For starters this review would have been a 1-2 star review had it not been for the last tech that…read morewas sent out, Karina T. Another tech by the name of Kokob was also great. I was having issues my first 2weeks having consistent dropped connections and no service at times. I couldn't switch back to my previous provider because the line was cut! Three or 4 techs later Karina shows up. I explained all the trouble we were having and she assured me that she'd take care of it. Karina was very friendly and professional explaining everything she was doing. Two months later, my family and I are happy with the service. There is occasional buffering but for the most part solid service! Thank you again Karina, you did your thing! Give that lady a raise for going above and beyond! Raphael J Monrovia

So what to tell you ,I have never been disappointed with Sonic from the office support to field techs its been amazing ride. Like a great many of you I want someone who I can speak with and not have repeat myself 5 times that's not going to happen at Sonic. And on the other hand I don't want the run around. And I have never had that with Sonic. Now let's be clear sadly Sonic is not in every locations but good news its they are growing thank God. Why do I say that ? you can't beat the cost. like I said I've been with them a good while and there has only been one raise and still there cost is low. I've gotten a few friends to jump on this with me and they are happy and why not, low cost great service people who are really nice when you call and ask about something no hanging on the line for 20 minutes. Okay I'm going to stop now. Remember this I always try to respect the person on the other side and in return we both win. Let shut this down by saying go on line and see when they are planing to come to your area. Trust me you will not be disappointed. No, I don't sales use cars I just like nice people and a company that take care of it's people that works for me. That a reason to support in my book.

I'd been told that the phone# I gave for account look-up wasn't mine..REALLY, however hurriedly the other encounters failed to question their records... Here's the first quality of service I receive, an account professional name Kaylah O., asked me to repeat my # and voila the error was the last digit off by one#. I found they amazing because without controversy I have and still before correction unequivocally received text.‍? Go figure...THANK YOU KAYLAH..for correcting an issue that was continuously overlooked. Additionally Kaylah exhibited concern and care about my account and to ensure accuracy seeing I've been working on this for some time, she illicit the collaboration of an genuine knowledgeable, confident and professional assistant manager DJ P. He was the ultimate epitome of standout talent and quality of service all of the employees should incorporate. HE WAS the optimal in reviewing, explaining and ensuring I'm billed and charge accordingly. I really am so grateful he was there today!!! I received added value and knowledge of potential programs, I may benefit from. I was extremely impressed with their service and ability to quail my anxiety. Horrible service from Edward the manager…read more Scenario: I had issues with activating Peacock Premium which was a service they included to my package for 2 years. We had issues with it for 3 hours yesterday and I was told to go to the Xfinity location nearest me and they can fix it. Fast forward I went to the location and I thought I might be able to get it fixed. The greeter was great. Edward not so much. I was trying to speak to Edward and he was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and said you can cancel your subscription, I'm not giving any discounts. Ive been with the company since 1985. And at my new location for over 11 years. And this is how he treats customers. That is insane. And what's crazy is i was about to get 4 phones at this location. I even told them that on the very beginning but Edward didn't know. Lol. He is very unprofessional
