Took my phone in about a month ago to get the charging port replaced and my screen saver replaced. My phone was returned with a different back panel and ALL THE CONTENT GONE! Two weeks working with the techs at Apple and I am unable to retrieve it all. Response to your message- I don't know why if I was getting the charging port repaired it came back with a different color back panel. It was missing all content. There is no way it wasn't tampered with since the business was the last and only person with access to it!!!! read more

However right after getting the phone back, I noticed the face ID couldn't work, and even the slightest sweat or moisture on the screen caused Ghost Touch (detecting input that isn't there). My iphone 13 would not charge or hold a charge. I called Louis and he told me what time to come to the store. When I arrived, he explained that he needed to do some tests and asked me if I could come back or wait 15 minutes. When I returned, he explained that I needed a new charging port and a new battery. He took the time to explain how he had found these were the two issues, how much it would cost and that he would call me on my wife's phone when it was ready. My teen was so excited because she had a blue one. Once it was open, turned out the glass cut the wire to the flashlight. Louis was able to quickly order the part and repair it too! Great service! I texted to get availability and a quote for an iPhone battery replacement and got a prompt response with two battery options. I dropped off the phone the next morning at the agreed upon time and returned 30 minutes later for pick up. The tech told me that it was good that I got the repair before the battery started leaking or swelled sufficiently to crack the display. (The slight bulge in the case was the first tipoff that a replacement was required. Since the iPhone display is glued to the battery, a cracked display makes the replacement much more expensive.) I received awesomely great service from Louis and am very happy I took my phone in for repair. I would definitely use them again for any future cell phone repair needs. I contacted Louis via Yelp (during Saturday morning business hours) and he replied immediately. I took my phone in because it appeared as though the charging port needed replacing. It felt like there was a short in the port because whenever I plugged the phone in, it would stop charging if I even lightly touched the charging plug. I had to jiggle it around to get it to start charging again. Louis quoted me $80+ tax for fixing it. After dropping my phone off, I returned about 40 minutes later and Louis told me "I have good news for you!". As it turns out, my charging port wasn't broken. It just needed a deep cleaning. So what I thought would be an $80 repair job turned out to be only $25! It's not often you take something in for repair and the cost ends up being LESS than you were originally quoted! When I couldn't stand it any longer, I took him, his phone, and my wallet to WC. Dropped housemate off while I parked. When I walked into the store, we were done. No Charge. Connector full of crud. I should've read all the 1 star reviews before I decided to have my iPhone X screen repaired here. Extremely overpriced, my iPhone GPS was completely broken after the screen was replaced. BEWARE, DON'T RISK to bring your mobile phones here !!! When contacted Louis and told him about the issue he was so defensive and did not admit that he completely broke the GPS antenna inside my phone!!! He said the gps has nothing to do with the screen repair. Yes it does! It was completely broken and the iPhone map was no longer usable right after I took my phone from his hand ! I even confirmed with people who worked at the apple store!!! This guy Louis sounded like he is so knowledgeable about screen repair on mobile phones and I started to think either he just acted as if he knew a lot or he did knew that he completely f*ck*p my phone and tried to avoid the responsibility of having to fix my iPhone GPS !!! I would rather using a fully usable iPhone with a broken screen that a fixed screen but completely broken GPS!!! My phone has been dropped many times and the screen finally bit the dust. I was able to get it fixed the same morning I called. It only took half an hour and was about $75 with taxes. The person working the counter (owner?) was polite and helpful over the phone and in person. One note - the store smells noticeably of cigarette smoke, so maybe not the best choice if you have a severe allergy. I spent less than five minutes in there total though so luckily not an issue for me. read more

Took my phone here a few years ago to get the cracked screen fixed. Wonderful job! Came back yesterday to do it again and inquire about battery placement. This gentleman could of easily done these things, but instead he explained why replacing the battery would not be wise on my old phone. Louis of Quick Communications is AWESOME! This review is for 2 separate experiences. My 68 year old mom needed a phone. She was still using an iPhone 5s. We came in and right away was pleasantly greeted by Louis. She wasn't sure which phone she wanted and he was so patient, asked her questions of what she was looking for. He showed her various models as well as colors! Nice variety of inventory. He pocessed the phone upgrade, it was a smooth transition and even helped her transfer all the info from her old phone to the new one which was a major plus! He did this in a short amount of time (we grabbed a quick bite down the street) and even put on a screen protector. Very professional, and very helpful! My mom left super happy with a new phone and a wonderful experience. I saw that he does iPad/iPhone repairs which brought me back a few weeks later. My 3 year old dropped and shatter his iPad screen...oh what a horrible meltdown that was. I thought it was done, and I would have to spend money on a new one.
