses and try the flav it's a new shop buy they got great stuff that other vape shops don't have.
