Dropped my OnePlus 5 and broke the screen. I called four local mobile repair shops -- two wouldn't work on a OnePlus, one quoted a really high price. Ashish took down my info, researched the repair, and called me back with the best quote I'd gotten. When the parts arrived, I biked over after work, and he dropped what he was doing to fix the phone while I waited. A couple days later, I noticed the camera on the phone wasn't working. I thought it was because of an OS upgrade that had just arrived on my phone, and spent nearly a week going back and forth with their service techs to troubleshoot it - no dice. Then I took the phone back to Ashish and said "Look, it might be I broke something when I dropped the phone, or you disconnected something when you repaired it." Again, he dropped what he was doing, opened the phone up while I waited, identified the problem (a loose connector to the front-facing camera, which might have been dislodge by the fall, but not the repair), and fixed it for me on the spot at no extra charge. The screen on my iPhone 6 got destroyed (shattered all across) the other day and I needed a quick service that was also relatively friendly on my college wallet. Most places I looked at, the price ranged from $120-140 but I wanted to try and find something that was close to $100. Luckily this place both offered the best price ($99 for screen replacement including tax) and was closest to where I was. The guy was extremely responsive, and after I gave the number a call around 10 in the morning (about an hour before opening time), he texted back promptly and answered all of my questions (price, duration, etc.). Unfortunately the student discount that was mentioned on the website "did not apply" to the iPhone 6 model, but I couldn't really argue with the price they were already offering. I came in shortly after the opening time, the guy first did a brief check to make sure that only my screen had problems. He made sure I sign a waiver before he proceeded with the fixing. He told me it would take roughly 30 minutes, and here you have the option to just give him your contact details and come back afterwards. I decided to stay in the store. My phone was as good as new in about 20 minutes, and he made sure I checked basic functions to make sure everything was good to go. He also gave me pointers on how I can avoid further damaging (me probably having to get a better quality phone case). He was super friendly and conversed amicably instead of a "here my job is done bye". TL;DR: If you want a quick and affordable screen repair (especially all you college students with frequent accidents!) this is definitely the place to go. read more

Excellent service, good prices, and my phone has a working camera again! I cracked the external camera lens cover on my Nexus 5X, so I called iResurrect for an estimate. The ordered the replacement lens cover, and when I came in Aashish replaced it in about 20 minutes. However, we then realized that the internal camera was damaged as well, as it would not focus with the new lens cover. I took my phone home and Aashish ordered a replacement for the internal camera, and when it arrived I came in for another 30 minute session while he replaced the internal camera. Despite the complexity of the repair, he still charged me the original quoted price, and he was extremely helpful in keeping me posted on the status of the ordered parts, etc. I hope I don't have any more phone problems, but I'll definitely return to iResurrect if I do! read more

Fixed a broken iPhone screen in less then 15 minutes under $100. The place is a bit hard to find but it's worth it.

This little company is very very good at repairs and even better at customer service. When my son's iPad had home button issues after a screen replacement, Aashish told us to bring it in and then did a home button replacement (2 hour task) as part of warranty on the original repair. If you're having battery or screen replacement done in an emergency, be aware that since this is a 3rd party repair, any Apple Care you have might be voided. But if you have to get your device fixed right away, this is the place to go first! BTW, screen replacement was much much cheaper than quoted by Apple for this non-Apple Care device. read more

I brought my switch in the other day to get the left joycon rail replaced on the console. I was told by the guy in the store that it was a "simple fix" since there was no software issue; the railing had just been simply damaged but I was still able to play in handheld mode despite the proble. They were able to replace the rail within a few hours, however, when I got the console back, the handheld mode no longer worked. While in repair, whomever was working on it was not careful and created a software issue because the sensor on the left side doesn't sense when a joycon is attached even when it's locked into the console. While they may have fixed one problem, they created an entirely new problem. Worst part was the guy probably knew about it while repairing and did nothing to fix it. Handle your customers' items with more care and don't rush your repairs if you want to keep good business. You just lost a loyal customer. read more
