Add this to my list of Maryland dispensaries that are a little bland. While I appreciated the help…read moreof the budtender here, most of their deals aren't that great and the entire environment is just far more sterile than I would like to be in. They carry very similar products to other Maryland dispensaries. They do have some specials, which I think are a little bit better than some other places, but it's nothing like what you will expect in DC when things are not shut down or other states. They also do not offer first time customer discounts, deals, or anything else. I spent roughly $70 on two eighths. I was in a pinch, so it made sense to do so. But really, if you have a plug, that's probably a better route.

Personally, I find this establishment to be one of the best dispensaries in the DMV area…read more Constantly good deals, and a nice staff that always offers help. This is my primary store of choice and despite what I may dislike about the store, I do come back. There are times where the shop does experience a lot of traffic and can take up to 40 minutes to finally get to the counter! I've been coming to this shop since they were known as Harvest and there have been notable changes in how things are run - Some good, some bad. But none of these changes have focused on trying to remedy the traffic problem. I get it, sometimes it can't be helped. However, I saw another review mention the introduction of kiosk... knowing the space available in the store that may not be possible, but I do believe something needs to be done (this is what really made me leave a review). Words cannot explain how annoying it is to wait over 30mins for product and having that time extended because medical patients must be seen first and 1 or 2 just walked in right as it was your turn up next . As a regular customer, if there's anything I would want to see fixed, it's that! It would also be nice to allow us as customers to view daily deals at least a day before hand. From what I've seen, there are many deals that are recurring and happen seem to already have their own schedule. For example spending a certain amount on Wednesday gets you a chance to spin the wheel. Thats been going on for months if not over a year! If that's something that always happens I don't see why it can't be added to the website as something customers can see. Lastly, when it comes to payment. For a long period when you use your card to pay the system would round the total to the nearest 10th dollar (I.e if total was $32 you would pay $40 on card + 3 withdrawal fee). I believe at the start of the year this changed to rounding to the nearest $5 ( $32 total to $35 total) I really liked this change but it seems to have been short lived as the system has gone back its original rounding. Not sure the reason but there is someone who would like to see that come back. To those wondering, yes, they give you the difference back in cash but I just find the rounding to be a little high. This all comes from a regular, love all that y'all do but would love to see some changes made.

As a loyal customer of 4 years, tonight I was shocked beyond belief and I don't recommend this…read morestore any longer. I've literally spent thousands over the years.. on 9/9/26, I purchased a 2 gram cart. Brought it home.. it didn't work. Called the store.. they said "no problem.. just bring in your receipt. Not like they can't pull it all up on my account, but okay. I finally got back there this evening. I'm in line and a girl working there asked what I needed and i told her.. she remembered talking to me and said.."no worries.. we gotcha.. they'll be right with you. I waited and at my turn, I got the manager "Robert." He claimed that without the original packaging, he would not refund or exchange. I showed him who I spoke with, and that I was not told that. There are no signs telling people to keep the packaging.. the employees dont even know it. On top of that, it's not in the return policy noted on the website. I'm not someone that returns things.. it was full and I had my receipt. Robert didn't care. He continued to say no regardless of anything noted above. I will be reaching out to Corporate and will pursue this. Why? Because I'm angry. I wonder what corporate will think about losing a loyal customer that has helped support that store. Robert should lose his job for ruining a relationship with a loyal customer. There are so many dispensaries in this area, and they have the least to choose from. I've continued to go there out of loyalty and no other reason.

For example, neither the dispensary nor my package reeked of dope, which was a nice change from the last place I tried. I will definitely come back. I'm just a boring old guy who wants to buy some weed, at a reasonable price, with no drama and no surprises. This is a good place, if that's the transaction you're looking for.

Very disappointing experience as a registered medical cannabis patient…read more I arrived at The Apothecarium approximately 10 minutes before closing because I needed to obtain my medication. Despite the posted business hours indicating that the location was open until closing time, I was denied access and unable to purchase my medication. As a medical patient, I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Patients should not be made to feel like their medical needs are unimportant, especially when they arrive during the business's posted operating hours. If there is a cutoff time for entering the dispensary or serving medical patients before closing, that policy should be clearly posted and communicated to patients so they are not making a trip expecting to receive their medication and then turned away. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better consideration for medical patients who rely on the dispensary for their medication.
