I was helped by Karla and she was able to let me know that I actually had insurance on my phone so I was able to get one sent to me next business day! I was so happy. Once my phone came i had to go back to the store to activate my phone and Corissa helped me, I believe that's her name. She was helpful and even got me to purchase a Google watch to avoid this from happening again. The first time I went in I waited about 5 to 10 minutes to get help the 2nd time I went in I received service right away. You have to go on days and times where it's not too busy or you'll be waiting a long time. Overall I had a good experience and will go back to this store if I need help.

The woman appeared to be around 24 years old, and the man appeared to be around 40. I came in to explain my situation and get help, but the representative did not seem to pay attention to me or understand what I was explaining. She was looking outside and appeared distracted while I was trying to explain my problem. The other employee who was with her also made the situation more confusing instead of helping me understand what was happening. I left feeling even more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I honestly don't understand how this level of customer service is acceptable. When a customer comes in with a problem, they should be listened to, treated respectfully, and given clear information. I expected much better from T-Mobile. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training.

Service there is a bit sketchy. The guy at this place was very knowledgeable about a brand new phone that Metro had just released. He was friendly and did what he could to help the constant stream of people walking in to pay their bills. He spent five minutes showing us the basics of using the phones and threw in free skins. Sure, a $5 freebie on a $300 phone, but most places wouldn't make the gesture. It's dumb things like that which endear us to retailers. This place took care of us.

If your preorders are delayed your forced to come when ever it arrives a week later and have 48hrs to get or o well. It's a real inconvinece on customers and inconsiderate act for the CEO to let the employees take the heat. Somethings needs to change like consideration and an extended hold for items do to fault on GameStop end. Regardless of shipping an receiving 3rd party services. Gamestop should put dates for preorder drop days further away from what ever day was giving to them by Fedex,UPS,USPS or ect. of arriving date. This is not professional. But actually kinda disperecptful to new and faithful customers. It's a super bad negative feeling. Makes me wanna stop shopping with them all together. This is not the first time something happened sadly to say. 4-5 current employees at Hilltop are so nice and helpful I over looked things in the past that happened to me and staff. But I can't keep doing it, specially if the office side of GameStop treats people like this. I feel let down by a place that used to make me feel so happy. It sucks

They sent me an email said it'll be ready in 35 minutes. just to watch my grandchild's game. I went there in an hour and Eddie working at the front told me that they had none in stock even before I showed him the order. I told him we'll just cancel it. He stated that they don't usually do that and he called his manager on the speakerphone and his manager stated tell her we'll ship it. I told him I don't want it shipped. I have a game this afternoon. That's why I ordered the same day. The manager sent an African-American gentleman up who explained to me that Eddie was new. I told him what does that have to do with anything? Just cancel the order I've made an hour ago. He said that there are procedures that need to go through, but it will be canceled. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT IT'LL ARRIVE ON TUESDAY AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL. IT WENT IN THE STORY. The next day I called on Sunday at 12:32 MELISSA, WHO THEY TOLD ME WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER. I asked to speak with her. They put me on hold for 12 minutes and 56 seconds. I returned to the store couples times, the staff didn't know what to do & the manager wasn't around. A female staff was very rude & held hostage my receipts, although I asked her to release the receipts back to me several times, she wouldn't & yelling at me that I only eligible for $22 refund, she refused to look at the amount of sales tax printed on the receipt. This is not only about the $2.26 sales tax on the core that wasn't refunded to me, but more about the store reaping off its customers for not having correctly working software in refunding the amount to its customers plus not very knowledgeable staff about the refund process & inapropriate female staff who treated store customer rudely & held hostage customer's receipts. The store & the corporate need to do some deep training to its staff & to correct its software to refund customer's money in full.
