I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel like a buisness should stand by there work and parts they use to repair with. Long story short I have two iPads Mini and 10.2 both had a small crack in the screens. Both screens replaced replaced there at different times. Shortly after both iPads display are experiencing ghost touching. 10.2 screen was replaced in 6/2020 I tried reached out but they wouldn't show up on time and there hours of operations was a inconsistent. iPad was locked out and lost everything . Got frustrated and left it in the corner for a while. Reached back out to them and they said it's past there 120 warranty window and I have to pay a $45 diag fee which most likely result in it needed a screen. Ok no problem buttttttt I Forgot my wallet , they don't take Apple Pay and they wouldn't let me pay diag fee later when I pick up the iPad. My $600 iPad isn't good enough collateral. When you bring your car to get diagnosed at the dealer you pay after not before I just don't get it. But I truly believe in having good customer service and ethics are everything , Lost my buisness for good.. folks beware sometimes finding the cheapest prices will result in lower quality parts ... read more

Had my daughter's phone repaired in this shop only to have it broken again in a few weeks. According to their notes, they mentioned to us about a water damage, which I don't recall. But even so, they should not have suggested to fix it if this was bound to happen anyway. Being professionals they should have seen this coming. But no, they don't care, they went ahead and get the screen replaced and collected what's due for them. Sad to say but we feel bankrupt. I don't like the way this guy runs his business, his prices exceed others by a sizable margin. The deal is if they can rip you off, then they will, if you catch them they will match their competitors price. What kind o deal is that? Why not quote the best price you can right out of the gate? I've been to the Accessory Stop I believe 5 times now. I've had the worse luck with dropping my iPhones and either breaking the glass or once dropping into my glass of wine =( What are the odds. I've had nothing but great service from brothers Jerome and Jerico. These guys are quick and do a great job. It was $89 to replace the glass this time and my camera lens was also damaged on the reverse lense so I had them replace for $29. Dropped off and picked up 2 hours later. The store sells inferior parts probably made in China. Bought several chargers and cords which basically fell apart when unplugging them from the wall. Plugs would also just fall out of the outlet didn't matter which outlet I used. Customer service is also lacking they didn't seem to care that there products are of poor quality. Most of the installers at the mall already closed down! They don't have specific tempered glass for ipod touch and he offered me the one for iphone since is same size. He installed it very neatly yet fast! It's $19.99 plus tax including the installation! They have a stamp card that when you fill out 10 I think, will give you $5 off. The shop has huge selection of cases! They also repair shattered glass, broken ports and a lot more kinds of repairs!! Prices for cases were reasonable, around 9.99 and up can get you a decent one. Of course, it's cheaper online, but at least here, you can actually see it yourself and even try it on your phone! Great customer service! read more

BEWARE PHONE ISSUES AFTER SCREEN REPAIR: I took my phone here a few months ago. The glue lifted a couple days later and my phone turned off and would not take charge or turn back on. I took it back to the store and they recharged it for me and said there was an issue with the charger port (which never was an issue with before) and they re-glued my phone.This happened again a week or so later. I took my phone back again and they ran a "diagnostic check" on my phone which i guess came back okay. My phone has since had issues staying on. It constantly turns off on its own despite being charged.Not long after the glue lifted again. I did not want to waste my time going back in for a 4th time so I ignored it. Now I again have a cracked screened because the screen was popped up higher than my case. I deeply regret coming here as I have had non stop phone issues since and may need to completely replace my phone. Only giving 2 stars because they were nice but I dont want anyone else to have to deal with these phone issues. read more

I had a crazy issue happen with my phone to where our was UN usable. I came here in search of a case for my phone, i had an LG G8 which I cant seem to find things for anywhere, not even at AT&T (which would have been ungodly overpriced anyway). This place not only had a case for my rare phone, but they also helped me out with a screen protector! The ones i ordered online kept falling off due to the curve of the screen. They put it my last one on for me and so far it has been solid. The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional and the pricing is excellent. They even picked out a paur of earbuds for me that actually last longer than a month, since i am rough on them. This place has almost everything! Now the folks who are working in there are not very pleasant and now they don't seem to honor any kind of warranty. I was there on Saturday Nov.24,2018 bought a case and a glass screen saver for a new phone. Today I noticed a chip in the screen saver. I stopped by on my way home with my receipt and was told they do not honor any kind of warranty for damage. Mind you it is a brand new phone, screen protector is 5 days old and I am basically out $20. I will no long give this store any of my business.
