The assistant who was in charge of the font desk and initial eye tests was a bit rude. We were interrupting her phone time for our scheduled eye appointment. You didn't dare ask any questions, because I am pretty sure she would have either rolled her eyes, sighed, or gave one of those lame answers that is basically said "jut leave me alone." I have had glasses for ten plus years and, ugh, performing the initial eye tests was painful. She took forever to align and once did, would take another 2/3 seconds to actually DO whatever she needed to do. For anyone who has done these tests, you all of a sudden blink more than usual, anticipating. Taking this long to align then actually do the test once aligned, it was tough. Especially since you were still cutting into her phone time. Past this most "lovely" assistant, the rest was great! The Dr is always very clear on what he is doing, what he is going to do, etc. This years Lens Crafters has a new machine which takes a picture of your eye! SO COOL! Anyway, he showed me an image of my eye. Granted I am not a trained to notice anything out of the norm, but he showed me images of other eyes whom have known issues. It was really interesting looking at these details! He also explained all the things going on with my eye and the prescription. You were not afraid to ask questions, he almost wanted you to ask them! From there, I started looking at glasses. She was great! She answered all our questions which, we were not asking "simple questions." For instnace, I asked some more about my prescription and more about how the lens were made. She answered the ones she could then asked others if she didn't know. At the end of it, we were all smiling and very pleased with our purchase. Other than the initial individual up front and performing the initial eye tests, the doctor has always been great and the people helping with glasses are very friendly!! Highly recommended! read more
