Before the shit was legal here and I had buddies in other states that had med cards and would send them to me after shipping I was paying 60 bucks a cart lol . This location is usually our go to every couple of days- I have Lupus & other health ailments. The customer service & getting in & out is usually a breeze. However on 420 it was a mess & because of that I feel I won't frequent this location much. I had placed an online order after seeing the mess of people outside waiting around & being told we have to just wait & that ALL MD systems were down. I never received an email or text to pick up my order just that it was received. The following day I called to see if they'll honor my order & they said no w/ no explanation. Prior to Dispensary Works I would frequent Haven & something like this has happened in the past & they honored my order w/ no hesitation. I truly don't appreciate the treatment. Nect year 420 I hope things are more organized & all folks orders are honored & placed thoroughly. read more

Never coming back. I frequented this dispensary as it is the closest one to my residence. I usually am helped by a knowledgeable staff member, however, during my last visit I had a terrible customer service experience and the manager has refused to alleviate my dissatisfaction. During my last visit, I was helped by a staff member whom was obviously and observably new and had no knowledge of the products distributed by this business. On this particular day, I was seeking a new cartridge. Per usual, I asked questions to my assigned staff member. She did not know the answers to any of my questions and instead guessed when recommending products. She ended up selling me a $100 disposable vape pen by a company she recommended and vouched for instead of my request of a cartridge. The packaging did not show that it was a disposable vape and it was tightly packaged so I did not open the product until I got home. I was very disappointed to see that the product was not what the staff member had described. Due to going out of town for two weeks, leaving the very next day after my purchase, I was unable to contact this business to discuss my dissatisfaction and hopeful next steps until 15 days later after my purchase. So I ended up just initially accepting the disappointment and used the vape. After one week, the vape became defective and stopped working while still at least 75% full. I was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do to resolve my issue since it had been over a week from my purchase. I was advised to contact the manufacturer regarding the defective product but I no longer had the original packaging which would have been needed to make a defective claim. This dispensary showed no concern and quickly dismissed me. I will never be going back to this dispensary. read more

I am extremely pleased with this dispensary because it is the only one that actually treats me like a patient. The staff (doesn't matter who) listen to what you say and do their best to get the correct fit between you and your medicine. Other "dispensaries" hustle you in, give you quick answers that are not always correct and send you out the door with your product, caveat emptor! At Dispensary Works, you are welcomed in and a relationship has started. The staff engages you in a conversation about you and your medicine, finding out what it is that you need and how they can best meet it. I never feel pressured to hurry and decide, nor when I am waiting, do I feel neglected ( or as in some places, being herded until they can get my cash). I know that they time they take with someone else is also the time they spend with me.....so it's good. The prices at DW are some of the best values around......the prices on concentrates, sugars, etc. are some of the best......even when not on specials. Unlike other shops, DW has reasonable prices on cartridges ( most hover at $50- $60), so your dollar goes further. ( I still can't believe that some places are gouging $70+ for a .5 cart..just saying). I am not trying to do anything other than inform other patients about being good consumers. I believe in good service for my money.....and I prefer a place where people are professional, truly care about the patients, open to feedback ( I personally witnessed the owner working very hard to make sure that a customer was upset over a transaction. The fact that the owner wasn't going to be happy until the customer was satisfied, explained it until it was understood by the patient. It was an outstanding effort...and one that tells me these people care. Another dispensary failed to return my card to me, I forgot to ask for it. I had to call, inquire, wait for an answer, go get it and when I got there, there was not anything resembling an apology.) It's okay...just like way back when, my money speaks for me...and I have never been disappointed with any purchase at Dispensary Works!
