We came here on Monday, April 6 to get my older brother's phone screen fixed, and the experience was honestly really frustrating. We arrived around 9:30 AM since the sign on the door says they open at 10:00. We waited, and by 9:45 a couple more people showed up too. When 10:00 came and went with no one there, we started wondering if they were just running late. Someone checked online--Yelp and the door both said 10:00, but Google said 11:00. So we all decided to wait it out. By 11:00... still no one. The shop never opened. We ended up wasting an hour and a half of our morning waiting around with no communication at all. That's the most frustrating part--if hours are going to change, even for one day, there should at least be a sign on the door or an update online. What makes this harder to write is that my brother has been a loyal customer here for a long time. He's always trusted this place, has had good experiences with the worker, and the pricing has always been reasonable. They even spoke the Friday before about getting this repair done. He mentioned the shop would be closed Sunday for Easter, but nothing was said about being closed Monday. I understand things come up and schedules can change, but not communicating that to customers--especially regulars--is disappointing. We do appreciate the past good service, but this experience was really frustrating and a big waste of time. read more

Shattered the back of my iPhone and wanted to get it replaced. Called Gadget Pro and was given a quote over the phone and they stated it would take about a week. I dropped my phone off and was again told it would be about a week. Fast forward more than three weeks later and my phone was never repaired. We called a few times to check in on the phone and were told it was still in process of being repaired. About a week to be repaired and three weeks later it wasn't touched? These guys are AMAZING! After a frustrating run-around experience with apple & a very broken iPhone 8, a friend recommended I try Gadget Pro. I was told by best buy I needed a new phone after dropping & breaking the screen so bad the phone was both unresponsive to my touch and opening/closing apps all on its own while no one was touching it (I learned this glitchy behavior is called ghosting). Apple basically told me "good luck, your AppleCare is no longer valid..." The guys at Gadget Pro thought a new screen might fix it, and offered to stand behind the fix for 6 months: if the problem came back they'd put my old screen back on & give me a full refund. If it's broke gotta fix it right? Well I do. My very cool case protects nothing. There's the drop then the profanity then the realization of money out the door. Like getting soles for your shoes: a necessity but no one really sees it. Feels like a waste. The first fix wasn't. Got home and this was glitch and that was glitchy and I had to go back.So that's definitely a negative. Time is money. And I wasted more. They fixed it the second time but there's a slight puckering on the edge he told me about. Why? Who knows. Not noticeable really but I still pay full price. My screen on my iPhone was cracked and I needed to get a replacement screen. I ordered one from Groupon and then found out that I didn't know how to put it onto my phone. I asked my friend who is young and modern how much it cost to get the new screen on and she told me 75 so I prepared myself for the assault of $75 and headed over to gadget Pro. We walked in at 3:00 and left the phone, wandered around Pier One and Tuesday Morning and came back at 4:00. I had two iphone 6s screens repaired here. The first one came back to me with the button recessed from the screen and when I said something they told me not to worry about it. Then I discovered that the GPS wasn't working. I figured it was just that the phone was older. I took a second phone to this place for screen repair and discovered that the GPS was also not working when we got it back. I took the phone back and the big guy, don't know his name, said "not our fault" and did nothing. So two for two now with phones that can no longer geo-locate. I managed to drop my iPhone 3GS yesterday on my driveway, and needed a new screen. (glass) After talking to Apple and AT&T, who both wanted large amounts of $$$ to fix just my screen, I went looking for another And quite by accident, I came across this fellow. He fixed my screen for 49.00, in about 10 minutes. And put a new screen protector on at no charge. His warranty is 90 days, and he is using OEM parts, so everything fits perfectly! I watched him work and he was fast and professional. He Is located in a little kiosk in front of the main building, right near a Starbucks. (very convienant I must add!) There is another nearby option, which is actually what I was looking for when I found this place, that wanted slightly more $$, said the wait would be 30~45 minutes and took 4 tries before they'd answer their phone! But you know what absolutely is knock-down, drag-out great about these guys? If you don't need what they are selling, they won't sell it to you - now that there is some great, five-star service. In the past, I have brought in numerous cracked screens (clumsy hubby, teenager and, yes, once in awhile - irresponsible me) and they fix it. If they phone is the popular iPhone or certain other models, they can fix it on the spot: older phones require a special order and a bit of time. Generally - they offer very prompt service. They also have those special items for specially clumsy people - the hubby likes the tempered-glass screensaver. They will sell it to you and expertly install it too, so no bubbles on your phone! Today was sort of that case - after experiencing a munched screen (don't ask - my fault), the hubby sort of insisted that I get that fancy tempered-glass screensaver for my new replacement - so I went to Gadget Pro and even tho they were technically closed (Super Bowl Sunday, you see), the kid asked me what I need, escorted me through the side door and after looking at my phone protector - told me I didn't need their screen saver if i used my phone protector. So - let me get this straight - they are NOT open, but I get in - and then they look at my current set up and DON'T SELL me something I thought I needed! These guys are great. The glass is a little thicker than the Apple glass, I only notice it pressing the home button, but not a problem and I saved $50 compared to Apple Store. I got my cracked screen replaced in this place, as soon as I got it I noticed some weird lines on the screen I told the guy and said I was coming anther day since I didn't had time that day and I was going on a trip so I needed the phone. When I came back to the place they said that the lines on the screen where my fault and that they could replace the screen but charge it. A few months later I took my phone to another place to fix my power button that was stuck, the guy told me that there was nothing wrong with the button but that the people that fixed me phone before left some screws in the wrong place and that was the problem. read more

If you have an iPhone that maybe was dropped and cracked front and back and you went to apple only to be told there is nothing that they can do, come here!!! My phone had every picture I have ever taken of my children from when they were born up until today and I never bought more storage when the reminders kept coming up that I had no more room.
