I reached out through yelp and was quoted $120 cash for a screen replacement. Which was much lower than other places I've reached out to. The only thing is there is no product guarantee. This is explained prior to receiving/paying for service. But the reviews and past customer happiest led me to come here. I was also told I would be given the opportunity to test the screen before paying to ensure I was satisfied. Located in Westlake, once you get to the front door of the building it's a short easy walk up upstairs and it's the first office on the right. I signed in, he told me a few housekeeping things to be mindful of after the phone gets repaired. I dropped off the phone and it took no longer than 15 minutes. The screen worked great! Very responsive and felt like a brand new phone. I tested it and happily paid. I would not hesitate recommending people to come here for iPhone repairs. Easy consultation, fast service and good communication. read more

I met with Khan today less than an hour before closing and he was able to take me in and fix my iPhone screen in less than 10 minutes. He was very kind and made sure that I understood the process and any subsequent notifications that may happen after I get a screen replacement from a non-Apple provider, which are temporary and harmless. He also let me check for dead spots on my phone just in case. TLDR: very helpful and detail-oriented, would highly recommend! read more

Had a cracked screen on my iPad. They didn't have the part available. Said they would order it. Contacted me once the part came in. Took the iPad in, sat there about 30 minutes. Screen repaired! Customer service on point, and price on point! They have definitely earned a new customer! read more

I've dropped my phone on more than one occasion. But I do have a case for it and thankfully no major damage. But because of that, I just assumed that the case somehow would also protect the screen from any such mishaps. And it did (maybe it did) until one day it (to my shock and dismay) didn't. So when it happened and I needed a new screen, I went here. I also tried to explain my theory of how the phone case should/ could also protect the screen, but before I could get any confirmation or denial, my phone was fixed - with a compris screen protector. Overall, this place is pretty great. Quick, friendly, and prices are fair. read more

Khan was excellent. He was fast, responsive, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He clearly knows his craft and explained everything confidently. Highly recommend Khan if you're looking for quality phone repairs done quickly and professionally. read more

We scheduled an appointment to repair a shattered back screen for an iPhone 14 Pro. Excellent service and care, thank you again Mr. Khan!

Unbeatable prices and service. I've come in for a replacement iPhone camera and a screen protector. Both times Khan has been incredibly helpful and generous. Couldn't recommend more highly! read more

The battery life on my iPhone 14 Pro had become between the point of picking and choosing between being able to use my phone now or later, not both. I called in and got a quote for the battery replacement which I felt was very fair, came in to friendly/informative service, and I was out of there with a new battery all within 15 minutes! Now obviously the turn around all depends on how busy he is so I got lucky. Thank you, will be back for all future phone needs! read more

Dropped my cell phone and called around to see how much it would cost tor replace a screen on a iPhone 16pro max. Khan was lower by 50% (100.00) compared to some of the others I called. When I brought the phone in he pulled the protective screen out and said it there was no need to replace the screen. He said honesty is the best policy. He installed another protective screen for me and charged 15.00 instead of 100.00 or as much as 200.00 at other places. What great service! read more

Highly recommended for mobile repair. My husband originally took his iPad to another repair shop on Spruce Ave in SSF but he was giving us the run-around for over a week and wasn't able to fix the problem. Long story short, we decided to come to this shop; he was able to fix it in an hour. Thanks for a great service. Highly recommended. read more

Had water damage from dropping my phone in a river and cameras had condensation on the inside of the lens. iPhone repairing was available for a walk in appointment and cleaned and dried the phone within an hour for a good price. Everything working great right now! As a side note: Genius Bar and iPhone forums suggested to just upgrade the phone, so if you have doubts whether something can be fixed, try giving iPhone repairing a call and they will give you a straight answer! read more

The service was on time. Quality of life was excellent. It was beyond my expectations!!

Had a great experience with Khan! Communication over phone call, in person, and over text couldn't have been more clear. I thought I would have to spend a fortune to fix the back of my cracked iPhone 14pro and battery replacement but Khan's pricing was amazing!! I am rooting for his business and would come back again if I need another device fixed! read more

I hate to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I think my experience should be shared for people to make an informed decision. In July 2024, I started experiencing issues with my charging port and decided to bring my phone into iPhone Repairing since it was so highly rated. Imtiaz helped me fix the issue the same day I brought it in; he had removed the part and replaced it with a new part. Although the charging was not an issue, I noticed that people began to complain about my audio during phone calls immediately after which wasn't an issue prior to getting my phone fixed. An important thing to note is that this is the first time I've had to repair my phone, and so I have ONLY ever gone to iPhone Repairing. I messaged Imtiaz immediately (picture of conversation attached) and brought it in the same week. During the second visit, Imtiaz had gone through a series of trial calls using my phone and his own. He informed me that the microphones used for FaceTime and phone calls were different and it must have worn down over time. I paid no mind to it since he had been nothing but kind during the process & trusted his opinion. This Saturday (Nov. 23), I noticed my phone screen bulging and suspected a swollen battery so I took it into an Apple store immediately. Upon running diagnostics, the Apple employee informed me that there were MULTIPLE things failing on my phone ranging from cell service (cause of audio issues during calls) to the battery amongst other things and had been degrading for a few months. When they had taken a look at the phone to discern the cause, they told us that 1) the security screws were missing which indicated that a third party worked on this phone and 2) that whoever worked on this phone used TAPE instead of adhesive to piece the phone back together after repairing it. Again, important to note that I have only ever brought my phone into iPhone Repairing so it was easy for me to discern the source. I'm keeping this review at 2 stars rather than 1 because Imtiaz was actually very nice and based on reviews seems like he can genuinely help with screen repairs. However, I would not recommend iPhone Repairing's services in battery/charging because of this experience. ADDENDUM post Imtiaz's response: I saw the photos myself of what the inside of my phone looked like-- nothing to do with software all hardware. The components for the battery looked shoved back in and had a piece of tape diagonal across it. I posted this review for the Yelp community to have the information they need to choose the right services not to have an argument over my personal experience. Imtiaz's demeaning response definitely took me aback and renounced the only redeeming quality of this business which was his original service attitude-- revising my stars to 1. read more

I thought I had cracked the glass on my iPhone. I sent a message to a few places for a quote. Imtiaz responded the fastest with a quote. His honesty made me want to do business. He was done in 15 minutes. I told him I would write a great Yelp review. Thanks Imtiaz! read more

My iPhone 13 Pro screen was broken, so I gave the shop a call. Khan was super helpful even over the phone--he explained what the possible issues could be and what might have caused them. I went into the shop, and he quickly diagnosed the phone, replaced the part, and clearly showed me what was wrong and what he fixed, all in under 5 minutes. What really stood out to me was his honesty. I've been to places that give off that upsell, pushy vibe, but Khan is different. He never tried to pressure me into anything. He just explained everything clearly and left the decision completely up to me. Respectful, fast, and professional, definitely recommend! read more

I wanted to trade in my iPhone 13 Mini for an upgrade through my carrier ($700 credit), but it had a hairline crack in the screen, which would make it ineligible for the full value. Called and spoke with Imtiaz the owner and he said he could install an aftermarket screen, which would be $89 and good enough for the trade in (with Apple OEM screen would be $150, while Apple charges $229 for the repair). Imtiaz was very friendly and we chatted while he replaced the screen, and it was done very quickly, less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this shop! To find it, head toward Walgreens and when you get close, look to the row of businesses on the left and you will see an Indian restaurant. The office building is right next to it with the number visible (318). Go up to the 2nd floor and it's the first door on the right. Since it's in a mini shopping center there's lots of parking. read more
