This little company is very very good at repairs and even better at customer service. When my son's iPad had home button issues after a screen replacement, Aashish told us to bring it in and then did a home button replacement (2 hour task) as part of warranty on the original repair. If you're having battery or screen replacement done in an emergency, be aware that since this is a 3rd party repair, any Apple Care you have might be voided. But if you have to get your device fixed right away, this is the place to go first! BTW, screen replacement was much much cheaper than quoted by Apple for this non-Apple Care device. read more

I brought my switch in the other day to get the left joycon rail replaced on the console. I was told by the guy in the store that it was a "simple fix" since there was no software issue; the railing had just been simply damaged but I was still able to play in handheld mode despite the proble. They were able to replace the rail within a few hours, however, when I got the console back, the handheld mode no longer worked. While in repair, whomever was working on it was not careful and created a software issue because the sensor on the left side doesn't sense when a joycon is attached even when it's locked into the console. While they may have fixed one problem, they created an entirely new problem. Worst part was the guy probably knew about it while repairing and did nothing to fix it. Handle your customers' items with more care and don't rush your repairs if you want to keep good business. You just lost a loyal customer. read more

This store replaced my Samsung Galaxy screen very quickly and affordably compared to other local options. However, the screen broke in my pocket 2 days later while I was en route to a long trip. iResurrect's founder and top-notch technician, Aashish, provided me with a level of professionalism I did not expect. My iPad Air was in his care and received a new glass screen transplant. The turnaround was incredibly fast, only a few hours. The procedure was not a success. The glass, secured from iFixit, did not meat Aashish's level of quality control (with the new glass the iPad, in use, exhibited strange visual artifacts, like a faint holographic grid). He quickly got on the line with his vendor and insisted the a thorough inspection of next piece of glass be conducted. Safe to say, the issue was corrected, and my iPad is looking refreshed and refurbished after its surgery. Thanks Aashish for your level of commitment. Aashish definitely deserves 100+ stars. I shattered my iPhone5s screen and the next day the touch screen became unresponsive. The other Joe's repair shop wasn't close enough to my school and booked with reservations so I came here last minute and I don't regret it. He allows walk ins and I called around 20 min before to make my reservation. It's close to campus and the repair is flawless and takes 12 min tops. We came in at 3:24 and he had it ready by 3:36! Our ice cream from vampire penguin wasn't even ready yet. I didn't have the 10$ student discount coupon so when I asked him about it he agreed to give 5$ off the total with proof of my Berkeley ID. It was about 98$ total to replace the broken glass and to make sure the touch screen was working, and he accepts cards. He didn't ask for any passwords and only checked to see that my Touch ID was working. The touch screen so far is incredibly clean and doesn't have any weird dents or doesn't lift from my phone. And he also has a 6 month warranty so if anything goes wrong he said he would fix whatever it is for free. My Nexus 5 was really acting up. Apparently, power button failure is a relatively common problem after several years. Aashish replaced the power button. He did a great job and now everything now works perfectly. The repair was done very quickly.I think it took him 30-40 minutes. And I feel the price was fair.
