Great employees, terrible owner. REGULARLY purchase products from this store, today was my last time. yesterday I Was sold an item that was expired months ago, when coming into the store today to make the exchange for the (unopened) item, was told that the date that is clearly marked on the item is not true. what a joke, i'm not taking your word for it.. read more

They always have the best flavors in the market, the prices are okay but could be better.

Gavin was extremely helpful and guided me through several products when I told him that I am new to vaping and would like to purchase a Vape Device as standby. He patiently answered all my questions and let me feel at liberty to make my own decision instead of typical way of imposing the sales tactics. Their wide range of products allowed me to choose something with style and utility. I am surely going to keep this store as my to go shop for Vape needs. Last but not the least, their prices are also pretty competitive and you get value for money!! read more

Wide variety of vapes, oils, grinders, anything you need to have a great chill session. Visited this shop today for the first time was greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I walked in. Mike assisted me and he was very helpful I told him the flavors that I like and he picked out the perfect one for me in the first try. Prices are very reasonable and they also have specials on house vapes either 1 for $15 or 2 for $22. Will most definitely return to this shop... read more

my wife and i frequent this store at least 2x a week for all our vape/thc needs. not only are the staff super helpful and knowledgeable, but they constantly give us discounts. they have the most potent products...including 5 and 7 gram disposable thc vapes which are very hard to find. dispensaries like curaleaf have product and prices that vapor worldwide surpass. you just can't beat the inventory, the helpfulness of the staff, and prices. please check this place out. it's a haven for the vapor and the stoner! read more

sold me a defective disposable & would not replace it at all. The Manager never let me explain what happened with the disposable, as soon as he heard it was broken, he offered to sell me another one instead of replacing it like any other vape store would do. read more

So, vape stores can potentially be a waste of time for me because they don't really know much about what they are selling. Well not here. These guys really have a taste for the vape world and know the flavors down to a T. I wish the selection wouldn't constantly change because of the changing market but other than that, this is the spot I feel most at home in. It's great! read more

Good service, good sales, good selection of juices and they always have the equipment I want (Nord smok coils). I go in once or twice a month and some of them even know me (and my juice tastes) by name. read more

Sold me a defective product and refused to replace it. Purchased a vape and it was leaking, not even two mins after purchasing the device I noticed the defect and showed it to the representative at the store. He pretty much told me too bad and that I had to deal with it. Worst customer service experience I've had in a while. read more

If there was an option to put zero stars I would. This place is not worth it. Guy sells me some juice. 25 a bottle. Juice tastes horrible in my atlantis. I ask the guy if I can exchange it. Guys says no. I ask the guy to help me out, maybe sell me new juice discounted. Guy says no. Mods are 50% more expensive here. Better prices online. Atlantis v2 is 50 bucks here but like 25 online. Not worth coming here unless I know which juice is good and the price is okay. read more

I came in to buy a vapor battery for my oil. The first guy was really helpful and cool but unfortunately my experience went south when my Megbus did not work (no wonder the warranty) So SAME day, I go back to return it to then be told by another male "Final Sale". First thing first, you should tell your customers when shit is FINAL before checkout. The guy then says "Its on the wall" (high as hell where you cant see it). Also it doesnt says All Sales are final on the receipt! Long story short, I dont recommend based of lack of notice on there product/ policy, product not working, & customer service upon return! Oh when I went to return/ exchange he didn't give me my receipt for my warranty! read more

Classic "burnout vape shop" with deceptively high pricing. I've bought a lot of vapes here because I'm the kind of person that appreciates convienance and supports brick and mortars. Unfortunately after spending over 1k at this place I've gotten fed up their Carnival style business model. When I noticed prices going up even more, I decided to call another vape shop in the area. Turns out they have the same product for HALF the price of "vapor worldwide". I promptly left, as I was walking out the lady working pleaded that she'd give me my 15% off. Too late FOAD read more

Always a good crowd and great pricing. Mike the guy to go to. Never had to wait real long during the day on the weekends to get rung up. Good times and good peeps. Will come back again and again. read more

Very clean, well organized, and a large selection at a good price. Highly recommend. The other vape shops in the area have a smaller selection and are overpriced read more

Great Vape Shop - full service selection of all types of vape units - the best is the juices in baskets by the nic level that makes it easy to pick thru and grab your favs. So cool they ask about flavors and made a great suggestion of Toasted Cinnamon Crunch - good stuff. Owner was there hanging out too. Fun store tucked in the plaza - look for their flying flag on the side of Subway. They have some great promos & excellent prices going on now - see picture read more

The staff here is really friendly and helpful! Chip & Steven are awesome, Chip helped me with my Kanger subox mini kit that had issues he found the issue and fixed it in a jiffy!!! Great people to deal with. Eric one of the owners is also very helpful. This is Best Vape shop in the area. The employees are extremely helpful, and educate you on everything vape - the different juice types (nicotine/salt), nicotine levels with different mods/drips, CBD use (creams, juice), and devices from charging to batteries to coils. They helped me quit smoking by explaining the process and putting a regimen in place!! Tried to quit before on e-cigs and just didn't work. But these guys were all very caring and patient. Other vape shops just want to sell you products- and yeh, they'll let you test flavors. But NO ONE explains and educated like the staff here!! This is my ONLY go to place. And I won't go anywhere else. Brayden (both of them), Mike, Maddy, Eric, manager Kelly- and the other staff who are there when I pop in - all very helpful, courteous, and patient. The entire team is perfectly awesome!!!! read more

So I sadly lost my vapor and went to this store to get a new one .... The costumer services in this store is by far the best costumer service I have ever received... The were extremely helpful in the process of me selecting my new device, and taking their time explaining me and showing my my different options ... I don't think I would ever go to another store after this experience .... These guys would go above and beyond to meet your highest expectations.... If I could give more than 5 starts I most def would Thank you guys for the awesome service and experience read more

Bought the wrong type of vape coils and tried to return them. All of them unopened, factory sealed. With the receipt. They refused to process the refund even though the receipt only says all sales are final on liquids. I was a loyal customer, shopping at this location once or twice a month, always spending $45+ each visit. I will never be returning if this is how loyal customers are treated. read more

I have never been to a vape store before this was the first one I have been to and for my first time i thought it was great because I got a lot of helpful information and the guy working had no problem answering my questions and he worked really hard in getting me a flavor that I truly liked at their tasting bar so overall I was happy with my first experience and would go back read more

I went in to buy some vape juice I tried a couple juices I liked one called reign. the sales rep did not tell me that this juice is only compatible for dripping mods I had my cool fire 4 plus with me and asked him is it ok to use this juice he said yes! I did a little research because it was not burning right and my coils kept burning that this juice is not compatible for my device! so I wasted 25$ on juice that I can't use! he should of told me this particular juice is for dripping not standard mods! I usually don't try new places for this reason I will stick to what I no and honest people like vapor fi and avail! I will never go to these homemade vape shops no more! u never no where they get there juice from and I'm sure they double there margins in sales due to ripping unexperienced costumers off! it was some gay guy I have nothing against people's sexuality preference I just wanted to inform you who this individual was! read more

Employees or owners rude & not helpful and do not use rewards system as they do not honor it.

I have no problem that there replacement coils are twice the price than on line.I bought coils here for six months. the newest sales person starts the price high. and slowly works it down. I'm not going to pay that much more than i did less than a moth ago. read more

The guys in here are super helpful, super nice shop, great customer service overall!! I will continue to visit this place, if you love a variety of flavors for your vape, this place has an amazing selection of flavors! read more

Needed a new drip tip and some juice. This store is right down the street from my office. Eric was super helpful and friendly. Very clean and organized establishment with a mature professional feel. Some other shops feel more like high school hangouts and cliquish. Will be coming here more often. read more

Recently started vaping and was a little nervous going into a vape shop. They were very professional and friendly. I've bought flavors from different online shops but all of my favorites are from here. The flavors from their discount bin are great. Low prices, the rice Krispy and cotton candy from the bin are tasty. At checkout you can sign up via text to receive deals. Highly recommend. I will be back here again and again. read more

First time vaping and Mattie is the coolest most helpful person ever. She showed us everything we need to know about vaping and was so helpful and patient. I never yelp but she's so worth it! One of the coolest most helpful people ever. Definitely has our business for life read more

I decided to check out this store today, since I usually shop online for my hardware, but forgot to get more coils and ran out recently. So I walk in and ask if they have any coils for an aspire atlantis. Instead of saying "no", like they should have, they began digging through tupperware, grabbing individual coils and putting them in a pack. One of the coils was even already open. So I asked "do I get a discount since it's open?" Their answer was, "if you sign up for our mailing list." They charged me full price for coils that were already open. It was cold and I was tired so I took the coils and got out of there, but I will not be back. read more
