Dropped off my computer for repair's after calling in for an appointment. The person that took the call never gave tech all the information. After calling everyday to check on update and being told by the rude Michael that, "if the tech has any questions, he will call you". Let's just start with upon receiving the dreaded blue screen of death. I had to find someone who could help me or take the plunge into a new computer. With that being said and the help of yelp I became a first time customer. I called and talked to Chris on a Saturday not expecting things to progress to fast being the weekend. Chris was very helpful and pleasant but very direct. He said this was exactly the kind of problems that they address. But there was no guarantee that the data/hard drive could be recovered. I dropped off the computer later that day knowing that they were backed up by at least 10 computers and it would most likely take a full week before they got me taken care of. To my surprise I was given an update within two days and a new hard drive was installed and the computer was ready that next day. I highly recommend giving them a try for any of your computer problems they sure took care of mine and will now be my go to spot when I break my computer again. read more

This is an excellent company. They were able to recover considerable data from an HP laptop that had overheated (despite multiple external fans) to the point that portions of one of the 2 hard drives had actually melted. The data they didn't recover (because it would have been prohibitively expensive), they showed me what equipment to buy (a SATA drive reader) and how to search for specific files. All of this at a very reasonable price. I have used them for other minor repairs on multiple computers over the years, and they have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and appropriately priced.
