What a relaxing day at the beach. Hot sand, warm water, cold drinks. Nothing could be better. Of course, I was real careful with my phone, placing it in a separate zipper in my bag to prevent any sand or water getting onto it. After a few hours and successful absorption of sun rays, we decided to head back to the car. Bag-check. Towel-check. Car keys-check. Phone-check. Open the door and....*CRACK* F***. Like butter on toast, my phone (still encased in its wallet case) decided to land screen down with the wallet portion flipped all the way open. Right on the super hard gravel. So there I am in Los Angeles, about to embark on another flight tomorrow and I'm phoneless. It still works, but the touch screen is completely cracked and useless. Fast forward 12 hours later and I'm zooming up the I-5 back to the Bay Area. Fast forward a few more and I'm sitting on Caltrain frantically calling shops to see who could fix my phone that day. It took 4 calls before I found a shop that: -was open -could fix my phone the same day -could fix an LG G2 for T-mobile. That last one was most crucial. Other shops turned me away because they didn't have the screen that would fit my phone. 2 hours later, I have a phone that looks brand new and the screen response works perfectly! So come on it, non Iphone or Galaxy users! Price is a bit steep, but I'm assuming it comes from the fact that my phone model isn't in as high demand. We came to this store to buy a smart phone hoping the wide selection would give us a variety of options. We were very disappointed. The staff was unknowledgeable and unhelpful. When asked about the difference between phone types the sales person state "this one is new." When pressed the clerk did not state any features. I had to supply the suggestion and he was able to answer yes or no. the store does not have any working models so you cannot test the phones or see how they surf the web. This place may be okay if you already know what exact model you want but don't expect to learn anything here. read more

I can't complain, I have been playing phone tag with Nathan for a week on my Note 5. $50 to fix the back screen and it was accomplished in less than 15 mins. I think the heat gun melted some of the top left corner but no big deal, I would rather deal with that then all those cracks. I came last Saturday to fix my iphone 3GS. Since I bought a Groupon and I paid $25 for a screen replacement (cheap, right?) wait to see... They took only 1 hour to fix it (which was great) when I came to pick it up, the phone was broken. The inner screen was cracked on the right corner, not fixable. They told me "accidentally we broke it but it works perfect". Despite my disappointment for coming to fix it and get it back even worse, I thought they would offer a solution. To my surprise, they did not offer me any refund neither their apologies. Unfortunately, I do not recommend their services. Three strikes and you're out. My wife's iPod touch 3GS had a cracked screen, so I dropped it off for these guys to fix. First time it came back with a broken home button. Second time the glass was popping out of the bevel high enough to poke a fingernail underneath it. Third time was exactly the same. They get 1 star for a partial refund. But when the owner sarcastically asked me if I'd like the cracked screen back for a full refund, I said yeah, because at least then I could spend that money on getting someone competent to fix it. I would previously have rated this place 4 stars for it's fantastic selection of rare phone for all carriers and general cleanliness had I not had such a frustrating experience. I went in with and asked about the Nokia N95. I had just won one in a drawing but after playing with it and finding that either I am hopelessly tech retarded or it has a horrible interface, I decided to sell/trade it in so someone could actually use it's zillions of features. Anyhow, an employee told me they were selling it at $450 with a plan, $650 without and upon hearing my story asked me to bring it in. So I did, and thinking we had an understanding of sorts started asking about some simple Samsung phones. He quoted the prices at a third more than normal. I decided on one thinking I'd get some cash back as it was worth half the N95 and used. Well, I'd come to find out he wanted me to do an even trade. "So I could make some money on it," he said. I lost my phone last week. Talk about sadness! I went to the sprint store that night and was not happy with what I heard or the prices. In fact the people at the Sprint store on 4th & Mission didn't seem to give a rat's ass about helping me. That same night I had emailed my completely awesome boss (who was in Italy) to ask if he had an old phone laying around I could use. Boss man told me to go to Citicomm, ask for Francis, and tell Francis that my boss had sent me and would square up with him later. I went the next day after work and I walked out about ten minutes later with a loaner Blackberry at no charge! Sure, it's an old Blackberry without a camera, but I can get my emails and make calls so I'm happy. There's a bit more to this story, though... I couldn't get the phone to send or receive emails despite numerous calls to Sprint so I stopped back by today and let Francis know what was happening. Francis recognized me and got me set straight in about half an hour. I walked out with my email accounts working. Yeah, this store is busy but my hypothesis is this: Everything in the City is busy and in demand. I rarely expect a quick walk in, walk out experience, anywhere because of this. Customers are helped first come, first served. They are helped until their problem is solved. This takes time. If you can't hang with that, try the Sprint store like I did and trust me, you'll be back... Citicomm has gone over and above Sprint in terms of customer service and I haven't spent a dime there as of yet. Why can't you give negative stars?! Here's what happened: I had dropped my iPhone 6, the screen cracked so I called this place and went in at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. They were accommodating and finished installing the new screen and tempered glass for $165 (total with tax) in less than 45 minutes. Great. Not even 5 hours later, without dropping my phone or anything, the screen - UNDER the tempered glass cracked (not the tempered glass). Isn't that the point of tempered glass? To protect your screen? How, HOW, could that have happened? I'll admit - I don't know anything about installing phone screens but I'm pretty sure this was a manufacturing or installation error. There was no reason why this should have happened. I went in the next afternoon, less than 24 hours later, and was told that there wasn't anything they could do because the manufacturer wouldn't warranty the screen. They were willing to offer a discount of not even $25. I walked out very annoyed off to say the least. Within a day, my phone had cracked so much more, and more severely, that the display is now completely messed up (it's yellow near the crack and can be pressed in easily when you try to touch/tap it). It's also suddenly dropping calls, which has never happened before. I called a few days later to speak with a manager and let him know what had happened. I got the same response. Maybe this is a one off case but the poor customer service and apathetic/dismissive attitude is horrible. I choose to support small, local businesses because I want them to thrive. This place does NOT deserve any support from locals. I now have to spend another $200 to have my phone completely replaced. Nearly $365 total to have a simple cracked screen replaced. I probably shouldn't expect perfection, but... I dropped my HTC/Google Nexus One on some concrete. Well, more accurately, I was pulling my phone out of my pocket, it slipped, and I tried to catch it but instead basically bitchslapped my phone to the ground. The screen inside was cracked, and clearly would never display its wonders again. I contacted these guys as the highest-ranked, closest phone repair shop and discovered it would cost $150 to replace and they'd have to order the parts. Fair enough, I hear Dr Cell Phone charges $200, and I wouldn't have to wait as long. 4 days after dropping off my phone, I get a call saying it's ready to be picked up. I come in, turn on my phone and voila!.. but what's this? It looks like someone was eating a sandwich over my phone while they were fixing it. There's dust and what looks like crumbs behind the glass. I tell the guy helping me and they say they'll have it cleaned out by the next day. Sure enough, I come back the next day and it's looking good... except for some minor cosmetic damage where the case was clearly pried apart. I don't mind, I'm getting a heavy-duty case and won't ever have to see it, but just a head's up. However, I had already left and gone home when I noticed a dead pixel in the new screen. I'm tempted to just put up with it, I have a feeling these guys have seen enough of me by now. Another note: this place seems understaffed. There were usually 3 people trying to be helped at once and only one person to help them all. I can't possibly give these guys 5 stars, and 4 stars would have to mean I am completely satisfied with the result. I'd probably look for a different store next time. read more

Yep, I fumbled my phone. It was bound to happen. Luckily, a cottage industry has sprung up around smartphone repair. I chose Citicomm Wireless based on its overall favorable rating and speed. And now my phone works ... sort of. Most of the time. I paid $180 to repair the smashed (like, shards o' glass in the face smashed) screen. And it looks fabulous. If all I wanted to do was look at my phone, these guys would get 5 stars, no question. But I want it to work. When I brought it in, even with its broken screen things still worked. I couldn't *read* anything on it, but the screen was fast and responsive, 100% of the time. Now it's slow to unlock and takes a good 2 or 3 minutes for the touch screen to decide to be responsive. And this was AFTER bringing the phone back in a second time - after the first go, the screen was completely unresponsive. Long story short: going to Citicomm Wireless has only (briefly) postponed the inevitable purchase I'm going to have to make if I want a fully functional phone. I'd have been better off jamming broken glass against my face for a couple of weeks. read more

The story goes: shattered my iPhone 5s screen badly yesterday. Went to T-mobile and they told me since my phone was paid of, it would take 3 weeks to get a new phone (between shipping my broken phone and getting a new one shipped to me - plus losing all my data) and I'd have to pay $175 (what? I've paid $240 to JUMP! at this point and they promised me peace of mind when I signed up). Apple had a huge waitlist for help and it would take a whole day to replace my screen and anything between $129 and $230 depending on the damage. I use my phone for everything (like everyone under 35), even a day without it is too much! My best friend sent me to this place and said they were amazing. She was right! I got there at 5:20 pm and showed my sad-looking phone. The guy made a face of pain, which made me laugh because, yep, that's exactly the feeling! They quoted me $89 + tax ($98) and I told them I had to be somewhere by 6pm. I went on to grab some food and came back at quarter to 6 and my phone was there looking shiny and new! I've been walking around with a cracked iPhone 3GS screen since November, not willing to pay $100 (MacMedic) to get it fixed. Yes, I'll spend $100 on lots of other things, but this is something I am cheap-o about. I could probably replace my 3GS for less than $100 these days. Here's my logic, I HATE AT&T, and my cracked-ass phone is a constant reminder of their shitty service and broken promises. This worked for me until recently- the glass had cracked to dangerous levels. After a quick Yelp! search I found Citicomm Wireless with a new, low, low price of $45 to replace the glass!! So, I made the quick trip to their convenient SOMA location and dropped off my phone. They had it replaced in less than an hour. For $45!!! I still can't get over it. Price aside, these guys are super nice, and they have a shop cat. I'll take my business to anyone with a shop cat! They carry phone accessories- I got a screen protector. AND they can set you up with phones and phone service from NOT AT&T carriers. My contract with AT&T is up in 5 months, and hopefully we'll have some information about the next iPhone release by then. After a year and 3 month of owning my Galaxy S. The headset jack wore out and crapped out on me. I started to research for places that could help me replace it because I figured it was a cheap part and it would probably just be mostly labor. I chose Citicomm because they seem to have good prices on replacing screens and good service. Since it costs a hundred dollars to replace a iphone 4 screen, I figured it would probably cost at most 50 bux to fix my headset jack. So I walking in the next day at around noon and there was a older asian gentleman helping a customer who wanted to buy a new phone. I waited for a moment and he walked over to ask me what I needed. I said my phone isn't working properly, the phone thinks I have a headphone plugged in so nobody can hear me during calls. I think the jack is broken. He asked if I had insurance and I said no. Well, he proceeded to tell me it would cost $100 to diagnose and replace it. I asked him how long it would take and he said I could come back in an hour. Wow I said thanks but no thanks and got outta there. I'll take my chances doing it myself. I got home, looked online and it turned out the part was $20 shipped. I had to spend another $5 for a special phillips scewdriver on ebay. Looked online for instructions and got it done myself in a half hour. Rant* So in the end it cost me $25 and half hour of work (which turned out to be pretty simple) It really made me wonder how much money they were trying to hustle from me. They were trying to charge me $80+ dollars an hour on labor and it probably would of only taken them 10 minutes for them to do it. Is this real life?!?!? I had dropped my Galaxy S3 just 3 months after getting the phone and was pretty sad. It was between doing it myself or getting someone else to do it. After watching videos and reading other people's experiences, I decided to go with someone else. Mobile Kangaroo actually told me to claim the insurance instead since it would be costly for them for fix it. Although I liked their honesty, that wasn't what I was looking for. Citicomm was really nice. They said they could just replace the glass + digitizer and they charged way less than Kangaroo. After giving them a call, I walked in the next day. they didn't have the white panel, so I had to come back the next day. What was waiting another day anyways? I finally got a chance and dropped off my phone. Walked to moma (free tuesday admission) up to blue bottle with my laptop and did some work for hr+. I came back and my phone was brand new waiting for me. I've been using it for over a week now and everything is fine. No dust, no air pockets and nothing funky with the touch either. When I called Verizon I was told to contact the insurance company. They would send a new phone. I would then have to go to the store and have data transferred (neglecting to mention that I would lose most of my applications, synched calendar events, tasks etc...) OR I check online and the part was about $10 before shipping and I would need to wait a couple of days OR Thanks to Yelp, I found Citicomm. THEY ARE A PHONE STORE AND A REPAIR STORE. I drove over and they fixed my phone in about 1 minute (maybe 3 minutes). It cost $30 bucks and I was on my way as good as new. No going to the post office. No going to the Verizon store. I went here to fix my cracked iPhone screen after buying Groupon. I had pretty high expectations after reading all the reviews. The guy told me it would take 2 HOURS to fix my phone, not the 15 minutes that most reviewers said. But I don't know, maybe it was an unusually busy day? I bought the groupon for $65, a discount from $135 for the iPhone 4, which i think is over priced. You can get most 4's fixed for just $100. After they fixed it, he charged me $11 tax. I wouldn't have been angry if it said somewhere on the groupon that TAX WAS NOT INCLUDED! ugh. I hate spending extra money when I don't plan on it and I feel like they tricked me into buying the groupon. Regardless, it is still cheaper than paying $100. Had taken my broken one plus one phone for screen replacement. A few hours later i had my new screen. Everything seemed to work fine till I got a call. They forgot to fix the ear piece speaker and I had to answer calls on speaker mode. Had to take it back to get it fixed. 2 hours later this was working fine. Everything was great. Move forward to two weeks, i am halfway across the world, guarding my phone like a baby and then the screen goes all gibberish before going completely blank. I can see the lights go up on the screen when I hit the power button. Beyond this, the rest of the screen remains blank. Took it to the OPO service center. They claim its that the replacement i got was substandard and not the original OPO screen. They demand a further 200$ in order to fix it. The point is this, I spent 180$ on a repair that worked for only 2 weeks at best. If there was any form of physical damage, I will accept full responsibility. But there is none. This phone looks the same the moment it left your shop and with absolutely no intervention, it decided to stop working. I am ready to provide all relative proofs and receipts if required but I expect a refund for the money wasted at your store. This should help me pay the service center to have my phone fixed again. read more

Been there twice to repair/replace my Treo 650. I have thee warranty coverage through Sprint, so they happily gave me a new phone both times. From what I can see, they do a lot of repair business, are very low pressure as noted elsewhere. Nod to fellow car buffs - tons of Road & Track, Autoweek, etc. to read while you wait, though I've never been in there for more than 10 minutes. Compared to the abismal service you get at Sprint stores (especially after they merged with Nextel), this place is an oasis. Note that they are authorized for all major carriers, not just Sprint. read more

This place is right near my office and incidentally one of only two places to get Sprint Treo's fixed in San Francisco. They have a massive selection of cell phones and carry all major providers. I walked in with a broken Treo and with little to no questions asked they replaced it. No paperwork or anything, I only waited 10 minutes or so for the whole ordeal, when usually at Sprint stores you have to beg borrow and cry on top of proving that you didn't break your phone and that it is in fact, broken. The only issue is that I'm not 100% the phone they gave me is completely new, because at first he told me they were out and then magically appeared with one sans box or packaging, etc. However the one I went in with didn't work and this one does, so I don't really care. Overall I would recommend it, especially if you have a broken phone you need replaced. Also appeared that the sales people/technicians spoke Spanish, English, and Chinese. read more

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7 (non-Edge) One little drop and the whole screen stopped functioning - even with an Otterbox case on it. Service done: Display replacement cost $250 +tax and only took a couple of hours. They're very communicative via email, and very quick at fixing that issue. Wish it weren't so expensive to repair a smartphone, but at least it's far less than buying a new one of this model. Their estimate was exactly how much I paid. Why not more stars? When I dropped it off, the home button was not damaged in any way. When I picked it up, the button was scratched in short lines from left to right. Thankfully it still reads my fingerprint - it just looks ugly and is not the condition that I gave it to them. When I verbally told them that they damaged the button, their response was to laugh at me a little and say "we don't fix those." I didn't plan ahead and take photos of my phone so neither side has any proof either way and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Suggestion for anyone going there: take photos of your device before if you're worried about this, so you have evidence and can push them to fix their damages. read more

Came here when I broke my iPhone (the screen didn't work). The owner was incredibly nice and upfront. He immediately told me it could be one of two things: either the screen itself or the chip that the screen plugs into. So I paid him the $85 for the screen replacement and was told to come back in 45 minutes. When I came back, he told me it wasn't the screen and he had no way of fixing the chip. He refunded me the money for the screen replacement and sent me on my way. I know he didn't fix my phone but he simply couldn't. He did, however, provide great customer service and reimbursed me when he couldn't solve the problem. No labor costs or anything. Will definitely come back if I break my phone to see if he can do anything. read more

Okay, I left a horrible review in a fit of rage. My screen was cracked from what I thought was beyond repair. I brought it in about a week ago to get fixed. It was an hour and not too expensive. A few weeks later I dropped my phone (not a detrimental drop) and my screen went black. I brought it back to my phone guys and they said they couldn't fix it and to bring it to the Apple store. They told me to not mention having my screen fixed. The Apple guy could tell I had a not so factory iPhone screen and told me my warranty was void. I found these guys by trolling Craigslist for phone repair. I just bought a used "smart" phone that started acting very stupid- wouldn't ring, browser stuck to some random website. T-mobile and Motorola told me it was hopelessly broken, need a new smartphone (want a contract with that?) Francis took my phone as I ran off to work, called back in an hour and he told me it was done, I just had a cracked SD card. So I went to pick it up after work and asked him how much and he said $35 (their minimum repair cost) but he gave me the new SD card for free. They can be over $15 at Radioshack. I felt that this was really honest & fair. And they have coupons through their Craigslist post for $10 off a $50 repair and other deals. So if your phone "breaks" take it here first to save a lot of time & money. And they have a really cute kitty who loves to share your cup of water from the water cooler. Attention all Samsung droid CHARGE users! First off, let me say that Francis should be renamed St. Francis the patron saint of all cell phones. Or should I say that Francis is a cell phone repair God. I broke my less than two month old brand new Samsung Droid Charge in Vegas. It fell flat on the screen and not only was the screen cracked, but the digitizer/LCD screen was ruined. Not only was my phone crushed, but I was crushed. Oh and of course I didn't have insurance. I called just about every cell phone repair shop in the San Francisco area listed on Yelp. They all told me since the Charge was so new that they would have to order the parts and it would take at least three days. Everyone else also quoted me from $240-280 for parts and labor. Dejected I came across the fine folks at Citicomm. Not only did St. Francis of all things cell phone have the Charge screen and digitizer/LCD, he fixed the phone the same day (in less than four hours none the less). But wait, it gets BETTER. He charged me $185!!! He had the part, fixed it the same day and charged me $60 less than all the competition. I'm telling you, in a world that caters mostly to iPhones, (I used to have one and still love them), Citicomm is an oasis for Samsungs. Thank you Francis. If it weren't for you, I'd have to pay $750 for a new Charge at cost. The people here are really nice - although I'm not quite sure if it would be worth it if I didn't have the Groupon coupon... I came in and was greeted with respect. Their customer service was simply wonderful. However, when I came back to pick up my phone (as there was a 3 hour wait - a lot of phones needed to be fixed on a Saturday... reasonable), I noticed that they use a generic screen that is thicker than the original Apple LCD+ digitizer. I asked if the screen was bigger than the original because it wouldn't fit in my iPhone case anymore, and they said it was the same. I struggled to fit my fixed phone in my $40 wooden Signi case, so they came over to help. Before they attempted to FORCE my iPhone into a WOODEN case, I was telling them the case would break. But before I knew it, it was too late and their force CRACKED my phone case in half. This was a BEAUTIFUL wooden case! (http://www.signicase.com/) On the bright side, the worker quickly responded with "get her a new case", and they allowed me to choose whichever case I wanted from their selection. Unfortunately they didn't have anything up to par, but beggars can't be choosers... even though they broke my first case. Pros: 1. They were definitely working hard to please me after replacing both my screen AND case... 2. They put on a screen protector for me which came with my new case 3. The guys who work here are friendly 4. It took three hours to get my screen fixed because they had other phones to fix before mines - but they told me right when I got there and said I could pick it up any time after three hours. Flexibility. Cons: 1. They tried to force the obviously bulkier iPhone into my old case - which resulted in it cracking in half... 2. They replaced my beautiful $40 case with a not-so-beautiful $35 case - but at least it was free. 3. The parking meters in the area suck. They fixed my Samsung Note 2 screen when I thought all hope was lost! Everyone does iphone screens, but boy was it hard to find a shop that does Samsungs. And they did it for $250 in under an hour! I called Kangaroo Mobile and it was $280 and I had to put a deposit down, wait days for the part, then have it done. I called Fast Repair (fastrepair.com) and it was closer to $350! While no one wants to pay $250 if they didn't have to, it's better than paying $699 for a new phone! read more

JYW likes the attention to detail and the instant help received. i brought my jacked up blackberry (company issued of course!) in here for a software reload. even though this process is a long one, the techs here addressed it right away and got me in and out of there right away. authorized sprint repair center. and excellent service is the reason why. Broke my iPhone 4 in a fit of rage... or I dropped it getting out of a cab. whatevs. I googled to see how likely it was that AT&T or Apple would replace it.. found that it was extremely unlikely (so shocked....k not really) so I went to Citicomm. I dropped it off at 4pm on a Saturday and had my precious soul sucking technology back by 6pm. $150 out but that's okay. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 4 by dropping if perfectly flat on its front face, with a bumper on. Did anyone see the video of the Apple engineer talking about the design of the iPhone 4? There's a scene where they talk about the "new glass" they developed and how much stronger it is than regular glass....complete BS! Instead selling another organ to get it repaired at the Apple store, I researched "iphone screen repair" on Yelp and called 4 different places and talked to several of them multiple times (plus had an odd text message exchange with one of them after we couldn't understand each other on the phone). Citicomm was the last one I called and by then I had to appreciate their simple answer: "Yes we repair iPhone 4 screens. It takes 2 hours. If you bring it in early enough in the day you can get it back same day." I made it through several days of angling the phone in different ways so I could read through the shattered glass until I had a morning free to drop it off. Dropped it off at 10am when they opened. Got it back at 12:30 when they called me to come pick it up. It looks fantastic. I have to admit I was a little worried because I read about and saw images of how hard the procedure is, but I've got my baby back and it looks great. I've tested the touch-sensitivity (the same), the camera front and back facing (the same), the clarity of the retina display (the same), the sound from the ear speaker (the same), so thus far, everything is just as it should be. FYI - it's a $175 procedure with the $10 Yelp coupon, which is far cheaper than buying a $599 replacement phone or the who-knows-what Apple would have charged to keep it for several days to fix it. So it happens sometimes - I dipped my new iphone 4s in a cup of Rom and Coke. It happened really fast but I acted fast and took it right out, I thought its all good and I saved it but later home button stopped working and phone was rebooting all the time... I started searching Google, one person suggested putting the phone in a bag of rise to suck the moisture out for 24 hours - didn't work. I continued web search for easy ways out of my sticky problem... Another guy said he has placed his phone in the sock, jammed it in between the dryer door and turned on his dryer with low heat without anything else inside to avoid static... I tried that for three cycles with no luck. So I started looking for professionals that will take care of me at a reasonable price - I never bought $99 apple care at the time of purchase so handing out $850 to apple wasn't a best choice for me. I remembered from way back about a shop where my friends went with their broken iphone screens Citicomm Wireless, located them on Folsom using Yelp and came in with my problem. After free initial inspection they told me that there are two possible problems - home button and a charging unit, home button alone would cost $80, both units would run up to $100. I told them that $100 was in my budget and asked them to go ahead with the repair. It was 5:30pm and they were confident that they could knock it off in one and a half hours, I loved that. 7pm I pick up my phone and it's done, I take a closer look and I see that there are waves on my screen when I look at something solid white. I came right back and Francis assisted me, he took a look and assured me that there couldn't be anything on their part as the screen was original and never changed... I was sad about the screen but happy that my phone was operational. I hoped it would go away in a few days and Francis asked me to come back if it didn't. 5 days later I came back, I wasn't sure if it's messed up because of the dryer sessions or anything else. Francis wasn't sure too - so they take my phone and switch out the screen for a brand spanking new one in 2 hours. My $850 phone is better than it was before, it's pretty much new and completely repaired at a fraction of the cost of the new one. I loved the professionalism and the way they handled my problem. I own a business myself and I know that taking care of your customers 150% is a sure way to get them to return and bring all of their friends along. By the way the entire repair was pressure free, easy, fast, painless and what I treasure the most - honest. I spent $80 total and it was worth every penny. A++ Business. read more

Their website is kind of useless, so I emailed before I went in to find out how the process works. A human being responded within a few hours and let me know all I needed to do was bring in my phone anytime during business hours and they could fix my phone in an hour. I went in, dropped off my phone with a really efficient guy, went for lunch, and an hour later my phone was good to go! Easy peasy. The new screen definitely looks a little...milky? cloudy? Other people might not notice, but I can tell it's not quite the deep blacks and sharpness of the original iPhone glass. Everything else is perfectly back to normal. And, hey, it is WAY better than dealing with shards of glass or buying a whole new phone! I don't think you can expect much better for what you pay. read more

My two-week-old LG Mach jumped out of my purse and shattered its screen. I know how to fix it myself, and I've done it before with other phones, but taking apart a phone with a keyboard is a pain in the butt. Plus, I wanted it fixed ASAP, and I didn't have a good source for a replacement screen. Citicomm had to order the part, but it showed up the next day. I dropped the phone off around noon, and got email a few hours later letting me know that it was ready. The repair is flawless. The price was reasonable. Everyone I dealt with was cheerful, efficient, and helpful. Did I mention efficient? It took me three visits (one for "Can you fix this?", one to drop it off when the part came in, and one to pick it up) and I think I was in the store for five minutes total across those three visits. I'd rather not have my phone break again, but if I do then it's going straight to Citicomm. read more

I'm certainly not going down there... I called because I'm looking for a specific phone. One is from last year and one is brand new and costs $179. (Moto G) Well they have a Moto G for sale. I asked if it was from this year or not and was told I have to come down. I asked how much it costs to find out and they're charging $250 for this device that brand new costs $179. Stay FAAAR away. I'm guessing they pay minimum wage and a warm body is their requirement rather than ANY knowledge of phones. read more

I highly recommend Citicomm Wireless based on two separate experiences. In both events he came to my office the same day, quickly assessed the issue and ended up replacing a batter and a screen on my iPhone.
