    This happened over the summer. I contacted customer support and they were completely useless. They…read moresaid they'd follow up soon and then just ghosted me. So here's my complaint: "I called the phone number of my local Curaleaf yesterday to ask if I had left my driver's license there, and the man who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful. When I asked if a license had been found, he said he didn't know because he wasn't at the store. I asked if I could speak to someone who actually was at the store so I could be better assisted, but the man said no. He offered to ask the manager on duty to give me a call back in an hour, but I had to remind him the store would be closed in an hour, so that would not work. Rather than connecting me with someone at the store, or asking someone at the store himself and then calling me back, he said I would have to drive up to the store myself if I wanted to talk to the people there. This was after I just told him I was missing my driver's license. It's ridiculous that in 2025 I had to physically drive up to the store to ask a question, especially when your customer service representative could have easily saved me the trip. My license ended up being in my car, but I didn't realize that until I was already in the store parking lot. This was very annoying and inconvenient for me because the man on the phone could have easily solved the problem without me having to drive to the store, but chose not to. From my perspective, this is either a training issue or the man was being lazy. But there never would have been a problem in the first place if the phone number that my local Curaleaf lists on their website connected me to my local Curaleaf instead of some third-party call center Curaleaf outsources its phone lines to so it doesn't have to burden itself with customer service."

I'm not here to hangout, I think I can speak for everyone when I say I'm here to pick up my stuff and leave. Just like when you go to the liquor store, I want to pick it up and go home. It's a "designer" dispo, that makes the lobby feel exclusive, so you don't mind waiting 40 min. There are legit 40 people on a shift not doing shit, fr counted about 24 people in the back. When you finally get back to make a purchase you have to look off an iPad, barely anything is displayed. THEN they can't even turn around to grab the product, they have to message someone upstairs to bring it down. The person upstairs packages the products very nicely, just for the sales person to unwrap it, show it to you, and then take 5 min to try and wrap it nicely again. This sales model is so dumb. I have also order ahead online, sat in the car for 37 min. Why would you come outside without the product and card reader. You tell them what spot your in from the link to your order, so why would you come out to the car empty handed ask who I am and take another 10 min to come out with the product and card reader. But mind blowingly people love this place. I say go to an uglier dispo, get in and get out.

I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.
