I contacted Wireless Options through Yelp along with a few other businesses to get the screen on my Pixel 4 and the battery on my Pixel 5A replaced. Gary responded in minutes with the Amazon links for the parts he recommended and cost of labor that he'd charge, and told me to let him know once I was ready with the replacement parts. I really appreciate his transparency re: the cost of the parts. Can't have hidden charges if you're ordering the parts yourself! Unfortunately, Gary and I had a schedule conflict that led me to get the Pixel 4 fixed by AnB Repair. When I asked that business if they could fix the Pixel 5A, they said they didn't have the skill to fix it due to some technical stuff involving the screen, and told me to contact Wireless Options. So you've got a responsive, honest man who is well-reviewed on Yelp and also comes recommended by his peer (who is also well-reviewed on Yelp!)! This is anticlimactic but Gary wasn't able to fix the phone because its chip was overheating or something. But he did his best and didn't charge me the labor cost! I NEVER write reviews so to be here is telling of an experience I don't wish on anyone. Firstly, your screen will never feel the same as an iPhone again. The touch sensor changes, the color changes. Your user ease with these screens is immediately changed. Also these screens lose charge with 4 hours. This is NOT your iPhone anymore. Within 5 days of purchasing a new screen, my phone had a mysterious line show up and all the apps started opening and closing, my text keys no longer worked and my screen now dies in 2 hours. When I reached out to the owner to replace this or asked to be refunded, he said I had damaged the phone. The phone has no crack and is in a protective case. He asked for another $150 as tho i should be happy to pay for replacing a terrible screen with another, would be helpful. Spending $220, let alone $1 on fixing your screen here is a huge mistake. read more

Gary did a phenomenal job repairing my iPhone. It's more than just the scope of work - the precision, the follow through. My phone has a weird glitch that he was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with it, then fixed it immediately. So this all happened in like November of '20. While in a pandemic, he had a good system with COVID protocols and I felt very safe dropping off/picking up my phone. The phone has been sanitized and cleans also.
