When we originally decided to go in it was just to gather information about pricing and plans for us and we were not planning on completing any transactions. When we entered the store, we were immediately greeted by Emily, one of the associates who sat down with us to inquire about why we came into the store. After we explained to her what we were looking for her retail manager on staff that day came over and started talking to us as well trying to dig a little deeper about what it is we wanted to do. So, after talking to both of them we decided that it was a cheaper idea to keep our devices and bring them over from Verizon. They are going to pay off our phones for us for switching which is absolutely awesome. What we ended up doing was we decided to bring our phones over and leave the other devices with Verizon just for now until we pay off our phones. Once we pay off our phones, we will bring the rest of our devices over, so we are on T-Mobile network solely. We only had to pay $50 for everything and our account is now set up and ready for the other devices, so we don't have to add lines when we go in! Both Emily and her retail manager were so helpful and friendly it made me realize that there are truly people out there not just to make money but there are people who are there to ensure you're getting only what you need and nothing more. Plus, there are so many perks included with T-Mobile that you would have to pay for with Verizon or another carrier. Then I had to go in the next day to find out why I was unable to log into the T-Life app and the associate that helped me was so helpful and he was able to get my logged in in a matter of minutes. The trip to the store did not take long at all. We would like to thank the staff at the Petaluma T-Mobile store for making it such an easy process and making us feel like we really do belong with T-Mobile. We will be returning to this location for all of our mobile needs.

This time I moved from an iPhone 14 Pro to the iPhone 17 Pro. I was amazed that all my apps appeared just as before--I only needed to sign back in. Even with nearly 100,000 photos and videos, the transfer finished in about an hour. Incredible! I've interacted with several staff members at this location recently, and they've all been knowledgeable about iPhones, accessories, and the customer's point of view during transitions. Each one has been professional, respectful, patient, and personable. In particular, Aiden anticipated my needs and guided me through the transaction with clear, straightforward instructions while handling the purchase itself with great efficiency. I was with total Wireless for 4 years. My biggest complaint is when I called to get my account number and the pin number I needed to change to a different carrier they did not want to get it to me. I was crying I had a asthma attack while on the phone with these people, but they did not care they wanted me to stay with total Wireless and offered me a cheaper plan (although I wouldn't be getting any data I would be paying for the data) I begged them for a number I could call so I can make a complaint on them and they refuse to give it to me so after the two and a half hours I was on there to get my bloody account number and pin number I needed to change companies I wanted to make sure I let the world know that total Wireless sucks. HE DOES NOT TELL MetroPCS he charged you and these 'mandatory charges' are not reported by him to Metro PCS. He is pocketing the money. He also tells MetroPCs he's at a different address than where he actually is. After 8 years of being a customer, this one interaction ended it. I am already on a different carrier and this happened yesterday. I learned about Esim cards just to get off this network as fast I could. Now I'm saving $400 a year!!
