Byron is truly exceptional at what he does. He accomplished what I was told was impossible. Before…read morefinding this repair shop, I had taken my phone elsewhere and was told that it was a total loss. Byron was able to repair the water damage and even fix the broken motherboard, all for under $300. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and dedication to getting my phone working again. Thank you again, Byron, for your outstanding work!

I had a very strange and unprofessional customer-service experience with this business…read more I called looking for an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replacement and was quoted $175 with a 25-35 minute turnaround. I then texted a completely normal question before deciding where to have my phone repaired: I asked whether $175 was the total out-the-door price and whether the replacement was a hard OLED or soft OLED. Instead of simply answering the question, the response I received was: "Glotech ????" followed by an accusation that I must work for Glotech and was only calling around asking questions about competitors' pricing/screens. He wrote, "You don't do that, buddy." I do not work for Glotech or for any phone/electronics business. I am simply a customer comparing several local repair shops before spending money on a replacement screen. Asking what type of replacement part a business intends to install in your $1,000+ phone is a perfectly reasonable consumer question. There are major differences between LCD, hard OLED, soft OLED and OEM/refurbished-original displays, so customers absolutely should ask what they are paying for. I can't comment on the quality of this shop's repairs because, after this interaction, I chose not to have my phone repaired here. This review is specifically about my experience communicating with the business before purchasing service. I've included screenshots of the conversation so prospective customers can read the exchange and make up their own minds.
