He did my eye exam and he was very respectful and pleasant to talk to, made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure to have him as my Optometrist for the very first and last time ever stepping foot into a Visionworks space again. On the other hand, as I was walking out of the exam room I needed to go to the front desk to pay for my contacts and other needs, which I had NO issue with paying whatever amount of money I needed to pay for my time there... Robin (the General Manager) was sitting down with 3 other employees chatting it up, I had interrupt them and apologized, but i needed to pay because I had my picture taken for my pupils instead of getting my eyes dilated with the drops (didn't want to wait there for another 30 mins after that procedure was done). She had asked me a question about "am I looking for frames to purchase or contacts to purchase?" Whatever she asked me I was confused and nervous because I was the only person in the store and the employees were looking at me very intimidatingly and deceiving. I didn't answer her question and confused her as much as I was, I just didn't know the whole process and what to do afterwards; I mean everyone was sitting down shouldn't they have a more organized plan after a patient is done with their eye exam? It was my very first time going to a different eye doctors office alone without my parents. I felt super belittled by Robin; she was super rude after readdressing her question and scoffed with her piggy attitude and hand gestures up in the air showing how little patience she has. Mind you, no other customer was in that store besides me, so they weren't occupied at all. She brought me up to the front counter to check me out and for me to sign a few paperwork, I made it very clear that I wasn't going to purchase frames from them, and I brought my own frames, and I paid for my end as needed. When she gave me the paperwork, she threw the pen towards me at the counter. Just threw it in front of me, no manners. Did not even apologize, probably didn't even see an issue. I'm a young adult and this is a "grown" a** woman... Possibly somebody's grandmother and she was just point blank rude. I was truly upset with how I was being treated and handled but I was still very respectful and cordial, did not show any emotion nor hostility. Never going to this place again, no thank you! I hope whatever deeply rooted issues that woman has, she leaves it at home and take some better lessons when it comes to professionalism and common decency to a human being.

Great selection to try on, well displayed and maintained clean. Decent size space but with how many people come to this plaza they can get busy like an apple store. After placing an order for prescription glasses, I decided I preferred a different frame. I contacted customer service and was told my original order had been placed on hold so I could return to the store and order the new frame without any issues. Based on that information, I went back to the store, selected a different frame, and completed a new order. Unfortunately, the original order had not actually been paused, and it was processed and shipped anyway. What should have been a simple frame change turned into multiple store visits, phone calls, and unnecessary confusion. The ordering mistake itself wasn't what disappointed me most. Mistakes happen. What changed my opinion of the experience was my interaction with the area store manager while trying to resolve the issue. Up until that point, every Warby Parker employee I had interacted with had been courteous, patient, and genuinely helpful. In sharp contrast, I found this interaction unexpectedly confrontational and dismissive. The change in tone was so abrupt that it was genuinely jarring. I left the store feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and unwelcome as a customer. I recognize that others involved may remember the interaction differently, but this is honestly how I experienced it. It stood in stark contrast to every other interaction I had with Warby Parker. To the company's credit, I escalated my concerns to the New England District Leader. He took the time to speak with me, reviewed the situation, and ultimately authorized a full refund. I appreciate that he listened, treated me professionally, and worked to resolve the financial aspect of the issue. That said, I still hope Warby Parker continues to improve communication between its customer service team and retail stores, because this entire situation appears to have started with an order that I was told had been placed on hold but ultimately was not. Overall, my experience was mixed. Pros: * Excellent frame selection. * High-quality lenses. * Helpful customer service representatives before the in-store incident. * A district leader who took the time to listen and resolve the refund. Cons: * Conflicting information about the status of my original order. * A resolution process that required far more time and effort than it should have. * An in-store interaction that, from my perspective, fell well below the level of professionalism I had experienced from every other Warby Parker employee. I'm sharing this not to discourage anyone from shopping at Warby Parker. In fact, I still believe they make excellent products. Rather, I hope my experience encourages the company to focus on consistency. A great product can be overshadowed by a single customer service interaction, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened in my case.

Very interesting and unique locally owner stores and super friendly people!! I was fascinated by the store " Seed to Stem" which is described as a lifestyle and plant boutique. It was easy to spend on hour in the store just taking it all in. We also went to the Aristide in the basement and enjoyed looking at the wide range of items...books, clothing, jewelry, knick knacks of various ages, and general home decor items. I saw so many things I wanted to get! Unfortunately, some of them were way to big to wrangle home, but nonetheless it was fun looking around. The place had a mix of authentic antiques and new made to look old stuff in a few booths. A number of booths featured vintage clothing, and home decor, with the full rainbow of small collectibles and ephemera. Also, as an out-of-towner, the directions took me to the front of the store, with only street parking, but there was a parking lot behind the building, and other fun shops in the building. This was on a lower level. Definitely a spot worth wandering around if you like old things.
