It started on a Sunday when my iPad stopped charging through the USB-C port. I called to ask if they could fix it and how much it would cost. They told me to bring it in so they could test it first. After running a diagnostic with a small device, they confirmed the port had failed and needed to be replaced. They said they could order the part that day and complete the repair the next day. Everything seemed fine at first. The next day, I dropped off my iPad, and about two hours later, they returned it. Before I handed it over, my iPad was spotless. When I got it back, it was extremely dirty, so much so that I couldn't even tell if there were scratches on the screen until I cleaned it. There was also sticky glue residue all over it. I didn't say anything at the time because I just needed the charging port fixed, and my son was waiting for the iPad at home. Once I got home and cleaned it, I tested the charging port, which worked, but then I noticed a large, bright white spot under the screen, almost like an LED shining through. I immediately messaged them with photos, but they were closed and didn't respond even the next day. The next day, I called and explained the issue. They told me to wait while they spoke to the technician who worked on it. After following up multiple times due to slow responses, they asked me to bring it back on the day that technician was working again. When I returned, I showed them the damage. They said they didn't know what caused it but could open it up again to check. After waiting another two hours, I called them, and they said it was ready, but they still couldn't figure out the issue. Once again, the iPad was returned in a very dirty condition. Their solution was unacceptable: they offered either a free screen protector, a case, or a replacement screen, but not an original one. They admitted the replacement wouldn't look as good, function the same, or be as durable. I paid $900 for this iPad, so that's not an acceptable option. I left frustrated. They should either refund the repair cost or properly replace the device. It's hard to believe they didn't notice the bright spot after the repair, it's very obvious. It feels like they tried to hide it under all the dirt, so I wouldn't notice. And saying the damage "it's not that bad" is ridiculous, when you actually use the iPad, the defect is extremely distracting.

He was very transparent about options and pricing and I found it insanely reasonable. Yeah I could have ordered a replacement Soft OLED from MobileSentrix and done it myself, but I would have spent more money DIY than just having Brian do it because time has value too y'know. Would come back next time I do something stupid with my Steve Jobs gadgets.

The had a nice selection it sounded like over the phone. A few Iphone 4's, 5's, and 5S's. And, prices seemed really reasonable. But I never made it down to their shop. I made due with an older phone i had stowed away in a drawer. This time I needed my glass screen fixed on my other iphone 5. I love my Iphone 5. I dropped it within the first few weeks I had it. It survived the drop pretty well, only had one minor crack on the front glass. But, Ive been living with this blemish for a long while. Then, just recently I closed the hood of my car on the phone! Arg! DOH! it was pretty much toast. broken glass everywhere (you know the song) And, the bits of glass would get all in my fingers. So, being the cheapskate that I am, I bought a repair kit and parts on ebay. I did a fairly good job switching out the LCD screen, but got to a part in the process, where things weren't quite working correctly, took it apart again, and it just got more complicated. It turns out I broke a few other things in the process. Phone ended up totally not working. Bummer. So, I called these guys and they were willing to have me bring it in right away and have it completed within the same day. I couldn't believe it. I brought it in at about 3-4pm and they had it completely and working properly by 7pm! And, it works great and everything functions properly. I am VERY pleased with their service and can't recommend these guys enough! Pricing was VERY reasonable and service was quick. $90 to replace the screen. Checked it out before on Bay Street and a vendor there wanted $150! Also, another $30 for the other part that I ripped. $120 out the door. Great price. Better than the Bay Street vendor. They also have unlocked phones. Smartest thing you can do is buy an unlocked phone and put it on a cheaper network! save some dough. cheapskate over and out!

Its unfortunate the phone wasn't working but he also sold iPhones for cheap so it worked out. The store is a metro pcs snd its really clean and even has a little place for kids to keep them busy. And theres a stand you can make yourself some tea while you wait! I would put some music on as it was really quiet. But great service and will be coming back for sure

My biggest complaint is when I called to get my account number and the pin number I needed to change to a different carrier they did not want to get it to me.
