The Lightning port on my iPhone 13 stopped working. I tried cleaning it myself, but the phone would only charge wirelessly no matter what I tried. After dropping my phone at *just* the right angle, I was left panicking on how to get my phone back in working order. I called a couple places on Yelp, and many were quoting $350-500 to replace the screen of my Samsung Note 20 Ultra (d*mn curved edges!) After calling Mission Wireless, they let me know they could squeeze me in, had the screen in stock, and could get it done by EOD for $279. I think that was super reasonable. Parking isn't super easy over there, but I managed to find a spot about a block away. I dropped it off, and came back around 2.5hrs later, and all was good! I had a flimsy screen protector on it (mostly for scratches), and they seemed to replace that free of charge! I'm english speaking, and while I do know some Spanish, the workers there were super nice, and able to provide clear instructions on how the warranty works, etc, and I didn't have to embarrass myself by trying to use my rusty Spanish. This business is also women-owned, a plus for me! Pro tip: Bring a charged laptop if you're driving in, so you can keep your parking spot and not be bored to death during the wait! The block I parked on was near the bank, so I was able to hop on their wifi and play some games while I waited. Theres also lots of shops and food places that you can grab a drink, a burrito, or some tacos while you wait. Thanks again to the folks at Mission Wireless! my iphone 14 was having intermittent faulty charging connection and I had tried many of the online port cleaning techniques, nothing seemed to work. I thought I needed a new port possibly. I also thought if this goes well I will have my cracked screen replaced. After a quick assessment, I left my phone and came back 20 minutes later and BOOM! my phones port was cleaned and now charged perfectly, and my screen protector was cracked (they replaced it). now both are perfect and I also bought a new phone case so it really feels like a new phone again. They charged me the cost of the battery and labor ($67 & change) and told me to return in 2 hrs, so I did. Surprise! They are *beyond* ethical. They stated they tested my battery outside the phone and told me I didn't need a new battery, that there was possibly something wrong with the charging port and that they were giving me a full refund. I went to this business based solely on their Yelp reviews and I'm so glad Yelp didn't disappoint me. On a Friday night I dropped my phone and the battery swelled and the backplate popped out. I dreaded the thought of not having a phone and losing my data. I finally went to his place in the Mission near 24th street and I couldn't be happier. Although, one technician was out sick, they managed to replace my battery in an hour and 40 minutes! I visited the shop when I shattered my iPhone 13. One of the employees gave me a very thorough explanation of what to expect: Two options for screen repair (as of Jul 2023): - $150 for after-market type - $230 for iPhone screen replacement There were a couple of tradeoffs between the options, but those were clarified to me as if he had my best interest. He was very patient with my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I didn't end up going with this shop, but highly recommend it if it fits what you're looking for. They broke my IPad Pro. I had an iPad Pro 11.7 in which was having poor battery life so when I saw the good yelp reviews and a coupon I tried them out instead of an Apple Store as it was about half the price. I regret this, after a few months the device randomly reboots every time I try to use it. I took it to Apple Store and they tried a software wipe and reset but that didn't work. They stated it was a hardware issue but because it was opened by a third party they wouldn't offer to repair it. Now I'm left with a $800 paper weight. I would not trust them with your device. I've been coming to repair my phone here for the past 6 years and have never had a problem until recently I went to get a simple screen and home button repair... Screen was replaced with a way thicker plastic glass which now makes everything way harder to press and also makes my screen glitch and even worse they screwed up my home button so now every minute my assistive touch pops up on my screen while I'm trying to type a message or do anything and the phone thinks my home button is still broken which is incredibly inconvenient... And upon going back to the store two days in a row after the fact they said basically nothing can be done even though they made my phone incredibly harder to use and just told me to go to another store to pay more money to have my phone fixed AGAIN Long story short...AVOID THIS STORE they will not take responsibility for their cheap screens and wonky hardware they use to replace the phones and will offer NO type of refund read more

I had my service today at Mission Wireless. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Mari was super nice and "very honest". My pickup time was store closing time, 6pm (closing early due to holiday) . I paid total of $85 in advance so that I can get out quickly. When I went to the store, Mari told me with smile that the damage was only protector, and there was no damage on the glass. The tech inspects the phone thoroughly and it was functional. In end, they immediately refunded me $60 and only charged me $25 for tech's labor. If I could give 3.5 stars, this place definitely deserve an "above average" rating! Clean and professionally managed shop that does phone repairs of all sorts - they create a ticket and for something like a screen replacement or battery replacement they can have it back for you in 2 hours. For me, I needed to have both the screen and battery replaced for my Samsung Galaxy S9. Since it is walk-ins only, I dropped by on a Wednesday before a yoga class and went back to pick it up an hour and a half later. Timing was great, popped in, got a ticket, returned later for payment and pick up. I noticed by the next day that some glue had gotten into the space where my front camera became unable to focus and noticed that the battery was draining even faster than before. Crazy...so I came back in and they were able to get it fixed. Unfortunately my battery is still draining really quickly, I can't keep a charge for longer than 6 hours.. I'm not sure if it is my phone or if it is the battery. The screen replacement is grest and totally happy with that service. Definitely recommend sending them a request for a quote if you ever find yourself in need of a phone repair. read more

Through Yelp, I contacted several repair shops to replace a battery in my tablet and repair the screen that had separated from the case. Mission Wireless, which had very good reviews, was the first to respond, so I made an appointment for the next day. I hadn't known that overcharging the battery causes it to swell (I don't do that anymore!). The lady who took my tablet in was very pleasant. I paid the full price in advance, and the tablet was supposed to be ready in 24 hours. Later that day, Mission Wireless called and asked if they could keep the tablet another 24 hours. The delay was not a problem as I don't use the tablet for anything critical. I'd rather give the professionals the time they need to do a good job. When I went to pick up the tablet, it was in great shape. I'm very pleased with the quality of the people and their work. I'll be bringing all my devices here when they need work. read more

They did return the phone covered in resin residue (they had to melt the resin holding the phone case halves together), but I could clean it off with orange cleaner.
