Tried calling store with a question about computer printer repair…read more 15 minutes later the new AI answering program would not/ could not let me connect I went to store in person ( faster) I asked a Customer service agent about printer repairs at their big repair desk He pointed and said get in line there I did After waiting in line 10 minutes later the geek squad repair guy asked me what I wanted I told him He said "We don't repair printers " I told him the Customer Service guy told me to get in line after I said I wanted my printer repaired He looked at me, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away I ask the customer service guy for the manager to make a complaint 15 minutes later, a woman walks up, does not identify herself as the manager, and he asks me what I want I told her about the Customer Service guy and the repair guy She says you should've called first I told her I tried and she said everyone in the store knows you can't call into the store for help. It's a corporate decision. We have nothing to do with it. She said the division managers have all complained to the store manager about the AI voice, but nothing is being done ever because of a corporate decision I told her YELP recommended this store for Repairs and she said sorry I asked her if she could tell me where I could get my printer repaired and she said no I can't. Would you like to buy a new one? After this long conversation, I asked her who's the manager here and she said I am she had not identified herself as a manager before that Verdict ; Absolute failure, trying to reach at the store by phone and the people who work there know it Service at the store? Clock in-do as little as possible Clock out Conclusion? No one at corporate or at the store gives a damn about customers And I'm still looking to get my prayer repaired

Not at Staples in Concord, tho: Michelle, manager Dayna, and staff make this Staples an oasis of easy in a hard world. I needed flyers for a tenant organization finished - I did what I could on my own, but needed an expert to get my project over the finish line. Michelle was super patient and kind when I told her I was paying for everything myself and generously created an order I could afford. The flyers look awesome, and I left Staples with a huge smile and the knowledge that there are a whole lot of good people still in the world, humans who share their power rather than steal yours. Thank you, Michelle - you are awesome!

Look, if you're looking to do Clear TSA Pre-check, maybe do it elsewhere unless you are willing to…read morewait around even with an appt. We scheduled 3 appts on a Saturday. Despite our appts at 2:10, 2:20 and 2:30 pm, we did not get seen until 3:25 and done by 4 pm. We arrived at 2 pm. Signed in and 1 person ahead of us and 1 person already getting signed up. While we waited, another party arrived. The person in front of us was assisted and then at 230, we were told that he (it's one person) would be breaking for lunch for 45 min. Say what now????? The signs in the store and website say lunch/closed- 1-130 pm! Smh We left and came back by 3:10 pm. To our frustration, we were not even the next one assisted. It was the people arrived after us. Hooowww? This made no sense. Needless to say, we were not happy. Anyhow, we were finally helped and though the representative was friendly and did a good job, we will not be utilizing this service here again. My future preference would be to arrive earlier at the airport and do it there. Unless you have time to waste, feel free to do it here. In my opinion, this was not a pleasant wait especially when you have an appt. 1 star for plenty of parking 1 star friendly service by actual staples employees who greeted us when we arrived and left.

I went to the target store in Concord to get two things, office supplies and cassette tapes…read more Note: I've been going to this store previously for 10 years The office supply stationary aisles had very little stuff in them and were a mess. I went to the tech counter to ask where cassette tapes were I stood there for 20 minutes more or less and did not see a single target employee mind you most of the stuff here is behind plastic door with locks I went to the red information button kiosk : I pushed the locate me button and typed in cassette tapes It happily and told me that they don't carry them at the store that you have to order them online I checked the price for the cassettes and the shipping was a certain price with a two week delivery date I checked with Amazon The cassettes were cheaper. Delivery was free and it was tomorrow. Target store online cassettes and delivery prices were three times more than what I could get it at Amazon not to mention the delay I wonder why people order anything from Target ? I still did not see any target employees to ask questions of and I was there over 45 minutes As I left empty-handed I noticed only two of the 11 check out counters open with long lines and that the security guard at the front door was playing a video game on his phone( be Booo BOOOP ! ) time for a change in management
