My certification got renewed on time, I never had a lapse in access. I was asked to provide proof of my conditions needing treatment so be prepared for that. There is no confirmation of the certification from the Dr. (At least my Dr. did not provide any) but you can check on the MMCC portal and it will show if it went through. Overall good experience.

When you go on your re-certification appt, they tell you to upload all items in advance but the cannabis doctor I spoke to at the appt was reading everything in front of me anyways. I had my meeting a few days in advance to the deadline as is normal - and she told me that she would re-certify me once possible. I went to the dispensary 2 weeks later to find that she did not re-certify me, so I could not pick up my medication until I got in touch with Green Health Docs. Like me, you may suffer from chronic pain and can't be bothered with companies that will take your payment in advance, claim that you are getting re-certified, but then never actually do the work they were paid to do.

So I scheduled my appointment on-line to be texted that the on-line scheduler was malfunctioning and I couldn't be seen until Monday at 7pm by Dr Sharma, himself. I told him I wanted the appointment and he confirmed via text (see photo). I showed up tonight to 5 other people in the waiting room also with 7pm appointments. Dr Sharma asked me to come back at 8pm, but I was unable to do that. There seems to be no office management at all.
