Came in here because I was in need of flints for my Zippo lighter. I had stopped at multiple…read moretobacco shops and convenience stores the past few weeks searching for the flints to replace. Each time I struck out and was just left with a nonworking Zippo. Since I was in the plaza I decided that why not give this place a try. It wouldn't hurt, if they didn't have it, I would just continue my search. I walked in and did a quick look around myself. There were a few other customers in there and I didn't want to bother them right away. After the other customers were helped I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them what I was looking for and a first employee wasn't sure if they had them or not. While this exchange was going on the employee at the register overheard the exchange and stepped right in. This employee, or maybe he was the owner, knew exactly what I was looking for and exactly where the item was. He took me right over to the display where it was, and without hesitation, grabbed the item from the shelf. It was much smaller than I expected, but honestly it was right in front of me as well. I just wasn't aware of what I was looking for. I'm kicking myself in the behind right now. Because when he handed me the flints he asked if I needed any extra wicks. I thought I'd be good for a while on the wicks, but was I wrong. I now have new flints for the Zippo, but am in dire need of a wick now. Next time around, I'll know better. Great customer service.

Sadly a SO CALLED NEW MANAGER ARRIVED,THAT RUNS ANOTHER LOCATION&HAS DISRUPTED THE ..clients,regulars with specific purchases..HOW?-HE TOOK TONS ON SPECIALTY items that are guaranteed sales at this location..WHY WOULD HE SABATAGE A STORE&THEIR REGULAR CLIENTELE?? Not only suspicions but totally unprofessional by all accounts. Regulars for 9+yrs,as I am,he took my regular order out with many others clients for NO REASON,this is guaranteed sales,is he privately selling off grid,is he purposefully hurting the employees, what reason?? As a high powered sales person since 83,&owning my own stores&4 websites..I cannot see a reason for this inexplicable nonsence. All employees inside store are fully qualified to either manage or co manage this high traffic store with so so many regulars. Tyler did an amazing job with his staff. The saddest lies withen the purposefull SABATAGE, 1000-2000$++weekly..for no reason other than selfishness, petty authoritarian type managing,or just plain insensitivity towards loyal clients and employees. It's obvious he's not capable of caring for either company or clients or employees. The owner is a very nice guy. Their variety in hookah supplies and tobaccos is unbelievable. I like the variety of tobaccos they offer. Especially you will different brands and different flavors that you don't usually find in your local tobacco shops. The biggest plus is the prices. At average they are 25-30% cheaper than anywhere else I have been to. Also they have different sets of hookah. You can open a customer account and can get additional discounts for loyal customers.  Also they have very long opening hours and are available on the weekend and holidays.
