This place is a heaven for hookah lovers. They have all sorts of supplies, tobaccos, and hookahs. I'd say the best place in NOVA. The shop looks really professional done. The owner is a very nice guy. Their variety in hookah supplies and tobaccos is unbelievable. I like the variety of tobaccos they offer. Especially you will different brands and different flavors that you don't usually find in your local tobacco shops. The biggest plus is the prices. At average they are 25-30% cheaper than anywhere else I have been to. Also they have different sets of hookah. You can open a customer account and can get additional discounts for loyal customers.  Also they have very long opening hours and are available on the weekend and holidays. read more

This place says on Yelp! they are open at 11am everyday. False- they are SUPPOSED TO be open at noon on Fridays... we along with others were waiting in cars, right in front of the door and on the sidewalk. Some people (and ourselves) gave up and drove off. We left at 1215- still not open! Went to Walmart came back at 1247- still not open! ......... After the owner acknowledged my previous review (which by the way- thank you for the reply), about a week later we decided to drop by the store and pick up some items. They have a solid selection- from hookahs to shiaha to coals (which are always in stock)- anything you need and the staff is knowledgeable. Good visit. read more

I live in the springfield area and every time I go to a hookah establishment they lack knowledge. I came to Hookah Oasis and they didn't just have everything that I needed but the knowledge behind hookah. Every question I asked got answered and I left educated. They also are equipped with almost every flavor or gadget you can think of! After hearing such good reviews about this place, I made the travels to come up and give this place a visit. They have a LARGEEE selection of different hookahs to choose from but service was not there. They opened 30 minutes late and was not greeted at all. I had some questions about some items and it was like I was bothering them. I mean, I only want to make sure what I am buying is exactly what I want. Anyways, the check in promotion was great. I usually really like this place but recently they've hired a guy that really has no real understanding of customer service. Today I came to buy a new hookah and I saw online they were open I got to the business and saw the lights were on and the open sign was blinking. Only to get the the door to find the sign below. So I was thinking oh 10 minutes that's fine I can wait. People I cannot make this up I waited in my car out front the store for An entire HOUR! 60 minutes and then I got tired of waiting. I couldn't believe it. This is not the first time I've come and that sign has been on the door with no one showing up for longer than 10 minutes. It's just rude. read more

Stopped by to purchase my first in-home hookah. They have a HUGE selection of literally everything you could need for a hookah. They also have a ton of shisha. The employee who helped me (didn't get his name) was extremely knowledgeable (and patient as I paced the shop deciding on the perfect pieces) and helped me build my hookah exactly how I wanted it. I used to go here to buy my shisha and coals for my hookah but I recently discovered another store on Old Bridge Rd, VA Smoke Shop that sells my favorite shisha Al Fakher way below any shops I've seen. Best hookah shop I've ever been to! Lowest prices and a huge selection! Customer service was AMAZING!!

I've been coming here since they first opened. I was one of the first 50 people to sign up for the membership. The prices are hands down best around but the employees don't care to keep the store open. I've come on 3 different occasions THIS WEEK alone to a "be back in 20/30/40 min" sign. If you see this sign, just leave. The employee likes to walk to the mall with his friends and it will be at least an hour wait. There's a tobacco store off old bridge road near ox road that abides by their store hours. I'd recommend going there(a few dollars difference in prices but nothing that will break the bank) read more
