I went home to setup everything myself, taking more than 2 hours of my time reinstalling each app. My friend then tells me there's a simple app you use to transfer all data, but you must be in setup. After about a week of glitchy internet because I have a very old modem and router , I had not replaced since 2020 , George was so kind and sent me Cesar in no time who arrived within a couple of days . I am mildy disabled but the process was still fun and easy peasy ! You can easily track the status for when your technician will arrive . And I got credit for the days of service missed .
