Regrettably I must update my review of this company. I've been here a few times and have always received awesome service until recently. I took my daughter's tablet to get repaired and I was told I would be contacted within a few hours as to the extent of the repair needed. Seems reasonable so far... Only I was never contacted within "a few hours". Wanting to be reasonable myself, I waited a full 24 hours and contacted the business myself. The employee answering the phone seemed confused about my tablet as well as the repair needed so I picked up my unrepaired tablet and took it to a competitor. Save time & $ by avoiding device repairs here ! Decided to spread biz to small biz & took iPad in March for port replacement. After excuses & delays got it back in April only to discover iPad was not recharging actually continued discharging even with a new charger & cord. The repair person ( part time ) was finally reached & returned it. He claimed nothing was wrong & recharged just fine at store & told me to bet a 25 watt adapter ( even though iPad 6 will not accept fast charge ! ). Nevertheless I brought it home deciding to give benefit of doubt. It completely discharged & would not re boot. Called store & asked for owner to call back. He never did even though clerk at store said he received my message. Thought seriously of taking him to Small Claims Court but just could not make the time. After deliberating whether to buy a new iPad to supplement my iPad Air decided to give iPhone Repair ( that replaced batteries & screens on my iPhones ) one last repair attempt before buying a new iPad. Replacement of port was done on Thursday when iPad technician comes in picked it up next day & my iPad 6 from 2018 is operating like new along side the iPad Air. Moral is 1 stick with what works 2 don't have serious repair work done on expensive devices in a shop that sells phone covers & accessories as main source of revenue. read more

Made appointment and Took moms iPhone 11 to get battery replaced . Told one hour took almost 90 minutes. Then told issues with resetting battery life stuck @86% instead of showing 100%. Told to charge to 100% a few times, told issue maybe with update 16.5. iPhone battery was at 5% leaving store. Got home and started charging, checked at 9pm message had came up unable to complete charging do to over heating stopped charging.yet iPhone did not feel hot. Unplugged and went to bed woke up and iPhone was at 61% plugged back in and waiting to see what happens. Called and now Waiting on call back concerning shipment of new iPhone 11 batteries suppose to be in Friday afternoon. Will get this replacement battery replaced. Update Battery will not charge past 27% Went back to shop and got a full refund Took mom to get a new iPhone 13 All is back to normal for mom read more

The manufacturer wanted me to wipe everything, send it to them for two weeks, and my cost would be $500 plus shipping. Someone told me about the Accessory Shop. I went. They replaced the camera in approx 1hr and charged me 1/5th the cost. They have assisted me with car connections, all of my new phones, cases, and relatives cases, etc. Every time they return my phone to me after working on it, it's like I have a brand new phone! Today was my first time at this store. I came in to get my screen repaired since it was cracked. The price was decent. I had my iPhone 6 glass replaced and had them add on a tempered glass for ~$100. They were able to fix it In 30 min. To get the tempered glass installed it was barely 4 minutes. They even had a checklist when they were checking my phone in and out for service. I like that there was no pressure to buy any thing. J checked me in and Courtney checked me out. They were both patient and nice. The store itself was clean and they had a lot of variety of phone covers and accessories. I recommend coming to this store for a quick and reliable service. I have been going to them for quite a few years now (since they opened). I have been there many times for cracked iPhone screens for our entire family. They are quick and reliable. We have also had battery replacements done as well as other iPhone repairs. When I was still on Android. my Galaxy Note screen and digitzer broker! I was devastated. It was an older Note so I thought it was be hard to find someone to fix it but they came to the rescue and was able to get it fixed on the same day. They have been lifesavers! They are transparent and will tell you if they can fix your phone or not and will let you know of any problems that could occur after getting it fixed, that way you can decide if you want them to work on it or not. I walked in and everything is neat and organized and clearly labeled. I walked in really because I was going to go do my nails and needed change for the tip :-P.... but I was glad I did. My most recent phone battery life SUCKS. ...so I am constantly having to charge my phone. So I didn't need a case, I didn't need a wall or car charger....what could I get that would give me change for tip...... Wala....a portable charger.....I headed to the back wall and as I'm looking at the wall confused. ..a real friendly lady ask me what she could help me with. I asked her what she recomend as far as a charger went...she pulled out two and said for my phone it have to be one of those two. The price difference was only 5 bucks so I took the more expensive one..... So far I haven't even charged the charger and it's already charging my almost dying phone.... So glad an accessory shop opened near my work. I came here needing a few items and end up buying more than I needed. :) The store is huge and very organized. Staff was very knowledge and friendly. I bought a powerbank that finally can charge my iPhone 6 plus and fits in my purse. The best thing item I purchased was this selfie stick that I can use with my front and back camera. If you need to get your phone fixed I highly recommend this place. A few months ago I needed a new front screen so I came in here and the gentleman who helped me was great to work with. A few days ago half the touch on my screen stopped working so I came back here and it ended up being my battery. The woman who helped me(Manager) was super helpful and explained what happened to my phone and replaced my battery and screen for a great price. The girl behind the counter took my phone and went through a checklist to make sure everything was in working order besides the screen before beginning the repair. The iPhone 8+ glass tempered screen protector was $14.99 and the iPhone X tempered glass screen protector was $19.99. Installation included! They also have a wide variety of cases for a ton of different phones. All in all, we ended up spending ~$70 for two screen protectors and two cases, which is a big pricier than buying it online, but the service was great and it's faster than waiting for an amazon order to come in.
