I'm sorry, I've been in here 4 times and every time I go in I wait at least 5 minutes before someone asks if I need anything. The first time I went in I literally watched an employee watching TV for almost 15 minutes before even acknowledging my presence. I bought my IPV mini for $75 here 3 months ago. Zero damage by user. It completely stopped working. I took it to vape social and they wouldn't replace it or offer me a discount on a new product. I have been using Vape Social exclusively since I started vaping. The helpful guys in the shop helped me get set up and are always there to answer any questions. When I was ready for upgrades to my vape set up, they always gave me several recommendations and the pros and cons of each. I also love the rum horchata house blend that they have. Came in to try out some juices. Staff was real friendly, immediately came over to help. Was going through menu on their tablet, which was a nice layout, but worked better just describing some different types of flavors and the staff had good suggestions for juices along those lines. Got some, what I thought were Aspire BVC coils. Screwed one into my tank to find that I could barely get a drag off the thing. Turns out this is a knock off, which wouldn't be a huge problem if they worked or didn't cost $20 (nearly double the online price). Plus who knows what other crap I'm vaping due to poor manufacturing standards these things typically have. It's a shame because they have a decent selection of juices (which earned it an extra star), but they are blatantly ripping people off here. I agree with other reviewers, that they should take their business more seriously. I highly doubt they'll be in business this time next year. Then again if you show up early on a weekend, chances are they won't be there anyway. Good riddance. read more

I have to say, this is honestly my new go to spot. I don't really know a lot about "vaping" but I started because it's a great alternative to the amount of hookah I smoke. Anyways, I went in, and David immediately greeted me with the friendliest hello. I told him I didn't really know what I was looking for, but my list of likes, and stuff I'm not a fan of. He said he was more than happy to take the time to sit down, and test a bunch of different flavors so we could pinpoint what I wanted. I must have tried over 25 to 30 flavors, and I couldn't tell you the name of half of them. David however, had every single flavor, and description in his head and was able to remember the top ones I liked as well. He was super friendly, amazingly knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me. To be quite frank it's hard to find that nowadays. I will absolutely be coming back here for any of my vaping needs in the future. Also, another tip David gave me, was if you pay in cash, it ends up being cheaper than paying with a card because there's no tax. The price you see is the price you pay! Sold me a kanger mini for $35. Found out later that they cost $18-$20. What a joke!

I'm completely new to vaping and was looking around different stores to learn more about the new tech so that I could work on getting rid of cigarettes and hopefully nicotine all together. When I first stepped foot into Vape Social, which was my first choice due to the convenience of its location, I would admit I knew absolutely nothing about vaping. When I walked in it seemed like a nice shop friendly people talking and everything you'd normally see at a smoke bar. One of the employees noticed I had walked in and proceeded to ask me what I needed. I explained to him that I was a newbie when It comes to these things so I was looking for a relatively cheep but good beginner vape, nothing too crazy. As I proceeded to tell him I had a budget of $50 to which he explained to me that they were all out of their cheaper vapes and that if I wanted to buy a vape from them I would have to drop anywhere from 100-150 dollars. This upset me but is not the reason for the bad review for any company could sell out of their merchandise. The reason they deserve a one star is because of the lack of any follow through whatsoever. I continued to ask him if they where getting more shipments to which the employee said simply "Yes". So I continued to do his job for him and asked when the next possible shipment was or if he knew when they would have it available and reserved a shrugs an answer. The lack of conversation or costumer service was extremely upsetting. It stunned me how little they seemed to care about the people who walk into their shop. If he had gone the extra mile to find out when the shipment would be or possibly walked me through their products then I would have been more eager to save for a better vape, wait for the cheaper vape, and/or have been a constant costumer in atomizers and juices. Now I was reading the reviews on this site and one of the other reviewers was absolutely right. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS MORE SERIOUSLY. I would never step foot back into the place purely because of how little effort it seemed your employees had in helping out a customer.I walked out having learned nothing. It wasn't until I went to another shop (which I'll leave nameless)that an employee pulled me aside and spent 20 min just to explain the different parts and just to try and figure out the type of vape I'm looking for. Although it is pretty unfair to compare the two shops seeing as ones a business while Vape Social is pretty much just what the name implies. So if your looking to talk to someone who knows about vaping and cares about its product enough to be able to explain what it is that their selling or even take the time to know when their gonna be selling things then this is not the place for you, But I guess if your already a veteran vapor who knows all their is to know about it and just wants a place to splodge their awesome vape'ness on others then join the Vape Social club. Now I don't want anyone at the store to be too irritated at this review, I don't know how well the store is doing and maybe the owner is happy with the current situation but from a consumer's point of view I just don't see how anyone could recommend this place to a friend. Who would want a buddy to feel uncomfortable, because that's how I felt by the end of my conversation. Who knows though maybe I'll give it some time and walk back in just to see if the owners where unhappy with how people are talking about the store, maybe they did something about it, or maybe ill be walking in their only to get rushed out so the employees can continue enjoying their social club. read more

This is the best Vape shop that I found anywhere!! The owner Ben is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I purchased a new Mod from them and it was defective so it had to be sent back to be repaired. When it came back it was still doing the exact same thing as when we sent it off three weeks ago. So I went in and talk to Ben and told him what happened he gave me a brand new mod and said he would deal with sending the other one back and deal with craving vapor himself. I have been going to this Vape shop since they opened their prices are great the people who work there are knowledgeable about anything vapor related. They carry all of the newest and latest products and their prices are the same as what you can get it for on the Internet. Anytime I've ever had a problem with anything I've ever purchased from them been always makes it right and make sure that I'm happy. All of his employees are always nice and respectful and they don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. I would recommend this shop it to anyone and I'll never go anywhere else!! read more

I just moved back home from Towson and needed to find a vape place close to where I am currently living. In the last month I have been to Vape Social four times, twice for gifts and twice for myself. You would think going in that frequently in such a short period of time, you would be remembered by the employees that have helped you make your selections. Instead, today I went in with my brother to get more juice, and unfortunately I left my ID at home and was told that I couldn't test any of the flavors (thankfully my brother brought his ID). I completely agree with their policy on ID's because it is the law and no one wants to get into trouble. However, out of the four times I have been in their in the last month, my ID was only checked once, and I was helped by the same person on three of those occasions (huge white guy). The fact that he forgot who I was gave me the impression that they aren't focused on having consistent customers and more focused on getting you in and out of the door as quickly as possible without remembering who you are. Towson Vaporium knew who I was and knew the flavors I enjoyed by the second visit to their store which made me feel like my business was important to them. Towson vaporium also has a larger selection, is A LOT cheaper, and don't water down their juice. This whole thing may sound petty but it must be said...Needless to say I will not be returning. read more
