Dr. Larsen is the best optometrist and his office has the best customer service!…read more The Doctor and Mark, the Optician, took his time in making sure I was fit properly for my glasses. When they arrives, everyone made sure that I was happy based on the pre-adjusted fit. They explained how they focus and expect top notch quality from the lab to ensure everything is to satisfaction. Frame pricing and selection is great compared to my previous Optometrist. The Dr actually had to send out an emergency pair for me in a pinch and I was more than grateful!! Thank you!!

I would recommend another optometrist in the area. The receptionists and tech were nice, but Dr…read moreJeff was pretty standoffish and unpleasant. I felt like I was more of a nuisance than an appreciated patient. He was curt and made me feel like he couldn't be done with the appt soon enough. I've never been this disconcerted at a doctors office before. Horrible vibe. In regards to the mask mandate, there is no state mandate in place and I am medically exempt from wearing a mask as they induce panic attacks. Panic attacks can cause you to cry and your nose to run. It would make NO sense for me to trigger this during an EYE exam when you're trying to keep people safe from these facial fluids in the first place. It's appalling to treat special needs people this way! Just because you refuse to read the updated peer reviewed studies on cloth and surgical masks and their ineffectiveness during this pandemic, that the CDC themselves cited, doesn't mean you can behave in such a discriminatory way. The CDC exempts those who can't wear them. Do better and be nicer to those who have special needs.

Quick and attentive is what I've got to say about this place!…read more So I woke up with pain in my eyes one morning and thought I could tough it out. By mid afternoon I couldn't bear it anymore and decided to give this place a call. They were able to squeeze me in that day before the office closed. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the front staff and given some paper work to fill out. Shortly after I was taken in by Dr. Feucht who was very knowledgable, kind and personable. At the end of it all he spent his time explaining to me what happened and gave me some meds which helped me feel better in no time. Very happy camper! Will be back again!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid 445 dollars for my glasses. I always keep my…read moreglasses in my car, usually in the glove box, and I've never had this problem with any other pair. Less than a month after getting these, strange lines appeared on both lenses, almost like the glass was cracking. They replaced the lenses once, and I was told to pay thirty-five dollars, which I did. But just couple of days later, The exact same thing happened again to the new glasses they replaced, but only on one lens. Then I was told they couldn't replace them because I had already used my replacement. The staff also said I didn't have scratch protection which I asked for my receipt and definitely they charged me for it and claimed they had warned me not to leave my glasses in a hot car when I picked them up. That never happened. When I picked up my replacement glasses, they just adjusted them and handed them to me. Nobody discussed heat or gave care instructions. If someone had told me heat could permanently damage the lenses, I would have avoided it. Instead, I spent445 dollars on glasses that I wasn't even able to use, and no one was willing to help. What a Waste of money and time. The optician who assisted me was very rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was a tall woman with blonde hair who I spoke with during my last visit when I went to have my lenses replaced. She told me that she had warned me about leaving the glasses in a hot car, but that never happened. I find it extremely disappointing to be told something that simply isn't true straight to my face and not admit that the product is bad or simply replace the lenses or do something that both parties can be satisfied like offering to replace with small charge or any normal business will do other than blaming and lying to me. This is very poor customer service. Currently, I don't think they actually care enough to do something about it and make things right.

The appointment reminders are excessive. I received about four texts and three phone calls, even after confirming I would be there. The staff is very nice, but on this visit, the person performing my preliminary tests (eye imaging and eye pressure) seemed inexperienced and had difficulty with the equipment. A more experienced staff member later asked me to return to the testing area to repeat some of the tests. As for eyeglasses, they're a non-starter for me because they don't offer frames with magnetic sunglass clip-ons, my preferred eyewear. I'd rate the independent optometrist hgher than the store, though they are to some extenet responsbile for the testing and reminders. Between the excessive reminders, the testing experience, and the lack of eyewear options that meet my needs, and the tired mall, I'm giving them two stars.
