Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. They are very deceptive, do not care about you, and have no clue as to what customer service is all about. They convinced me to purchase their internet air Wi-Fi device for only $17. The monthly internet charge would be a significant savings over what I am now paying from my current supplier. They said to give it a try and return it if it doesn't work out for you. It was easy to install as you just simply plug it in. The Wi-Fi worked fairly well with devices that were within about 30 feet but would not work well throughout my entire home. So I returned it to the store and they said there would be a $55 restocking fee. I said I was told that I could return it and there was no mention of any restocking fee. He said, sorry but that is store policy. When I told him it didn't work well in my house, he said, oh no we would never sell it to you without knowing your location and knowing it would work well there. At this point my blood was boiling, it was not just the $55 but the overall scam. I grabbed the device and walked out hoping for a clearer head once I cooled off. The next day I found AT&T's customer service on line and called them. They were very helpful and said that I was entitled to a free return. They sent me a free shipping label and that was it. The screen stopped working correctly almost immediately: half my screen would freeze sometimes, but now today, my phone is completely inoperable. I'm taking it to Apple to see if they can replace this screen for a genuine one and fix the issue. I can't entirely fault this shop: Apple very effectively incentivizes using their own products and specifically says on their website that you shouldn't use non-Apple parts. I didn't listen, and I regret it. I don't know if my issue is due to shotty worksmanship or with an incompatibility with iPhones. Either way, do yourself a favor and take your Apple products to Apple stores.
