I came in to buy a vapor battery for my oil. The first guy was really helpful and cool but unfortunately my experience went south when my Megbus did not work (no wonder the warranty) So SAME day, I go back to return it to then be told by another male "Final Sale". The employees are extremely helpful, and educate you on everything vape - the different juice types (nicotine/salt), nicotine levels with different mods/drips, CBD use (creams, juice), and devices from charging to batteries to coils. They helped me quit smoking by explaining the process and putting a regimen in place!! Tried to quit before on e-cigs and just didn't work. But these guys were all very caring and patient. Other vape shops just want to sell you products- and yeh, they'll let you test flavors. But NO ONE explains and educated like the staff here!! This is my ONLY go to place. They refused to process the refund even though the receipt only says all sales are final on liquids. I went in to buy some vape juice I tried a couple juices I liked one called reign. the sales rep did not tell me that this juice is only compatible for dripping mods I had my cool fire 4 plus with me and asked him is it ok to use this juice he said yes! I decided to check out this store today, since I usually shop online for my hardware, but forgot to get more coils and ran out recently. So I walk in and ask if they have any coils for an aspire atlantis. Instead of saying "no", like they should have, they began digging through tupperware, grabbing individual coils and putting them in a pack. One of the coils was even already open. So I asked "do I get a discount since it's open?" Their answer was, "if you sign up for our mailing list." They charged me full price for coils that were already open. It was cold and I was tired so I took the coils and got out of there, but I will not be back. read more
