I was refused service because of having an "illegal exhaust" , i come here all the time and the guy with dreads literally locked the door as i went to open it. He went on to say that he refuses to serve me because of my exhaust. Keep in mind I have a STOCK bmw M4... my car is completely stock. Either way my car has nothing to do with me bringing in my business. Very unprofessional and ridiculous. The dumbest excuse i've ever had anyone give me. I visited this shop today for the first time. I spoke with someone on the phone yesterday and they were so helpful and nice, I couldn't wait to come check this place out! I recently started researching the benefits of CBD and unfortunately, after several online purchases that didn't stand up to their "guarantees" of being authentic, I figured the best option was to go in person to a shop. As soon as I walked in, there was a gentleman behind the counter and he immediately greeted me and asked what brought me in today. His name is Hill. He was so nice. I called his business first before I went to them I was looking for a dry herb vaporizer I wanted the volcano and the owner told me on the phone that they match price with Storz-Bickel website. Based on that conversation I made a decision to buy a volcano from them but when I went to the store they refused to match price with that website because the website was running a 20% sale, Not only did they not match price as they guaranteed they would I found their lack of apology for braking their policy to price match. The owner himself told me he price matches the Storz-Bickel and the owner then refused to match the website price. I bet this is not the first time this business promise to price match and does not deliver. My wonderful experience with this establishment all started with other great Yelp reviews and a phone call. When I called I spoke with Zach who was more than helpful and established a confidence in me that when I visited I would be in good hands. Very knowledgeable and friendly he reinforced the good reviews I had already read. I went straight after work and met Zach who helped myself and another set of customers pick out which hookah would be best suited for our needs and welcomed us to try the scents to help pick some hookah flavors. Then comes in Shaun. Hands down awesome customer service and soo knowledgeable with such an approachable demeanor he took me through the steps to set up and take apart th hookah and handy cleaning tips to help maintain my new purchase. I decided to go with their $100 hookah. The range in hookahs was $40 and up. This range depends on size. Some come with carrying cases and while the one I decided on does not come with one, the styling and size of the base and also the ability to have up to 4 hoses sold me on it. They boxed it up nicely for me and it came with $15 complimentary shisha. They also threw in the tongs and coals to help get me started. Feel free to purchase the foils they have there but your best bet is to use your typical foil you find at the grocery store. But 100 precut sheets for $10 isn't bad. Very reasonable prices vs online if you rather have knowledgeable and personable staff take you through your hookah purchase and recommend products to enhance your experience. I opted for the Fantasia line of shisha, it's more alcohol drinks based flavors which was right up my alley. I finally decided to go with Purple Haze, 4 play, White Lotus and Dirty Blonde. I've wanted a hookah for a while, so I went to Yelp to find the best place to purchase one. The Bamboo Eater immediately grabbed my attention with the high reviews. I stopped by Sunday around 3:45 pm, not realizing they closed at 4. I was greeted with genuine warm smiles and was assured that I did not have to rush despite my arrival time. The tall gentlemen (sorry I forgot your name) helped me out and hooked me up with an amazing hookah and a bunch of free goodies. I was out in under 15 minutes and on my way home. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I noticed that the hookah had been damaged. I was so nervous that they wouldn't believe me, but I called this morning to tell them what happened. The guy that answered asked that I come in after work with the equipment. When I arrived, the same gentleman that helped me Sunday was there and remembered me. He took a look at it and offered to replace the item for free. Not only was he super apologetic, but he super wrapped it up to ensure safe travels home. 5 stars for the AMAZING customer service, hookah, freebies, and their recommendation of the sheesha!!! Customer service is great but shisha/hookah tobacco is not. I own a hooka, smoke daily, stock up on supplies regularly, and pack the bowls at a local hooka cafe. Bamboo Eater's shisha tobacco is priced ridiculously high (almost twice as high as everywhere else i shop), and it smokes like its been on the shelf way too long. It was bad enough that it wasn't smokeable - had a funny smell, odd texture, and burned out within minutes. If you're going to smoke any tobacco that lights up, this is your place. If you want quality shisha flavors, this is not the place to be. Not going back, nor would I recommend it - at least not for shisha/hooka tobacco products. read more

I went in to bamboo eater last Friday looking to buy a vaporizer. The staff was nice but didn't listen to what I asked for. Dude with dreds sold me a vaporizer that is supposedly good for was dry herbs and oils but I just wanted one for oils. When I found out that this wasn't what I asked for I tried to take it back and he told me that there is no returns. I am upset with the customer service and will never shop there again.
