Wouldn't recommend this place for cell phone repair took a $100 deposit to order a screen for my Google Pixel 3a brought the phone back one week later to have it repaired was told to pick the phone up at 3:30 p.m.. when I arrived at 3:30 p.m. I was told the phone would be ready at 4:30 p.m. when I came back at 4:20 p.m. I was told that they ordered the wrong part. I told the cashier that she should check the parts before they start working on the phone she told me not to worry about it, and that it was the technician not her fixing the phone. so I asked for a refund. this might be a good place to get phone cards and pay your cell phone bill but I would try a real repair shop if you want to have your phone fixed read more

Typically, I am not into the business of making people look bad, however this time, I believe some people are into the business of making themselves look, not just bad, but horrible. Situations like the one I am about to describe, makes you want to lose faith in humanity. My wife and I are both naturalized US citizens, however we are of the mentality of supporting local businesses, Such as LATINO WIRELESS. My wife went into the store today to pay for her and our sons telephone bills. She was wearing a hospital respiratory mask. Victor the owner said to her: "and you think you are 'el zorro'?" She replied: - "why do you say that?" - "because of the mask" - he said. My wife answered: "If I have it its because my defenses are low, and I have a chemotherapy session in brief" (giving him the benefit of the doubt and trying to explain her appearance). Victor said: "I wont even answer to you because you're sick:". My wife couldn't hold back the tears and broke out crying. Her cancer is very aggressive and is on the fourth stage. Even as she was telling me the story she was crying. I will let people judge the level of cruelty this business owner carries, thinking he can treat people bad just because he feels above everyone else. His arrogancy and grandiose attitude should be reprimanded, as clients go there to conduct business, as simple as paying a bill. It took a lot of effort to explain to my wife, that there will be unsensitive people in this world, who have no compassion nor the least amount of ethical and professionalism. Even though my transaction was not complete through no fault of theirs it was on my end I have to say that the customer service was outstanding. I have been a customer for over 6 years. I've been in there about twice a week and have always been treated with exceptional customer service. Until today. My husband lost his phone, so I went in to buy a cheap replacement ($19 on sale)until he got his new one one in the mail. I asked for the phone and was given double the price from the tag. They said that it was a $15 phone change activation fee. I told them I didn't need them to activate it, that I would do that online and pay it online to the service provider. I asked For the person in charge that proceeded to point to a wall posting about the service provider policy but did not show me where it says I have to pay the retailer for a service they are not going to render. She refused and said it was their policy ( I was already upset and raised my voice but did not yell) she again refused and again said that it is their policy. Another employee came over and told me to calm down and not yell, I told her, first of all you do Not talk that way to a customer that pays for your salary and that I was not yelling, that she can believe she will know when im yelling. Again the first employee which happened to be the person in charge said, you do not pay my salary with no $19 phone. I got so pissed by this point I wanted to punch her for her god awful customer service. I said, girl believe me I have money coming out my ass. I asked her again to clarify if I had misunderstood, it is your policy to charge customers for a service that you are not going to render and again she said yes!!! I was so beyond pissed. All this because I asked her to point out where on the service providers policy chart does it say that I have to pay the retailer for services that I choose to do online and pay directly to them and pay twice for the same service, to which she said she didn't have to show me anything!!!!! I have never encountered such awful customer service and will not be returning there ever again. The only reason I went there was convenience, it didntvbother me that all the young girls took their sweet time attending all the guys that frequent the place. Terrible terrible service!!!! Hi, my name is Meshelle and on April 27th I left my Samsung 7 with this business to be unlocked. I was advised that the turn around time would be 2 days. I didn't have a problem since my billing cycle would be due in 3 days, thus allowing me the opportunity to switch service providers. I did not receive my phone back until May 7th! In the interim, this business provided a loaner phone after I spent a whole at without service, such an inconvenience. When I stopped by to pick up the loaner phone, an employee by the name of Diana apologized for the delay in their services and assured me twice that I would NOT have to pay for the "unlock fee" of $49.99 when my device was ready. Low and behold, when I arrived to pick up my Samsung, they denied me by stating that Diana did not have authorization to waive my fee and also stated that they called Diana who claimed she never told me the fee would be waived. The mananger/owner Victor refused to come out from his office to discuss the matter and stood firm on not waiving the fee. So not only did they keep my phone for service for longer than 2 business days, they refused waiving the fee. I found their shady business practices to be unacceptable! Customer beware. read more

Although Latino Wireless employees are very kind and nice, they are sales rep at the end of the day. We had been going their for years and recently recommended it to a friend to buy a phone. They bought a phone and it keeps on freezing. I inquired about returning the phone, on their behalf and they said no because their return policy is basically 'no returns or exchanges on their phones', wow basically no return policy and that we would have to go through the warranty. The phone is new (that is what they told us) and not even a week old and already freezing, even Radio Shack is better with their 30 day in store warranty. For as much as I want to support small businesses, sometimes the big chain stores offer better return policies. NO MORE RECOMMENDING LATINO WIRELESS FOR PHONE PURCHASES FROM ME! read more
