I called Amen after trying to get repairs through my home warranty company, who strung me along for almost two weeks and then told me I wasn't covered. Then I called Amen, who came promptly, confirmed that it looked like new circuit boards were required for all three appliances, and started researching sources for those parts. He provided me a very reasonable estimate for parts and labor, which he honored despite the fact that the repairs turned out to be much more complicated than they should have been due to the fact that some of the parts were difficult to locate, necessitating multiple trips to my apartment Fortunately for me, Amen doesn't give up easily. Thanks to his above-and-beyond efforts, two of the three appliances were repaired. Unfortunately, it turned out the dishwasher wasn't salvageable. But Amen recommended and installed a replacement.
