I like the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the employees. I have never been disrespected here. My issue is with pricing. They send emails with prices of sale items but when I get to the store, the prices are not the same. More than once, I ordered on line and at pick up, I was quoted a different higher price. I've also received emails about specials that the counter personnel have no knowledge of. I guess in future, I'll have to print the email and bring it with me. First time visit went very well. Great customer service from entry to exit. I even called ahead to ensure I gad everything needed for entry. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and double-checked to make sure I had everything before making the trek over. I arrived. Rang the bell and was immediately greeted by one of the front desk operations folx. The gentlemen at the front were friendly and asked all the right questions to ensure I was entered in the system correctly and received any courtesy discounts (1st timer, etc). Now - I'll warn y'all, when asked if I was in the military, I proudly stated WITH MY CHEST that I was a No Limit Soldier back in the 90s and they said no discounts for that!! I was, understandably sad, but we true soldiers...we don't die...we just keep rollin nah-nah-nah-nah-nah!!! So I accepted that clearly this bruh was part of the CashMoney regime that took over in them 9-9s and 2000s cuz he was not giving up the NLS discount. Sigh I tell ya these chirren don't understand what we went through in those days! All jokes aside - as a military kid, grandkid, and niece - Love that they give military discounts (and many other discounts) for our military women & men! Kudos to them for that. After being escorted in and being told how it would all work, I was greeted by another young man (epically beautiful afro - yes hair!!) who was able to answer all of my product questions and make some great recommendations. that have helped to greatly decrease my pain. He also appropriately sympathized with my No Limit Soldier days! :-) LOL! If you don't take cannabis well or don't smoke - they have plenty of edible options available at different doses. If you don't like edibles they have tinctures and creams. Facility is smaller than expected but space is laid out well and functional. It was hard to hear or be heard due to all the covid safety barriers BUT I'd rather yell and be safe than risk my health or others. I am a medical patient who has been going to Mary & Main since 2020. Until legalization they had great customer service and inventory however ever since they legalized in Maryland they have gotten terrible. They have signs up that say "Medical Patients are prioritized in all lines" yet the last 3 times I have been there they have taken at least 3 regular customers while I stood in the medical line. When I spoke up about it they say there is only one medical line. If that's the case, change your sign! I can never stay consistent with my products because their inventory is awful. Before legalization they had items in stock but now as soon as I find something that works for me they don't have it when I go back. It's frustrating because this is the most convenient dispensary for me and I want to support a black owned business but I'm going to have to start driving a little out of the way for better products and service. read more
