I'm writing this review 100% out of disgust for the way that I was treated while trying to get my products into the GOLDLEAF store. The marketing team consistently treated me extremely rude by disengaging from the product, they left me out of any information on the event that we were planning together, basically found a way to cut me completely out of the event and product placement. Their marketing director, Brianna she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with, gaslighting me the entire time and being over bearing, PETTY AND narcissistic on everything their retail manger Chris tried to do to support the sale and product placement. Hands down one of the worst marketing departments I've ever dealt with in 25 years that I've been in business in marketing. Her personal ego is more important than servicing the vendors and actually marketing the products they sell. I should have known something was up by the high turnover rate of employees because that is a big sign that a company does not have high morale. As a small business, they did not pay for the product after three weeks of waiting for the invoice to be paid and I think that's probably the most discouraging part of the process. I don't feel like they respected my business enough to pay for the product in a timely manner, and I also believe that this was partly due to Brianna's treatment of my brand in particular. Ultimately, they went in my mind on the surface from being one of the best to one of the worst dispensaries I've ever had to encounter in the time I've been in business with them. She (Brianna) even went so far today to write me an email telling me she took my product off the shelf. That's she will be holding onto it until they decide to pay for it and place it and in that moment I knew I needed to go get it and there was no way in hell I would ever allow my brand to be associated with that type of behavior. read more

On a recent night I logged in to my Bank account to see a charge from a business in California. The amount was the exact amount from a transaction at Gold Leaf that day. Called the store and verified the amount. The manager Donovan Hamilton got on the phone and stated he would research it. Saturday morning I reached out to Mr. Hamilton and he stated that charge was assigned to that business. By the way it was out of business in California. When I shared that didn't make sense, he was incredibly rude that I shouldn't be upset. When I stated I would post a review he hung up. Be careful folks read more

The only good thing about this place is their prices, and the staff are very nice, but it is by far the slowest dispensary I've ever been to. Pre-order, curbside, walk-in, all of it takes at least 30-40 min. It makes no sense. read more

Great service all around... very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed the full experience of this experience. Again great service from Fred and Ant read more

Fast and friendly. I picked up an order curbside today and Tony C was my budtender. He had good suggestions, was super fast getting my order out to me, and very friendly and professional. Nice work, Tony C. Thank you. read more

They always make you wait an unreasonable amount of time at curbside. Plan on spending at least 20-30 minutes waiting for your order. And they help other people who pull in after you 1st. read more

I had a great experience as a first time buyer. Tequila my budtender was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff provided excellent service, were very knowledgeable about the products, and the waiting area was comfortable with a wide selection of quality items. read more

I actually cannot believe how good the ratings are. You can order ahead or pull up and walk in.... No matter what, you'll be there for 20 min minimum. I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out. read more

Literally have a doorman but not an ATM when they only accept cash. Get your priorities right. Would not recommend

Corrine showed me top notch service.....her personality was so sweet and pleasant. Love the atmosphere there.

I got my first delivery today, and Andrew did a great job. He answered some questions for me and put me at ease regarding the process. I will be a return customer for sure! read more

This store is top of the line! Always have a great experience with them and when I don't they make it right every time.

Never going back to this place again. I specifically asked for an indica & sativa. I made a decision while I was there but looked up the strains when I got home, and they were both 50/50 hybrids. I am extremely pissed off. I like to smoke some sativa when I exercise during the day & I use indica to go to sleep. What a complete waste of money! While I'm talking about wastes or money, check out their bongs priced from 1000$-5000$. I guess they don't need my business. Cannabis is a natural plant, why are you using so much damn plastic? read more

This is the upper echelon of all Dispensaries! From the parking lot until you return to the lot the aesthetics are top tier! When you enter the establishment, you are greeted by extremely friendly and ready to help staff members! The security has the same smile as the check-in hosts and the check-in hosts are as eager to assist you as the sales representatives in the back I really enjoyed the waiting room aesthetics and all the product that gold leaf has to offer this is my second visit this week and I have yet to be disappointed. Today I was serviced by Frederick and he met all my needs and provided excellent recommendations. All merchandise purchased has been fresh and exceeded expectations.I look forward to my next return. Ummmm what's happened here? I'm not sure why the quality and speed of service has declined so significantly but I'm disgusted. Placed an order at 6pm for pickup at 8:15. When we arrived, the "bouncer" confidently waived us to keep going (and not turn in to parking lot). After watching someone of a different "tone" be welcomed into the parking lot, we approached the bouncer to inquire why we couldn't be let in the parking lot. He responded by saying "oh I didn't realize you were trying to get in" strange. We then WAITED FOR OUR CURBSIDE ORDER FOR AN HOUR. I placed the order at 6:12pm and arrived at 8:05pm. Won't be back. Way too many other local and efficient options. I.e.) Greenlight, ascend, etc... read more

Unprofessional and unreliable. Waited hours for a delivery that never came. No call, no email.

Amazing staff and pretty quick. I honestly would only assume the negative reviews are from potheads who got rejected by the girls but overall wonderful store. read more

I am writing to express my appreciation for Goldleaf, and, in particular, their delivery service. A very nice gentleman delivered my order to my door a few hours ago. He called me about fifteen minutes before his arrival to alert me that he was on his way. He was on time, well dressed and polite. His name is James. I am a 71 year old woman and I have been quite ill for a couple of years. This experience made my day. Thank you Goldleaf, and thank you James. Warm regards, Deborah read more

I recently relocated to Chesapeake Beach and it has been a struggle to get up to Mana Edgewater (the nearest dispensary) to refill my prescription. I discovered Gold Leaf delivery on Leafly and am so impressed. They possess a great selection of products and killer customer service. They sent a super well-dressed man in a sweet black Tesla to bring me my meds. He was incredibly polite and super communicative. They confirmed my appointment the day before (8 AM-10 AM delivery time frame) and the gentleman was here at 8:15 sharp. (even gave me a 15-minute heads-up call). The delivery minimum of only 100$ is very easy to manage. I am wildly impressed with the service as well as the quality of the product and experience. The sweet Tesla is apparently the company car provided to the drivers, I love this little touch of class. read more

Shout out to Tyler. I will request him over and over. In-depth knowledge and top-notch service

This was my first ever experience with dispensaries since finding out I have a slipped disc and a spinal tumor and i needed help with pain management. My husband and I came in nervous and unsure of what to get to help me. Our bud tender Cassidy was AMAZING. She explained what properties of each strain would help me with pain management, gave recommendations and helped us find items in our price range. I am over the moon with the experience I had and will be a repeat customer thanks to Cassidy! read more

There's no comparison to the selection, nor the knowledge of the budtenders - in particular, a gentleman named Kyle. I've been a frequent customer of Gold Leaf and have requested Kyle for most of my shopping. He's been incredibly helpful in listening to my needs and selecting the products that would be the best. Recently, I had to set up a delivery. I've not done it before and needed help selecting the right blend of cbd/thc/ Kyle went WAY above the call of duty when he answered my call. We spent 20 minutes on the phone. I was very impressed - Kyle and GoldLeaf? You guys rock. read more

This place is the "cream of the crop" when it comes to dispensaries in Maryland. They have an excellent selection of products, and the staff is as knowledgeable as one could expect. The check in process is painless and the wait is worth it. Ask for Victor as your bud tender, he's very informative, gets you the best deal and does it all with a smile. - Did I mention, if you decide to walk in, instead of taking advantage of their curbside service, the smells are freeeee and this place smells good. This is a brand new medial cannabis dispensary opened in Annapolis, MD. It has been a long time coming since demolishing the old building in this dated strip mall. This is a beautiful building with a sweeping, huge open waiting area, full length windows, amazing wall art and many products to shop while (if) waiting for your turn in the back. Very knowledgable "Budtenders" and very friendly. You aren't knocked over by the smell of cannabis when you walk in the door either. The back, secured room where the main product is, lies behind a double-door that reminds me of something out of Star Wars. Once in the back, there are separate men and women restrooms, (fancy ones at that), a beautiful horizontal fireplace (yes, a decorative fireplace). The lighting and wall coverings are amazing. A HUGE open space that is just beautiful. They also accept credit cards and bank cards, maybe even HCSA. I'm not sure how they do that, but they figured it out without charging you an ATM fee. Most importantly, the products are excellent and the REGULAR prices are much lower than the other nearest dispensary (sorry MANA). Finally, the "Budtender" or "pharmacist" is looking out for the patient in a medical sense, not offering items that will simply blast you out of your mind. They are very professional and listen to what my needs are. I go there for strictly the CBD products which help after my back surgery - and they have a great selection! read more
