I dropped my phone today sadly. I felt My heart was dropped together with my iPhone glass screen scatter. I was thinking myself it's okay. I do not need to fix it. I just look through the lines of scatter broken glass lines. A few minutes later, reading messages, I really can not see at all. I started Search for where to go fix my phone screen. I called this "IPhone Repair Squad" asked for repair. He fixed in front of my eye on site. My screen seems better than original IPhone screen (before broken screen) because it definitely sharper and clear than before. Mostly his service is fantastic, fast and very professional!! I highly recommend this place. read more

Ramin is awesome! Fast, fair pricing and super honest. He's a really nice guy and will save you a lot of money on repairs.

I called to ask a few questions to see if they can repair my iPhone the associate was rude and didn't have the patience to listen to my issue. Just hung up on me. When I called back he was still rude and told me to go another place to have them look at it. Wouldn't recommend going to them based on my experience just talking with them. read more

CHEAP GLASS, BREAKS VERY EASY (TWICE), EVEN IN OTTERBOX I paid $145 to have my screen repaired, less than 18 hrs later during breakfast my phone fell off my lap onto the carpet and cracked again, not even 2 ft off the ground... I was told it was because my case, screen protector, etc and that he would cut me a deal and I would only pay for the screen ($90). Naturally, I was not comfortable paying so much given what just happened and negotiated it to $70 against my friends advice and better judgment to ask for a full refund. Long story short I bought an Otterbox and screen protector on top of paying an extra $70 ($215) for another screen. 2 weeks later I SET MY PHONE DOWN AND THE SCREEN BROKE. Not the screen protector, just the screen... Save yourself the trouble and buy apple quality it's literally right next door. PS- It's best to keep religion and business separate, you shouldn't go around telling people they're misguided when you are cutting corners selling cheap glass. . read more

Although the screen I had replaced was about 25% cheaper than Apple's repair, it came at a bigger cost, the screen didn't support the iOS upgrade and my phone blacked out. I had to eat the $280 that I paid him, and then go to Apple to get it done right-another $360. I had the repaired phone for about a week until I installed the update and returned to the store to see what he could do. He said all sales are final and there's no way I can get any of the money back. Bullsht. He sold me an incompatible part, and in no way did he admitted that this was his fault. The only thing he did for me was put on my cracked apple screen. So I walked out with what I came in with and still paid him $260. Check it out on line, cheap knock off screens won't work with new updates. Buyer beware. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I warn you. Do not repair a screen here. After a few days my screen began lifting. So I came back to see if they could fix this problem because the application must have been faulty. When I came there was another returning customer with the exact same problem! The employee working tried to help but couldn't figure it out so he called his manager who didn't pick up, but after 30 minutes he finally called back. He claimed I was trying to get things for free before I had even explained the situation. I was just trying to get them to fix the application of the screen. Not to mention the screen they replace your phone with is not of the same quality. A direct quote "it doesn't matter if it's one minute or one hour. It's not our responsibility." Absolute scam of a business and a terrible manager running it. read more

W*A*R*N*I*N*G...A*V*O*I*D***T*H*I*S***P*L*A*C*E...W*A*R*N*I*N*G You have been warned. Avoid this place at all costs. I went here because I needed a screen repair and was told to come here by my brother in law. I was happy and they had a five star review. I told him so. That was last Saturday, Sept 1st. My screen cracked this morning, Sept 8th. Whend I took it back he said, that he was going to try and get me a deal. I said, "You told me that I had a 30 day warranty." He said that it was for the screen not working, not for breakage. He then said, "Did I offer screen protection?" I said, "No, you said I had a 30 day warranty, so I thought that I was protected. I didn't think that my screen, which fell 2 feet was going to crack. His response? I'll have you pay for parts not labor. I asked how much and he told me around $50. He told me to come go to Apple and see what they had to say and come back. No way!!! I went to the apple store for a proper protector, which they installed. So I ended up paying $124 for a crappy screen and a protector shield and had to go to E-ville twice. From now on, I'm just paying Apple. I'm sure that after 8 days, my screen would not have cracked. SCAMMER ALERT Went in to repair my screen that was acting funny. Screen was glitching but still working. Paid 140 dollars and 4 hours later, boom, screen doesn't turn on anymore. Shut off just as I went to charge it when I got home. Weird thing is, before I even handed in my phone and told him my problems or what had happened, clerk "predicted" that my screen might not work anymore. "Hope your screen still is turning on because that's expensive" Even if you give them the benefit of the doubt, which I wouldn't these guys totally screwed with my phone, their work is not worth your time or money. Stay far away. Wish I dove deeper in reviews before giving these guys my money. Also, dudes a creep, talking about how hot some women were that were passing by. Super uncomfortable. read more

Scammer Alert Would give this business zero stars if possible. Called ahead to see if they were open, get a quote for repairs, if they accepted credit cards, etc. All answered in the affirmative. After the repair was completed the person there decided randomly that "credit cards don't work on Sundays". Even though they're in a mall with dozens of businesses operating with credit charges just fine. No indication at all they only accepted cash, none. Their website and storefront indicate nothing about not accepting credit cards on Sundays(which is absurd and deceptive). Wanted cash, and in a higher amount than originally quoted. Stay far, far away from this place. Find another iPhone repair store that operates honestly and will not scam you with underhanded tricks. 0/10 a terrible business. read more

Amazingly fast and friendly service. Highly recommended. I was desperately in need of iPhone repair and Shareef saved the day.

Overall experience: I'd love to give it a 6 starts out of 5. I think I need to clarify one thing for the owner. The reason why some people said he has attitude is he is really busy! Think about in a situation when you work everything by yourself, no one picks up calls for you, you have many customers are waiting, and you till need to pick up millions of calls everyday to ask you the same questions. My experience at this store was amazingly nice and efficient! I called to check the price and drop off my phone. It only took 20 minutes to get it fixed! The owner was a very chilled and he has a great sense of humor. read more

SCAMMER ALERT BEWARE!!!!!!!! I went here for a simple screen repair. Going in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was wrong with my phone besides a cracked screen where EVERYTHING was still working. When i picked it up 30 mins later. The front camera wasn't working anymore, my ear speaker wasn't working anymore, and my internal battery was switched. When i came back the SAME DAY and asked him about i got the worst attitude from him and refused to even look to double check if he accidentally did something wrong. Sounds like he just decided to either just take certain parts out of my phone and keep for parts for future customers. Also side note he's been kicked out of a mall for doing this same thing before. HE WILL SWITCH THINGS ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR PHONE WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. BEWARE!!!! SCAMMER ALERT read more

Avoid this place. I had the screen of my iPhone XS repaired here and it wasn't done correctly. After the repair, Face ID no longer worked. I took it back and the owner said that I had to wait for Apple to release a software update for Face ID to work again. I said that - just by chance - my phone had received an iOS update since the repair and it didn't help. He then said that I needed to wait for another update. None of that made sense and searching on Google revealed that Face ID not working after a screen replacement is a symptom of the replacement not being done correctly. I don't mind that much that the repair didn't work - from my reading at ifixit, it sounds tricky - but I do really mind being lied to. Again, avoid this place. read more

I fixed my phone screen 4 hours ago literally. And just now it fell from my bed to the floor with a glass screen protector AND a phone case and it still broke AGAIN. Very cheap material when it comes to screen replacement. And it was $180 with tax and everything. He mentioned it was top of the line screen. I believed him but with this small fall it had. There's no way a almost $200 screen should have broken so quick. I asked to see if I can replace it again and they said "it's your fault" read more

I bought a phone from some guy to replace a phone I had bought (not a smart phone) he sold it to me for jug because it had a crack on the screen. So I been using a phone with a crack that has pieces of the screen about to peel off . I was on a date and I had time to kill ( movie start times lol) . I left my phone and the process took about 20 min . really painless and easy . You can go shop and come back to a brand new looking phone . I saw other customers coming back with relief and happy to have their phone fixed . So I'm not the only person to come back to a fixed phone . Customer service is on point , service is timely , and roman (owner of the kiosk) will let u know what's up with your phone. The location of the business is a kiosk on Bay Street . It's easy to find and lots of people have posted picture of the business. read more

This is probably the most unprofessional phone repair place around. First, I drop off my phone when no one is around and go to park my car. When I return, I see the attendant literally start repairing a young ladies phone. I ask if he started on my phone and he says that she was here before me. He then says it's going to take an extra 15 minutes to repair my phone. I asked why he started repairing her phone when I was clearly there before her. He said that is not true, puts the my phone on the counter, and says she was here first. This is not true since I parked literally across his store and I literally saw her walk up and drop her phone right in front of me as I was walking up. They were also discussing pricing in front of me. Disappointed, I pick up my phone and said "I'm writing you a review" to which he responds "FUCK YOU" and he squared up! This guy is not professional! Don't give him business. read more
