Moe, Alex, and your whole family doing business, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received at your business. After being assured that your non-OEM screen replacement was as good as original quality, the screen cracked easily. When I returned to purchase an OEM Apple screen replacement, I was quoted $300, only to find out that you are unable to source the part. Throughout this process, there has been a consistent lack of communication and unfulfilled promises regarding your inventory. Repeatedly misrepresenting your inventory and failing to follow up with customers is unacceptable. I expect far better service and transparency than what Alex, your father, and you have provided. I paid over $220 for a crack screen replacement that was a junk. Please make this a lesson for all others and avoid this establishment. read more

My iPhone had problem at the charging port. For 3 years I had to use a magnetic charger. I called and spoke to Alex who quoted me a price and could fix it. But also said it may actually need to open it and replace the internal charging piece. I went down and as he said he had it done within 5 minutes. I'm happy with his results. Definitely a good job. read more

The owner doesn't communicate with his employees. He will call you being rude and doesn't take ownership of his business. When I picked up my phone after over a week in which I was told 1 hour then told 4 days to order a part ( I was quoted hundred dollars then hundred and sixty. Then the part ordered was wrong and it became more expensive. I was called and texted my phone was ready. I work six days that week and I couldn't pick it up. I finally picked it up and the front desk clerk told me it was a hundred. I paid. At 8:20pm at night I got the owner being rude and yell at me that im suppose to pay 160. I told him I will come back and pay it what time that night or tomorrow. He said either or. Then he told me he was going to trust me to pay him. What??? I never tried to swindle him. He doesn't communicate with his staff. Also I was made to believe the staff member was the owner and the person repairing my phone. This was a miscommunication error on his part not mine. And he treated me disrespectfully as a customer. I advise anyone wanting there phone fixed to take it somewhere else respectfully. read more

Honest n reliable information given by technician. Have brought numerous items here and have not been disappointed.

They were fast and prompt! I have had minor troubles with my touch screen since then, I'm not sure if that's their part or if my phone was damaged prior, though I didn't have this issue before. Many of my letters duplicate (or triple) and autocorrect doesn't catch it. Anyways Mo helped me and he was nice! I would go again if needed as prices were best in the area. read more

Family business ran by brothers, Mo and Ron -- very informative , straight forward and honest. The energy and respect you give is what you receive with any business. Friendly service reasonable prices did me and my sons phone within 20 minutes thank you

I do not recommend getting iPhone battery replaced here: (see also attached photos) 1) A non-genuine Apple battery is used which permanently turns on a "red badge" and warning message in your Settings 2) The battery health capabilities will no longer work (i.e. Maximum Capacity and Peak Performance Capability) 3) The trade-in value of the phone will likely be null (even when you reset the phone, the Settings will still show that red badge / message about a non-genuine Apple part 4) The repair price ($109) is no cheaper than going to an authorized Apple repair shop, which unfortunately I did not know is easily available at a Best Buy. You can also send it directly to Apple for this price. 5) When I brought this to the attention of the owner, his answers were dismissive (i.e. the message eventually goes away; trade-in value is not affected). Since the warranty is only 30-days, he knows that by the time most people figure this out, the warranty has expired (not that the warranty helps this situation anyway). In summary, you are not saving money by going to a strip mall shop and will end up with a de-valued iPhone with a non-genuine Apple part. For me it was live and learn, and hopefully this review can save you the same mistake. read more

My son is on the autism spectrum and CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT HIS DEVICE!!! It stopped charging. Even after trying multiple chargers. Looked up repair shops and called in to get a quote ($75) to change the port on iPhone 7 Pro. Took it in and Moe hooked it up like new. I told him how important it was to get the device back ASAP and he had it ready in about an hour. THANK YOU MOE! Your service helped my son as well as this autism Mom. I had trouble with my phone it wouldn't charge & it wasn't working so I took it to the phone store and they said it was completely broken and I needed a new phone so I went to a different phone store. They told me the same thing so I stumbled across the repair hub on Admiral Callahan. I was greeted with amazing customer service. They were kind they were fair. They told me they wouldn't charge me until they could fix my phone. I went back a few hours later they were taking their time and when I went to pick up my phone, it was completely fixed. This store is amazing and if anybody needs anything fixed or repaired I recommend going to the repair hub not only are they honest they're friendly. It was clean in there and it was above five stars. Went in to drop off my laptop I was told that I was going to get updated by the end of the day , I didn't get a call. I waited a few days to see if I was going to get a call or any updates. A week passed did not hear from them. I called to check on my laptop they told me a different thing than when I went in . I experienced bad customer service since the day I walked in they did not greet me . Had me waiting 2 weeks until I went in person and asked what was going on when was I going to get it back. read more
