I was with total Wireless for 4 years. I had to purchase a new phone because my other one broke…read moreonce I got that phone and activated it I no longer received my data even though I paid for it and had already paid for extra data and I didn't get it either. My biggest complaint is when I called to get my account number and the pin number I needed to change to a different carrier they did not want to get it to me. I spoke to three different people it took over 2 hours of my evening after A hard Day's work. I was crying I had a asthma attack while on the phone with these people, but they did not care they wanted me to stay with total Wireless and offered me a cheaper plan (although I wouldn't be getting any data I would be paying for the data) I begged them for a number I could call so I can make a complaint on them and they refuse to give it to me so after the two and a half hours I was on there to get my bloody account number and pin number I needed to change companies I wanted to make sure I let the world know that total Wireless sucks. If you pay them money for data and you don't get it you're not going to get your money back you're not going to get an apology if you're crying and have a asthma attack in front of them they're still just going to sit there and go on about the big deals I can make you in the future. Please if anyone reads this do not go to Total wireless Verizon!!!!!!! I gave them one star because I had to in order to post this

I'm giving this repair shop a 1-star review. They damaged my iPad Pro 11 screen, couldn't fix it,…read moreand didn't offer fair compensation for the damage they caused. It started on a Sunday when my iPad stopped charging through the USB-C port. I called to ask if they could fix it and how much it would cost. They told me to bring it in so they could test it first. After running a diagnostic with a small device, they confirmed the port had failed and needed to be replaced. They said they could order the part that day and complete the repair the next day. Everything seemed fine at first. The next day, I dropped off my iPad, and about two hours later, they returned it. Before I handed it over, my iPad was spotless. When I got it back, it was extremely dirty, so much so that I couldn't even tell if there were scratches on the screen until I cleaned it. There was also sticky glue residue all over it. I didn't say anything at the time because I just needed the charging port fixed, and my son was waiting for the iPad at home. Once I got home and cleaned it, I tested the charging port, which worked, but then I noticed a large, bright white spot under the screen, almost like an LED shining through. I immediately messaged them with photos, but they were closed and didn't respond even the next day. The next day, I called and explained the issue. They told me to wait while they spoke to the technician who worked on it. After following up multiple times due to slow responses, they asked me to bring it back on the day that technician was working again. When I returned, I showed them the damage. They said they didn't know what caused it but could open it up again to check. After waiting another two hours, I called them, and they said it was ready, but they still couldn't figure out the issue. Once again, the iPad was returned in a very dirty condition. Their solution was unacceptable: they offered either a free screen protector, a case, or a replacement screen, but not an original one. They admitted the replacement wouldn't look as good, function the same, or be as durable. I paid $900 for this iPad, so that's not an acceptable option. I left frustrated. They should either refund the repair cost or properly replace the device. It's hard to believe they didn't notice the bright spot after the repair, it's very obvious. It feels like they tried to hide it under all the dirt, so I wouldn't notice. And saying the damage "it's not that bad" is ridiculous, when you actually use the iPad, the defect is extremely distracting.

I'm just writing this one because I wanna give folks a heads up the guy working here jipped me and sold me a sh$$ty stereo package deal. (At least he was nice while he ripped me off ) Anyway here we go story time: So I pull up, I go to this cricket it's the only one open and around that has the iPhone SE in stock(that was the one I was looking for). Mind you I was an android user at the time and don't know anything about iPhones, I just know that my current phone is broken and a lot of my good friends have iPhones and I'm sick of using android. Anywho I arrive at the shop he greets me super nice and efficiently which I'm already like cool I came to the right spot! So I'm looking at the iPhone SE, and we're chatting, things are going well, he's like helping another customer while I decide, so smooth this is gonna be great I think to myself. And it was... but then he brings up buying the 7, knowing that I don't know anything about iPhones , basically talks me into it because it's cheaper, just as good, and has a bundle deal.. comes with a speaker, a case, ect..So I say fuck it I go for the whole thing. Looks like it's running great, I thank him and get out of there. Btw he's like ya write me a yelp review, well this ones for you LOL hope you enjoy it. Two weeks go by here's my results::: The speaker ends up not working a week later, I find out the SE is actually WAY better, my battery on this phone is dying within like 5 hours of charge I'm thinking damn this dude is nice but I made a mistake but oh wait I have the receipt let me call and see about returns!! The guy was nice surely he'll let me do that right? Wrong!!!! I call I'm like hey(explain the situation, nicely) "so I have the receipt, can I return it" I ask. He's like "no the policy is 7 days, and the speaker ya you can or you can call the warranty ". Hold up, I wasn't told 7 days at the store, and no way am I gonna call to replace a shitty speaker with another shit speaker. Tbh I wouldn't even want to give them away.( look out the brand is called BOOMZ1) Great ish sound but disconnects and malfunctions after about two weeks and doesn't hold a charge). Anyway I'm like ok because I don't wanna deal with the hassle and I know there's nothing I can do. At least I'm like well I have a working phone. Also he sold me insurance which I didn't ask for without me knowing. My friends say the dude probably just wanted to get rid of old inventory and ripped me off. I'm like damn that sucks but probably true. Don't go here it's a bad idea, this guy will rip you off. I won't mention his name but ya don't waste your time. I'm so done with cricket, better to go to a service that has the customers best interest in mind because let's be real, times in a pandemic who can afford to waste money??? I'm so pissed I did. Anyway that's the story, and as someone who works in customer service I'm really disappointed.

He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.
