I walked into this Verizon Store in Tustin Legacy today after work. My phone wasn't working & I couldn't make any calls. I was very concerned because my mother suffered a stroke several months ago and I call her everyday to speak with her. The manager Amal was so helpful and solved my problem immediately! He found that my SIM card wasn't working properly and that was causing the problem. Amal was friendly, extremely knowledgeable & put my mind at ease. Another gentleman named Jason also assisted me and I greatly appreciate his help as well! Parking at this location is very easy and the store is very convenient to my home. I will definitely return to this Verizon location anytime I have difficulty or need to replace my phone! read more

OMAR is the store managers name, if you are unfortunate enough to speak with him, just leave the store. I bought a 1200 dollar Samsung Ultra 1 month prior. In that period of time, the phone became unusable, it would freeze every 30 to 45 minutes. I called the Verizon Loyalty number, and they told me I would be able to replace the phone with a new phone at the store I purchased it from. When I arrived at the store, Omar told me that because my phone was 3 days out of warranty, that it was no longer new, and that they would not replace it. He then went on to tell me that I could purchase an additional phone, and add a line to my account, for another 1200 dollars. When I explained to him that their corporate office made a note in my account, authorizing them to replace the phone, he simply said no, and refused to look up my information. And now, I have a 1200 dollar phone that needs to be rebooted every hour or so. Thank you Omar. read more

Store has stolen my trade-in phones and I have been going back and forth for MONTHS while still getting billed extra. I opened a new line in September, gave them my phone in store, sent in my fiancés' through UPS as she was also on the new line, got our new phones, and never got my credit for the trade-ins. When we got our second bill, I noticed I was being charged for Game+ and the protection plan when I specifically said NO when asked if I wanted them while opening my account. I have spent over 6 hours in the last 3 months trying to find out where my phones are. After calling in several times, they finally said they received the one I sent in through UPS, but I went in store last month after finding my in store trade-in was never sent in and was told they do not have record of me returning my phone. After being told to wait for the manager, I left to get a phone call from Omar, the store manager, and said they found my phone in the back room and was never processed. He said he would return the phone and I would get credits, but was still charged an extra $100 right before Christmas. The manager has said "no need to worry, we will take care of this" every single month and yet I am still being charged. read more

This one-star review is based on the customer service. The manager is unfriendly and aggressive. We visited this location after we were told to go to a corporate Verizon because we were sent the wrong iPhone during a trade in. The manager was talking over my mom while she tried to explain the situation, said he would charge a restocking fee, and told my mom "you've had the phone for three days and didn't realize," when it had been one day. He failed to mention that customer service was closed for the day so while we were outside trying to call like he suggested, him and his other co-workers were laughing inside the building. I would avoid this location entirely. I was able to get the issue resolved by calling customer service with no restocking fee and spoke with a super friendly rep. Definitely call if you can, rather than having to deal with rude management at this location. read more

After being put through the ringer at a third-party Verizon store on Alton Pkwy, I left to see if the actual store new what they were doing and if they could actually get a phone for my uncle that was usable. (see review on their page) I came to the District location and Kyle helped me out. Needless to say, this was probably one of the best Verizon experiences I have had. I love coming here! I have the worst luck with customer service over the phone and just some straight up bad luck In person. Everytime I've been to this specific location, the employees are so welcoming and don't treat me like the hundredth person they've seen that day. (Even if it was) I had the pleasure of working with Diz! This man was patient and fixed all my problems that I had been sitting on since mid pandemic since Verizon stores had closed and I could get ZERO help from customer service. This is an overdue thank you to the manager, Omar Rosas. My interaction with Omar was back in February 2021. 90% of the time when you go into a Verizon store, a rep will most likely refer you to call the customer service number. I did just that and unfortunately, the rep made an error out of our monthly billing. I dread calling the customer service number because you are put on hold for a long time. I was frustrated that the phone rep made an issue worse, I made an appointment at the store and that's when I met Omar. I explained the billing mishap and he understood my issue. He went above and called a different department and told me that the billing would be fixed by the end of the business day. I stopped in recently with my special needs daughter. Her iPhone stopped working and I needed to get her a phone right away. Rachelle C. helped us out immediately and was very good to my daughter. She understood my needs as well as my daughters needs. It really feels great when people with compassion can be so kind and understanding. I would give negative if I could. They are crooks. I went in to get a new battery for phone. So they don't have one and have to order, it will take a couple days. Ok, no problem. He texts me that the battery is in. So I go in and he changes the battery. He mumbles that there is something wrong with the battery. It turns out they found an old phone like mine in the other store and used the battery from that phone. The charge doesn't even last an hour, my other battery was much better. Total scam, then I asked for the my battery back, he threw it away. read more

I recently purchased a new iPhone but it was defective & Verizon sent me a refurbished replacement instead. I want a new phone exchange. I called Verizon 800 number but they all kept sending me to tech support who would send me another refurbished iphone. I paid $1100 for a new phone and it is still within warranty but I was passed from one representative to the next to get a new phone exchange. I finally went to this Verizon store, & met Amal a manager here. He really tried to help me. He could not process a new phone order for me, but he took time to call Verizon Loyalty department with me & explained the whole situation . Although I have not received the new iPhone for my defective one, Amal went above & beyond the call of duty to help me, a loyal customer of 18 years with Verizon. People like Amal really elevate Verizon customer service & I really appreciate him! read more

This is the worst Verizon store to come to. Their customer services is horrible. I counted 10 employees and 4 customers in the store, six of the employees refused to help the customers. They was to busy on theirs own cellphones. One of the female employees Rachelle ask the manager if she can help me because she has help/ sold me products before, and he said no to her, and said her turn is coming up next. After waiting 30mins just to return a item a guy finally help me. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER shop/spend your hard earn money at this location. If you MUST spend money there ask for Rachelle to help out. There is another location 5mins away in Irvine off Jamboree and Michelson the best exciting customer service ever. read more

I walked into this store after buying an apple 14 phone phone from the store in corona Del Mar and I needed help to set up my Verizon app after the support team over the phone told me to go to a Verizon store to get help because of the trouble we were having over the phone and when I walked in the person said they don't do that and if they did they would have to charge me. I took instructions from another person from there company on going there just to be charged more and having rude service so making the switch to Verizon is not been pleasant so far. read more

I had just come from the Irvine Michelson Verizon where I had an awful experience. Luckily, Diz and the team members at this location were able to help me and provide some real customer service. I purchased a defective iPhone 12 Pro from the Irvine location a day prior and needed it replaced. After waiting an hour and being turned down, I was sent here. I was seen right away, and Diz actually took the time to explain what may have happened with the original device and got me all set up on my new one. He even tested it with me in store to ensure this new one wasn't faulty. I told the staff what had happened at the Irvine location and they were very apologetic (although they didn't need to be). Overall great experience here, and this Verizon will be my new go to. read more

The customer service at this location is amazing. Special thank you to Omar who wen't above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I went in to upgrade my broken phone and what I thought was going to be an hour or so ended up taking 4-5 hours over the course of multiple days. In the end Omar found a way to transfer all my contacts and data from a broken phone with a black screen to my new phone. All this considering my broken phone didn't have a working Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity. A huge thank you to Omar as those contacts were priceless to my business and me. read more
