Let's just say you shouldn't put your ("heavy duty cased") phone in your mouth while trying to push your bike through the new BART kiosks. Apparently I didn't know my own strength and cracked the corner or my iPhone 13 Pro and the screen turned black and blue rendering it completely wrecked, but the touch screen still worked. Upon inspection, there was a need for a screen replacement that had to be quickly ordered and in a matter of hours my phone was working better than ever - literally. When I picked up my phone I was told that there were some oddities about how the camera was installed and not only did I get a new screen and a screen protector, I was given a very fair deal and a phone that worked even better than when I bought it. I think he focuses more on broken screens than technical issues. My phone died one day so I took it in. He kept telling me to come back in an hour without providing any real answers.
