Was told the old cracked phone I was trading in for new Iphone was reported stolen awhile ago (so why didn't Verizon notify me???) and they could not process new transaction. Manager and staff guy were so frustrating - I was in the store over 3 hours with no progress. Long story short - I was charged TWICE for a new Iphone - staff at the store told me to take it up with Verizon Customer Service -= and I could never get a live person there to talk to me -- and when I emailed or did live chat, it was just AI auto-messages responding back -- and they would not fix the double charge. Anyway, so I ended up disputing charge on my credit card bill. Nightmare.

In fact, moments after I left the store my iPad was having the same issues it was having before I brought it in. That same night the iPad cracked...again. I had the iPad for almost a year and have dropped it and it NEVER cracked. I brought it back to the store, I expressed my issue with an employee of the store and was basically told that they were not going to fix the issue. After a passive verbal exchange the police were called. He ended up negotiating with the officers instead of the customer and while he brought the repair price down significantly, I was still expected to pay for the hopes that my iPad would be fixed. This was also after I was given two different quotes over the phone. The employee on duty was belligerent and disrespectful as I tried to talk through my issue. Do not come here. Do not come here. DO NOT COME HERE. My iPad is still currently broken lmfao.

The same…read morecrew has been with us through move-in, 4 floors of piecemeal renovations that have dragged out over years, having a baby, having a second baby, working from home, and on and on. We originally found them, because we had had trouble with every company we had tried before them letting our cats out of the house or closing them into cabinets or closets, where they would be stuck for hours until we got home. So I posted on Yelp with a request for a cleaner who could promise it wouldn't happen , and MK Cleaning promised that they could meet this requirement for us, and they have reliably done so for a decade. Phew! Plus, they just really go to extra lengths to figure out what our family needs most on a given week, and they put extra effort in to make our lives easier. And they always manage to navigate whatever chaos is going on in our house. We recommend them 100%.
