This included one repaired screen, a screen protector, and two new defender cases. One for my phone as well. My sons screen broke today. He said the phone cracked in his hands. He did not drop it. I called the store to tell the owner that we received a defective screen. He refused to replace the screen even though it failed after ONE DAY! So much for the protective screen and defender case that he sold us! He will NOT stand behind his products. We have had roughly 5 phones repaired here over the last few years. Very disappointing lack of customer service. AVOID this business!
