    I have been here a few times for cracked screens and to get a new battery for my iPhone. They are all very nice and provide excellent, honest service. Oh, and it only takes them about 15 mins to fix a screen or battery, so they are quick too. I hope I don't need to come back here but I am sure I will be back soon when I drop my phone again. Definitely recommend this spot.

    If I could give them 10 stars on a five-star rating, I would. I've been there about 10 times over…read morethe years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they've managed to completely resolve my issue. In fact, after going to the nearby Verizon store first today, I was told to either buy a wireless charger (which wouldn't work as I have something glued to the back of my phone case) or just buy a new phone (a prong from my charger broke off inside the charging port, leaving me unable to listen to music [I hate AirPods, plus I connect my phone to my car's sound system]). I drove across the street, and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes. Along with the cleaning and getting a new protective glass installed, it set me back a whole $35. Also, the service has been friendly - dare I say outstanding - on each of my visits. TLDR: the employees at Verizon and other such stores are primarily salesmen. They want you to buy something, and they aren't super well versed in how their products actually work. The guys at Super Smart phones have YEARS of expertise, can fix nearly everything, are great with customers, and have extremely reasonable prices. The only drawback is it's a little hard to find. After my phone was stolen, I spent two days getting the runaround from Verizon and Apple. I walked into this store upset and at my breaking point. Gavin gave me his full attention and then spent 2.5 hours fighting with Verizon customer service on my behalf. I watched them hang up on him three times. He never gave up -- he said the customer needed to be helped, and he meant every word. Four hours later, everything was resolved. He got me exactly what I needed plus a $150 bill credit. If you need help and want someone who truly takes their job seriously, go see Gavin. He doesn't just deserve a great review -- he deserves a medal and a promotion.     Honestly, just top down, it was surprisingly how such a small issue was handled so poorly…read more The issue was cosmetic and the fact that I like to connect my devices (that can) directly to my router using an Ethernet cable and not WiFi. Pic A is how it began and Pic B is how the first tech left it. Said he didn't have the part and that I may need to buy it. Called my building's rep who was not very helpful and then called tech support (1-855-690-9105) I spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support who swore up and down that Verizon has all parts and that I shouldn't have to pay. They sent another tech, Cesar, who left it like the Pic C - was very upset and called tech support who this time said she couldn't find my account - that did not help matters. Called tech support again (who found my account) and even let them view through my phone's camera and they were baffled and said the techs should have it. Got the DC office manager who said he'd ordered the part...see the text pic and I bet you can guess what happened. A 3rd tech came by who was honest and said they just didn't have this part in the warehouse. Eventually I just bought the part myself and finished it myself (Pic D and Pic E) and I'm lucky the part came with extra screws as Cesar must have tossed some. It appeared as though the building Verizon rep was going to compensate me but it has been a month and I haven't heard a peep. See the email pic. If you claim a building is Verizon ready, then please have all the parts - making your customers buy anything to finish the job is just an embarrassment.

    OK customer service. I come here with my mom since she has service with this carrier. She keeps…read morehaving issues with her phone and I've recommended that she just switch carriers, but she's been with them for so long, thus reluctant to change. They're patient with her and answer all of her questions. My only 2 concerns, they play a lot of reggaeton music that plays kind of loud on the speakers in the store. The volume is distracting, especially for my mom who is a Senior. I actually turned the volume down because my mom kept complaining about it while we were waiting for someone to help her. And within a few minutes, someone turned it back up. I turned it down, and they turned it back up. Granted, these speakers are on display and meant to be checked out and touched, but I think it was obnoxious that they kept turning it up to satisfy their comfort and their sense of relaxation to the work environment, as opposed to viewing the experience from the paying customer lense. Each time we have been there, 3x in the past 6 months, reggaeton is playing which I can't understand so I can't determine whether the lyrics are clean or not. Also, the gentleman helping us kept fiddling with his cell personal cell phone in his pocket. He kept pulling it out and texting, and kept putting it back in his pocket. I thought it was unprofessional during an interaction with a paying customer. Location is good, but they have room to improve on to guarantee a more polished customer experience.

Finally, I told her that I did not want to add insurance because I didn't want to cancel it after the free 14 day term. She added it anyways as I found out from a welcome email. Am assuming everything else is fine, but the entire experience gave me scam vibes, which shouldn't be the case to a vendor you are spending thousands of dollars with for decades. Have strong concerns about the trustworthiness of at least this team member, and would consider looking elsewhere for your mobile/internet/cable needs. If going, make sure to review everything in detail, ask questions and stay on top of anything they try and sneak in. Would Iove to connect with the general manager.

I also got my IPad back in worse condition than I dropped it off with glue everywhere on the device and the screen not even put back in to the iPad. (I dropped this off because it was not charging. Now I'm dealing with a screen problem. They also said the screen glitches now in the corner. THANKS! This is not a professional place. The excuse was that iPads cannot open from the back because it's an enclosed case... (what device is these days!!) When I dropped the device off, I was told it would take a couple of days. It took a couple of weeks. Okay, things happen - right? They needed a new top/part. Once the part was on, I had to take it back because the home key didn't work. Okay, things happen right? During this time, the man behind the counter would yell and argue with me if I had a concern as a customer. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and honestly a lack of kindness and humanity that we should have for fellow human beings. Guess what, the touch screen does not work properly. I called to talk with them about my experience, and they kindly offered a reimbursement as I am not local to the area. However, weeks and months went by with no repayment, blowing off follow-up calls and yelling at me. Absolutely terrible. I was simply following up with what they promised as a business. They offered it. Why offer to reimburse someone if you don't plan to follow up? What a mess. If I had known this was situation, I would have lived with the crack. I wish I could have foreseen my choices here. I would have appreciated kindness and honesty in this situation. I am all supportive of a small business but not one that is corrupt and dishonest. I would NOT recommend this place.
