Used them again and this time, it was for a cracked iMac screen and to clean out the dust of the internals. Very fast turn around time once the screen came in. Super professional. read more

I had a wonderful experience at YucaTech. I found them via yelp, got a quick quote for a shattered electronic screen, and then brought it in to be repaired. YucaTech did a fabulous job repairing the broken glass on the screen- the service was fast, reliable, professional and exactly as quoted! I'm glad I found this small business and I am happy to support it! read more

Fast and honest service. I've used them a few times. I've had them replace a battery on my Mac and replace an iPhone screen. They do good work. read more

Great service and price to replace the Iphone 14+ that my wife keeps dropping. Highly suggest you go to this place and forget Apple

I called them, they said they could help, but when I brought my computer there in person, it was clear they had no idea what I was talking about. They didn't know what an SPI chip was nor could they dump it. They had no desoldering capacity. They wasted my time. read more

I absolutely love this place. The 2 guys that work there are always so helpful and sweet. Always come here , they can do it all!

You can barely imagine how good these guys are. They know things that no one else knows. I assure you that you will be more than satisfied with Yuca. I pass by two other computer stores to get to Yuca. I live in Kentfied. read more

Yucatech and their team did a great job with my Macbook Pro recently - it needed a new battery and they were efficient and very helpful. They got it down quickly after we dropped it off - so I did not have to be without my "workhorse" for very long. And it cost less than if I had taken it to Apple. read more

They know their stuff and have really fair prices. AND, they will be completely upfront honest with what's possible and let you know the approximate cost, so you can make an informed decision if the repair is worth the cost or if it's time for an upgrade. read more

Friendly, honest, excellent service. They made a repair to my iPhone while I waited, and I appreciate that they charged a very reasonable price. Thank you! read more

Super fast turn around, great communication and my phone worked like new after the repair!

Had the misfortune of a small liquid spill damaging my 3 year old iPad. (note: NEVER put your travel coffee mug in the same bag as your electronic device). The screen was fine, but the battery wouldn't charge. Mario checked everything out and replaced the charging port. Quick turn-around time and good communication. I will happily trust Yucatech with future repairs. I learned that the shop owner also operates the San Anselmo Phone and Tablet repair shop (at United Market location). read more

I want to thank the staff of YuccaTech for being assist me with a rebuilt phone. Rather charge me an outrageous price for a new screen, they found a me replacement phone at less cost. Thanks Guys, Great WORK!!! read more

The battery died on my cell phone. Another company said they couldnt find a replacement and I would have to buy a new phone. Yucatech found where it could be ordered in China but it would take a month or more to get it. So I suggested that I buy the identical phone on eBay and they could take the battery from it and put in the old phone so I wouldn't lose all my data. I bought the new phone and brought it to them. They switched not only the battery but also the screen since the old one had a crack. I'm very happy that I don't lose my data this way, and don't have to learn to use a new phone. read more

These guys are knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I've used them several times for repairs to both an iPhone and a Dell laptop. They saved me a ton of money with their diagnostics. I was ready to cave and buy a new laptop. They discovered and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I've found that it's worth it to pay their diagnostic fee ($69) to figure out what's wrong. It hurts a little up front -- but has always been worthwhile in the end. read more

Very polite and accurate with their work and estimate (fixed a cracked iPad screen with broken led)

Arrived in town for the week only to find my iPad screen was literally splinters after being crushed by luggage. Saw previous reviews for YucaTech and was a bit skeptical as most independent tech shops are a little sketch. Nay Nay not so YucaTech! Dropped off iPad on Saturday afternoon and by Monday iPad was fixed perfectly and reasonably priced. Thank you YucaTech! read more

Changed battery on iPhone quickly, efficiently and well. Love not having to charge all day, whew. Highly recommend.

Great experience. New iPhone screen in 90 minutes while I had breakfast. Most repair prices on their website

Absolutely The Best!! Had an HP laptop with a blank display screen. Self diagnosis and fix only intermittently fixed this. Was told by several computer repair shops "We don't do laptops" or "We don't repair screens" or "Check with HP". Alex said he would check it out, found the problem, and FIXED IT by re-wiring the connector from the screen to the graphics card, then bench tested it for 24 hours to make sure it was permanently fixed. Amazing! Saved me having to replace the laptop, or hassle with a return and possible loss of my installed system. From now on, these guys will be my first call! read more

quick, easy, affordable...mario is a great guy. I'd use them again. Love my new privacy screen.

Alex at Yucatech is a genius!!! I can't say enough about him and the company. I literally called at least 5 or 6 places to get help with my horrible phone problem. I went into to a couple places in person. NO help! I took 3 days. Then I finally discovered that Yucatech WAS the one stop shop for all my needs. Alex just took over and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.It was literally one of the most stressful times of my life. I needed everything on my phone and my life was at a halt. I cried when Alex fixed my phone right there in front of me. He's my go to guy from now on !!!! read more

I worked with Mario to recover my old I7 phone that was unfortunately water damaged at a get together Last weejend. The Phone was unrecoverable n they could not get all data because it was not backed up in " the cloud! purchased a new Apple 13 plus and my pic's were transferred over to my new phone via existing data storage but when I received my phone back " all new apps , gmail, texts were not uploaded properly. Mario stated he would have to download the pic's n reupload the pic's separately but found out that he could " combine n upload both. this guy is suppose to be an expert so the question I pose is " why did he not know to do this to begin with " in other words just perform the task the customer requests and present the phone back in the same condition as how it was given to them?. Caveat Emptor- u should watch these guys closely to insure they don't perform a duty u ask for correctly and add unnecessary stress to what u already have! KC read more

No one else would touch my off-brand Android tablet with a busted screen. I thought I'd order a replacement off that Jungle retailer everyone uses and do it myself, but once I popped it open, I realized I would probably do more harm than good. So I called around everywhere and this was the only place that said "bring it on in and let's take a look!" So I did, and they said "We'll give it a shot. Come back tomorrow." They had it repaired on time, as promised, and for a fair price. I will use Yucatech again if I'm ever in need of repairs. Friendly and honest. read more

I read a Yelp review that was so terrific that I had these guys repair my Iphone screen. They were every bit as good as the review I read. They gave me a quote that was accurate to the penny. They were very friendly. They started working on my phone the minute I brought it in and had it back to me within 30 minutes. As far as I'm concerned, if you need your Iphone screen replaced these are the only guys you should use. read more

Son's laptop stopped loading up Roblox. He had tried every fix he could find on internet. Took it to YucaTech. Nice, polite, courteous staff. Figured out the problem. Has been working great since! Also got iPad screen repaired as well. That worked out great as well. Highly recommended! read more

I went into Yucatech because my phone stopped working after two weeks of use. They looked at it and advised me of my options: 1. Since I only had it two weeks, they were positive I could return it to the manufacturer for a free replacement since it had no signs of damage. 2. They could fix it in house, but there was a risk of them damaging the case as the case was made of glass, which would make the entire procedure more expensive. The fact that they lead with the free option made me decide this would be my go-to repair shop. I ended up using the warranty to get a replacement for free, this time. But I'll always go to Yucatech for help because they proved they care about providing the best service at the best price. They were friendly, polite, attentive, and communicative. I would recommend these guys to any and all if you want to have your phone fixed. read more

There folks know their stuff. My Samsung tablet would not turn on although I had charged it twice. Screen would flash then quit. I was asked to wait outside while they checked it. Ten minutes later I was told it just needed a charge. (My cable was toast) Absolutely no charge for evaluation and I will be back. They were busy and I can see why. Next problem will probably be more serious, I will be coming back to these professionals. read more

Yucatech is a repair shop that's honest, fair and quick. They turned around my cracked ipad in less than a day for the right price. Very easy to deal with and friendly. read more

This is a little bit of an odd five star review, but I think it is deserved. I brought my wife's iPhone Xs here for a repair of the back glass, which had broken when she dropped it. They quoted me a very reasonable price and had availability within a couple of days. When we got the phone back, it *looked* great. But when I took it home, my wife immediately noticed the volume buttons were not working and the FaceID camera wouldn't focus anymore (so FaceID would not work). Yucatech took it back and ran some diagnostics. They could not explain what had happened or why. Abraham (the owner) took it to the apple store himself, and they could not answer it either, so we'll never know. BUT, and here's the 5-star part, Abraham replaced the phone with another Xs (used but in excellent condition, same as my wife's had been). And only charged us for the original cost of the repair, so basically putting us back in the position we would have been in if the repair had succeeded. I'm sure he ended up losing money on the whole deal, but he didn't hesitate to do what was right and stand behind his shop's work. He even called again a month later to make sure the new phone was working out Ok (it was). Really nice to deal with someone honest and ethical. read more

This shop knows how to do just about evreything tech, and are lead by a very compassionate owner who has notely worked hard to bw where he is. I remember going to his first shop in San Rafael, where he and his team would repair any technological issues I had with ny device. If you want an absolute best effort at restoring or repairing your device this would be the best place to go. I have always received the best care here, and appreciate the transparency in all possible available services. I feel like I decide what happens and im not just being told what to buy. The place is super easy to find and offers a shared lot that is almost never full. That lot that has Christmas trees next to the market. Go meet Abraham, whom Im sure will be working at one of the two locations. read more
