Came here to address an issue for my Samsung Galaxy 10 that no one else in the area was able to service because it was an Android. Had the back of my phone starting to come off and it was becoming a growing concern as it would not charge properly because of this. Quite frustrating since I had gotten a battery replacement a few months back at a different location so I didn't expect to have any problems so soon. Came in to get the issue diagnosed which was identified as an expanding battery pack causing my phone to overheat/push off the backing. My iPhone XR was having extreme issues with glitching, so I brought my phone in to get it fixed since this place was convenient and seemed reliable. I WAS WRONG. 1. Their service is extremely overpriced. A screen replacement should only be around $100, but they charged me $160. I naively accepted it, but once I noticed issues with my phone after I got it fixed, I started to be more critical about this place. 2. They missed a screw in my screen. As a result, my phone suffered from a terrible LCD BLEED after just one drop. I never had issues with an LCD bleed before, just cracks here and there. I brought my phone back in to see if they could fix my screen again, because I felt that their service on my phone was not up to par. This was confirmed when I brought my phone into another service shop and without me even saying that I had just gotten my screen fixed elsewhere, he already knew based on the fact that: THE SCREEN WAS CHEAP/GENERIC and A SCREW WAS MISSING. These people refused to fix my screen the second time free of charge even though IT WAS THEIR FAULT that I did not get the services that I had paid for! Do not go to this store, and please find somewhere else that has better prices and actually cares about the work that they put out. read more

Can truly wield the power of resurrection. Ran into Software issues with my HP Victus 16 by downloading linux onto it wihout correct partitioning. totally removed the windows boot partition. Bricked an Nvidia laptop made my HP. They reinstalled windows 10 on it. Apparently, HP was making it difficult for them to reinstall all the necessary drivers. My laptop got coffee spilled on it and both charging ports stopped working. I took it to another shop in downtown and they quoted me a ridiculous price for just opening it up and cleaning it out to see if it fixed the issue. I took it over to iResurrect and they told me they don't actually repair liquid damage (not sure if that's true of everything or because I have a Lenovo) but were happy to do a clean and diagnostic, and if the clean didn't fix it I could take it somewhere else at least knowing more about my issue. The clean ended up fixing it, and since they did it for a fraction of the price of the other guys, they saved me a ton of money. When my iphone stopped charging I called two shops near me and went to iResurrect Repairs because they quoted the lower price. But once I got there, the price was suddenly twice what they'd said on the phone. I headed straight to My Emergency Guy, who promptly fixed my phone for the price he had quoted on the phone. iResurrect Repairs claimed that I had misunderstood their quote over the phone and offered to send me the transcript of the conversation, but I have yet to receive it. Quick, Easy to work with, Reliable Repair shop. I am highly pleased with the service at iressurect. I went in with my PS4, PS4 Slim and PS5 consoles as they were all making loud noise and the devices were overheating within minutes of play time. iressurect was able to not only fix the issue but also provide detailed explanation of what went wrong and how I can prevent in future. I learned that my device was slowing down due to thermal throttling and clogged vents. Both of my sons'PlayStation 4s were broken. Based on good Yelp reviews, I took them here. The guy running the shop diagnosed both immediately. One had a bad hard drive. He pulled it, plugged it into something else, tested it and showed me the results in a way that I can understand. He replaced it with a better one terabyte hard drive for $160. The other had a broken HDMI port. He promised that one to be repaired by the next day. I got an email message the next morning and it was repaired. That also cost $160 to repair. For both machines, he did a great job of showing me what was wrong and explaining in detail how he was going to fix them, got them fixed promptly and overall it was a great experience. I got part of my USB stick stuck in the USB drive of my new laptop last night and couldn't get it out for the life of me. In the end, I gave up and reached out to two repair stores in Berkeley. The first quoted me a price much higher than I was eager to pay for their base level service, so I decided to go to Aashish instead since iRessurect Repairs was so much closer to me anyway. I am so glad I did! Aashish was friendly, calm, and competent, letting me know what my options were and what he recommended. His price he quoted was very reasonable as well ($45), especially compared to the other quote I got from a different store. He went to fix my laptop while I went next door to get boba, and by the time I came back, he had my laptop fixed and waiting for me. We tested that the usb drive worked, and he sent me on my way! All of this took way under 10 minutes when I was afraid it would take days.
