When I walked in the other day I was met with a rude gay black man with dreads who refused to look up my med card number. I didnt have my phone with me so it wasnt possible for me to go online and he just refused to help me with it. I made the purchase under my rec account and had to spend an extra 20 percent ...I was not rude at all... I just find it disgusting that inividuals act like that at any dispensary. I have NEVER been treated like that at any other dispensary in Maryland. I come in to get medicine, not get treated with disrespect and looked down on when I know he had the ability to look it up JUST LIKE THE REST OF THEM ALWAYS DO. read more

I've never been to a dispensary where the budtenders are so nonchalant, unhelpful, and rude. I got a pre-roll here for $13 on sale. It was... whatever. They have an app here, but it seems like you don't accrue points per dollar... I'm not sure. I wouldn't return here. The selection is small, they only offer FTP discounts for medical. read more

I have always went to revolution Releaf. Today I had an issue with a purchase and came back in and asked if I can get a refund or replace the cart. The associate proceeded to let me know that is something they wouldn't be able to do and he started suggesting other carts as I decided to get another one. 5-10 minutes after we closed the issue. The manager came out to speak in a rude tone stating they do not do refunds and making faces and was ready to kick me out. He didn't come out the back with an open mind or spoke in a professional manner in a situation he has no clue about. Didn't apologize either after I told him I was past that matter and was getting another one. after this encounter the associate that was helping me at first completely became clueless as if he doesn't work there. I kept on asking what sativa carts they have in stock, if he can read the names for me, and more questions while he repeatedly made the "I don't know" expression with his face and hands. I am surprised this place would get any bad reviews. They certainly have the best prices and have kept true to the idea of good customer care and fantastic prices.I know what I want and always pre-order and have never had any problems what so ever.The people who work out front are always so cheerful and friendly. The budtenders tend to be hit or miss but anyone that has worked with the public...It's a tough job.They have made changes always for the better.The other places have over time have raised their prices where revoloution has kept to the original business plan.This area has quite a few dispensaries but your best bet is Revoloution. read more

Hello to whoever it may concern, I just entered your store for the first time today, Tuesday April 30, and to say I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dispensary, would be putting it lightly. The check in crew was very nice and welcoming I must say, but once I went past them to the most important part, where customer service truly plays the biggest role, I was treated like an inconvience. I was not greeted, I was rushed, and felt like I was inconviencing the employee for even taking an order. Daniel left such a bad taste in my mouth I was stunned how someone could even have such a bad attitude and lack of customer service working at such a joyous place. he was at register 2 and when I went to my car I saw that I had been given a completely busted and spilled cartridge. I am aware that isn't directly his fault at all, he didn't package the item, but what is and what compelled me to even write this email, was how he completely mishandled the situation. I reentered the building and I went straight to him to return it, he disregarded me and he rudly just took it from me, not even asking, no apologies or even consideration, and once again acted like I was bothering him by returning a broken product I paid for. To be honest, he shouldnt have responsibilities like the register if he has such a lack of care and patience for a error that wasn't mine to begin with. He was rude the entire process and even rolled his eyes and scoffed at me. Acted like I came to inconvience his day at work. I will not be shopping here any longer and I want someone to be aware that Daniel is working for this company with such an attitude, and I can't imagine you would be pleased with behavior like that. It honestly gives your company a bad name and face. I have never experienced such hirrible customer service In my life, in any establishment ever, to be clear. To be honest, I've came here about seven times. I've only enjoyed the weed two times and I'm never going back honestly because they are literally choosing to charge you three extra dollars if you use a card I don't really care about you charge me to the next 20 or whatever, but they're complete thieves because they can choose to have a better processing system but for the weed that they're selling, I would never ever ever pay another dollar out of my pocket... And out of town are used to weed just fine street weed. I'm warning you now I just fucking pissed off. I don't even wanna smoke weed no more shit. read more

I've been a regular customer since their opening. Wicked smart staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff. I always leave content.

I decided to give this place a try because it's somewhat close to my home by just buying some relaxing mints but I didn't have such a great experience. Unfortunately customer service is not there, none of the associates there pay attention to which cars get there first since we aren't allowed to go in because of COVID, people that got there last got their orders first so they don't really have a system as of right now which makes it very inconvenient. I had to wait more than a half hour to get my stuff and I was the third one there, multiple cars arrived and the associates picked cars at random to service, instead of first come first serve. I will not be returning to spend more money there and waste my time especially when I told the associate there that they need a better system and he just brushed it off like patients money don't pay his bills, I don't recommend it based on this experience. read more

I discovered Revolution last December & for the most part, they carry a lot of stuff! Lots of vape carts (my favorites are Mendo Breath by Liberty/Strane & Granddoggy Purps by Verano), flower, gummies, etc. Convenient location, except if you're coming from Rt. 1 headed north, you have to make a u-turn up about 3 blocks to get into the parking lot. I've never waited long here, I think 5 minutes has been the longest wait & that's very quick compared to other local dispensaries. Most of the budtenders, like Dave, are helpful & knowledgeable, I've had some wonderful recommendations on strains at RR. I love their Saturday special (5 gram eighths) & was fortunate to come in when Evermore was doing a pop up :) Flower is deli style which I prefer, I can actually see what I'm buying & they carry lots of strains. The reason for 4 stars was because on one visit, I had a budtender that was rushing me (there was no one in the waiting room either) & that's one thing I can't stand. I like to shop not just come in & grab this or that and go. When I say shop, I like to look at the flower, see what edibles or vapes they have, check out the concentrates & most budtenders have no issue with it.
