I actually cannot believe how good the ratings are. You can order ahead or pull up and walk in.... No matter what, you'll be there for 20 min minimum. I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out. read more

When we arrived, the "bouncer" confidently waived us to keep going (and not turn in to parking lot). After watching someone of a different "tone" be welcomed into the parking lot, we approached the bouncer to inquire why we couldn't be let in the parking lot. This is a brand new medial cannabis dispensary opened in Annapolis, MD. It has been a long time coming since demolishing the old building in this dated strip mall. This is a beautiful building with a sweeping, huge open waiting area, full length windows, amazing wall art and many products to shop while (if) waiting for your turn in the back. Very knowledgable "Budtenders" and very friendly. You aren't knocked over by the smell of cannabis when you walk in the door either. The back, secured room where the main product is, lies behind a double-door that reminds me of something out of Star Wars. Once in the back, there are separate men and women restrooms, (fancy ones at that), a beautiful horizontal fireplace (yes, a decorative fireplace). The lighting and wall coverings are amazing. A HUGE open space that is just beautiful. They also accept credit cards and bank cards, maybe even HCSA. I'm not sure how they do that, but they figured it out without charging you an ATM fee. Most importantly, the products are excellent and the REGULAR prices are much lower than the other nearest dispensary (sorry MANA). Finally, the "Budtender" or "pharmacist" is looking out for the patient in a medical sense, not offering items that will simply blast you out of your mind. They are very professional and listen to what my needs are. I go there for strictly the CBD products which help after my back surgery - and they have a great selection! read more

I had a really bad taste in my mouth about GL when they first opened - the child who is the GM, the type of personnel they hire, the "vibe", it totally takes the "cheech & chong" chill vibe out of my fantasy marijuana world. Feels more like a private school bathroom with lacrosse players & cheerleaders whose daddy will sue you for selling them a $50 gram. Anywho... This is why I only do curbside pickup, I cannot stand going into the actual store front. Be prepared to wait! I've waited for over 45 minutes one day - I think I even went inside to see what the hell was going on. A 30 minute wait is common even when you place your order wayyyyyy in advance and you arrive early. The parking lot is rough! If you've been there you know what I'm talking about. It's a complete mess, super tight. Be prepared for your pens to leak & your batteries to die. I do want to say, I have been given a new pen battery and they will replace your pen top if you have the original box. But BE AWARE - they may not leak right away and then BAM one morning you wake up and the pen is empty and the oil is all over your night stand and your product box is long gone... You're forced to take that L... They are aware of these issues as they have mentioned many of times this has happened before and it's common. Prices are cheap which is what keeps me coming back but the quality is cheap too. No es bueno! In my opinion this is a common case of an unprepared establishment, run by kids. I do appreciate the low prices, the website is easy to navigate, and the rightful refunds are appreciated when given. But I think after further review I end up spending more money on multiple lower priced products due to the shit quality. I may come back? Shoutout to the "new to me" black man with long braids. So before recreational marijuana for Maryland became legal the dispensary was selling 1/2 ounce flight boxes for 55-60 dollars every Friday now they sell for 85+ still confused when me as a medical patient pays for a medical card every year 150+ for it to be renewed as in how we are paying the same price as a recreational user and how they get 1.5 ounces daily when I am limited out only to a certain amount per month. I also think there should be 2 completely different menus for the medical patients and for a recreational user so if a high up ever read this review please fix the pricing on medical user who already spend more money just to be able to come into you're dispensary for a medical purpose. I trusted that their customer support would be reliable, but after an entire week and 2 attempts at contacting support I still haven't heard back.
